Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan, mengolah, menganalisis danmendeskripsikan serta membahas tentang : mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sosial dansikap remaja terhadap perubahan tata nilai di Nagari Cupak Kabupaten Solok, Jenispenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket.Pengolahan data untuk menguji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment, yangkemudian dilanjutkan oleh Sperman Brown. Teknik data formula analisis menggunakanpersentasi determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara sikap remaja terhadap perubahan tata nilai di Nagari Cupak, karenalingkungan sosial remaja Nagari Cupak mempunyai peran penting sebagai wahana yangbersifat non formal dalam rangka menciptakan atau membentuk karakter atau sikapremaja di Nagari Cupak dalam bersosialisasi serta bergaul dan berkomunikasi di NagariCupak Kabupaten Solok.

Abstract

This research was conducted due to the problem of cadets' leadership, which is still not perfect. The cadets' leadership is assumed to be influenced by parenting patterns from the institution and their self-efficacy. This research aims to describe the influence of parenting patterns and self-efficacy on the leadership of the cadet regiment. This quantitative research applied ex post facto methods. The population was the cadets of Batch VII and VIII at Merchant Marine Polytechnic of West Sumatera. Accordingly, the research sample used a probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling by using the Slovin formula. The total sample of this research was 191 cadets, while the instrumentation was a questionnaire about parenting patterns, self-efficacy, and leadership. The data collection technique involved giving a questionnaire directly to the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis by using the SPSS application. The results showed that Hypotheses 1, 2, and 3 were accepted, which means parenting patterns and self-efficacy influenced the leadership of the cadet regiment, and there is an influence of self-efficacy and parenting patterns simultaneously on the leadership of the cadet regiment. The relevant practical implication of this research focused on both internal stakeholders, namely the lecturers or officers and the cadets of Merchant Marine Polytechnic of West Sumatera. Therefore, it is recommended that the director and management pay attention to the parenting patterns and the cadets pay attention to their self-efficacy in order to develop better leadership of the cadet regiment.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aimed to see the influence of peer-assisted learning and coping stress toward cadets’ learning engagement. This is a quantitative study with ex-post facto method. The research instrument was a questionnaire given to 334 samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis with the SPSS application. The results of the study showed that there was a positive influence of peer-assisted learning and stress coping towards cadets’ learning engagement. So, it can be recommended to organize a learning method with a peer assistance program, so that it can increase cadets’ learning engagement. Furthermore, universities can organize stress management training to help cadets cope with academic pressure effectively, so that cadets can be more proactive in learning activities. Although this study has been carried out optimally, there are several limitations to the study that can be used as recommendations for future research. This study used a quantitative approach, then researchers are advised to use a qualitative approach to explore the relationship between these three variables or assessed other variables. In addition, further research needs to consider other factors that influence student learning engagement, such as intrinsic motivation, teaching quality, and family support. Keyword: Learning Engagement; Peer-Assisted Learning; Stress Coping. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh asistensi teman sebaya dan koping stres terhadap keterlibatan belajar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 334 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif asistensi teman sebaya dan koping stres terhadap keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat direkomendasikan penyelenggaraan metode pembelajaran dengan program asistensi teman sebaya sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa. Selanjutnya, perguruan tinggi dapat menyelenggarakan pelatihan manajemen stres untuk membantu mahasiswa mengatasi tekanan akademik secara efektif, sehingga mahasiswa dapat lebih proaktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Walaupun penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan secara maksimal, namun terdapat beberapa keterbatasan penelitian yang dapat dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi penelitian pada masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif saja, peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggali lebih dalam keterkaitan ketiga variabel ini atau mengkaji variabel lainnya. Selain itu, penelitian selanjutnya perlu mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan belajar mahasiswa, seperti motivasi instrinsik, kualitas pengajaran, dan dukungan keluarga. Kata Kunci: Keterlibatan Belajar; Asistensi Teman Sebaya; Koping Stres.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja dan inovasi pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa dalam pelayanan wajib pandu di Pelabuhan Sibolga. Layanan wajib pandu merupakan layanan strategis yang menjamin keselamatan pelayaran dan efisiensi operasional kapal. Budaya kerja yang baik mencerminkan profesionalisme, disiplin, dan komitmen karyawan, sedangkan inovasi pelayanan meningkatkan efisiensi sistem dan kenyamanan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada 30 responden dari perusahaan pelayaran pengguna jasa pandu. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai t budaya kerja sebesar 2,538 (signifikansi 0,017), dan inovasi pelayanan sebesar 2,656 (signifikansi 0,013). Secara simultan, nilai F sebesar 16,671 (signifikansi 0,001) menunjukkan pengaruh gabungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 55,3% menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut menjelaskan lebih dari setengah variasi kepuasan pengguna. Temuan ini menjadi dasar penting untuk peningkatan mutu layanan wajib pandu di Pelabuhan Sibolga.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of transformational leadership and innovation policy on organizational performance. This research is a combine between quantitative method and an associative approach. The research instrument is a questionnaire given to 40 samples. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS applications. The normality test used is the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with a significance value of 0.20. The results of the linearity test between Transformational Leadership (X1) on Organizational Performance (Y) with an F-count value of 18.83, in other words it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between Transformational Leadership (X1) on Organizational Performance (Y). Furthermore, it is concluded that there is a linear relationship