Abstract

The history of Islamic culture is a type of Islamic education which in the learning process often faces several problems both in terms of strategies, methods and the media used. With several problems being faced, efforts are needed to overcome them. The purpose of this research is to describe SKI learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the teacher's efforts in planning and implementing learning in the classroom. This research uses a method (literature review) with a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that efforts can be made by educators to improve the quality of learning the history of Islamic culture by using appropriate methods and media during learning so that students can be enthusiastic and easily understand the material presented by teachers in learning the history of Islamic culture. The appropriate methods are lectures, drills, recitations and discussions. Media that can be used in SKI learning include PPT (Powerpoint) and educational games (Quizizz).

Abstract

Indonesia has great potential in the tourism sector by utilizing natural and cultural wealth. One of the tourism destinations in Indonesia, especially in Banyuwangi, has great potential in the historical tourism sector. This historical tourism is found in certain areas managed by the smallest governing body, namely the village. The purpose of this service is to optimize the accessibility of historical tourism assets in Parangharjo Village, such as the relics of the Puputan Bayu war; for example, the Sayu Wiwit Tomb. The service technique used is ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) and data collection in the field is carried out through interview techniques by a number of parties. The results of the service focused on improving the accessibility of historical tourism in terms of infrastructure, namely by providing direction boards and building bridges to historical assets; as well as in terms of information, namely by making websites and information boards. The benefits of this service are preserving cultural and historical heritage and helping the mobility of the Parangharjo Village community in their daily lives

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan sistem layanan pendidikan yang mengikutsertakan anak berkebutuhan khusus bersama dengan anak lainnya di sekolah reguler yang terdekat dari rumah sehingga anak berkebutuhan khusus sedini mungkin tidak dipisahkan dengan lingkungannya. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengimplementasian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran di MI Al-Hidayah. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kepada warga sekolah, terdapat dua macam pendekatan yang dilaksanakan yang pertama adalah pendekatan edukatif dan pendekatan partisipatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 3 MI Al-Hidayah Surabaya.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan observasi secara langsung. Hasil observasi pengabdian masyarakat sebagai perolehan data awal kemudian dianalisis untuk menarik hipotesis. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat di MI Al-Hidayah Surabaya ini diakui membutuhkan banyak revisi kembali sebab kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dan pemerintah terhadap pendidikan inklusi yang perlahan mulai berkembang namun tingkat sarana prasarana yang kurang dapat menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam mencari ilmu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi model satuan pendidikan kerja sama di Celebes Global School (CGS). Studi berfokus pada analisis integrasi kurikulum nasional dan internasional, kerja sama dengan institusi pendidikan luar negeri, Pengelolaan Tenaga pendidik serta keunggulan dan tantang yang dihadapi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak sekolah dan dianalisis untuk memahami kerangka operasional, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta keunggulan yang diperoleh melalui penerapan sistem pendidikan internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Celebes Global School (CGS) memadukan kurikulum nasional dan internasional melalui program-program seperti Online Business School (OBS) dengan Amerika Serikat dan Intercultural Learning and Language Development Program (IL2DP) dengan Australia. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pendanaan dan kesulitan mempertahankan tenaga pendidik internasional, CGS tetap berkomitmen meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menggunakan teknologi yang memadai dan pelatihan berkala bagi tenaga pengajar. Keunggulan utama CGS terletak pada kemitraan internasional dan program pendidikan berbasis global yang meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam keterampilan bahasa, budaya, dan teknologi.

Abstract

The goal of law in Islam is to achieve the welfare of humanity. One of the ways to support the realization of justice is the use of forensic linguistics to assess the truth of testimony from defendants and witnesses in court. However, Indonesian legislation does not yet mandate the use of forensic linguistics in criminal cases. This study aims to analyze the application of maqāṣid as-syar'iyyah in the use of forensic linguistics to assess the truth of testimony from defendants and witnesses. This is a normative legal research with a qualitative approach, focusing on primary data from the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP) and court decisions that apply forensic linguistics methods. Data analysis was conducted using deductive reasoning based on the theory of maqāṣid as-syar'iyyah. The findings show that the use of forensic linguistics to assess the truth of testimony from defendants and witnesses in criminal cases is part of the maslahat dharuriyyat. In particular, cases related to religion, murder, and corruption are crucial areas of maslahat dharuriyyat. Therefore, the presence of linguistic expert witnesses in court proceedings is an inevitability to ensure true justice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social environment and social media on the consumptive behavior of students. The method used is a relationship and correlation study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were economics education students in the 2021-2023 batch. The total population was 177 students with a sample of 64 students. Non-random sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data analysis using multiple linear analysis. The independent variables of the study are social environment (X1), social media (X2), and the dependent variable is consumptive behavior (Y). Partial t test results 1). There is a partial influence between the social environment (X1) on consumptive behavior (Y) with a sig value of 0.008 0.05: 2). There is no partial influence between social media (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y) with a sig value of 0.640 0.05. The results of the F test simultaneously obtained a sig value of 0.003 0.05, this indicates that the social environment (X1) and social media (X2) simultaneously affect consumptive behavior (Y). The test results of the coefficient of determination R Square (R ²) obtained a value of 0.169, which means that the social environment (X1) and social media (X2) have a low influence on consumptive behavior (Y), which is 16.9%.

Abstract

This research examines the hadiths regarding the participation of children who have not yet reached the age of discernment (tamyīz) in mosques and how the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) addressed situations where they passed in front of people praying. The study stems from the societal debates surrounding the presence of young children in mosques, which can sometimes lead to disturbances or children passing in front of those praying. This research is a qualitative study using the thematic hadith study method by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting hadiths related to the discussed theme. The findings reveal that there are numerous authentic (sahih) hadiths explaining the participation of children below the age of discernment in mosques. These hadiths indicate that the presence of such children in mosques did not disrupt the Prophet (PBUH) in leading prayers, particularly when he served as the imam. . Moreover, the practice of bringing small children, including those under the age of tamyiz, to mosques was common during the time of the Prophet (PBUH) and his companions. Authentic hadiths also show that young children passing in front of those praying were tolerated by the Prophet (PBUH), as there are the mosque has been a child-friendly place ever since the time of the Prophet.[Penelitian ini mengkaji hadis-hadis tentang keikutsertaan anak yang belum tamyiz ke masjid dan bagaimana hadis menyikapi mereka ketika bermain di dalam masjid. Penelitian ini berangkat dari adanya pro dan kontra di tengah masyarakat mengenai keikutsertaan anak-anak yang belum tamyiz ke masjid. Kehadiran mereka kerap dianggap berpotensi menimbulkan kegaduhan serta mengganggu kekhusyukan jamaah, misalnya dengan berjalan di depan orang yang sedang salat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi hadis tematik yang dijalankan dengan mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan tema yang dibahas. Hasilnya, terdapat banyak hadis sahih yang menjelaskan tentang keikutsertaan anak-anak yang belum tamyiz ke masjid. Hadis-hadis ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan anak-anak yang belum tamyiz di masjid tidak mengganggu Nabi SAW dalam melaksanakan salat, terutama ketika beliau menjadi imam. Hadis-hadis ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan membawa anak-anak kecil ke masjid, termasuk anak-anak yang belum tamyiz, sudah terjadi di masa Nabi Muhammad SAW dan para sahabat. Hadis-hadis sahih yang menyebutkan keikutsertaan anak-anak yang belum tamyiz ke masjid itu menunjukkan bahwa masjid merupakan tempat ramah bagi anak bahkan sejak zaman Rasulullah.]

Abstract

Introduction : Postoperative feeding after palatoplasty should be initiated immediately to maintain nutritional intake while preserving the palatal sutures to avoid trauma or tension that can lead to wound rupture. Currently, there is no consensus on post-palatoplasty preferred feeding method. This study aims to compare bottle versus syringe feeding in post-palatoplasty patients.Method : A systematic search was conducted in five databases namely PubMed, Embase, Scopus, ProQuest, and CINAHL, with the following keywords; palatoplasty, cleft palate repair, bottle feeding, syringe feeding, outcome, complication, growth, and nutrition. The selected studies were critically appraised using the Oxford CEBM (Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine) critical appraisal tools.Results: Two studies were included, with a total of 162 subjects. Both studies found that the formation of postoperative wound dehiscence and weight gain did not significantly differ between bottle and syringe groups. However, faster weight gain was observed in the bottle group. Habits and cultural factors could influence the outcomes of these studies.Conclusion: Bottle feeding is not significantly inferior to using syringe in terms of short-term postoperative complications, and can be used as an alternative feeding method for post-palatoplasty patients.

Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is to ascertain the scope of the Ombudsman's function as a state institution with the authority to oversee the implementation of public services organized by state and government administrators. These public services include those held by State-Owned Enterprises, Regional-Owned Enterprises, and State-Owned Legal Entities, as well as private entities or individuals tasked with managing specific public services in the Medan City region.An interview and observation-based qualitative descriptive research approach was utilized in this study. "Key informants, main informants, and additional informants" were utilized in the study. This study's findings explain how the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia and the Kedan Ombudsman were able to set up a supervisory mechanism that was appropriate for its responsibilities. The partnership process that has been established between the Representative for North Sumatra of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia and the Representative for North Sumatra of the Kedan Ombudsman demonstrates this. The goal of this partnership, which is to improve the quality of public services in the Medan City region, will remain a priority.
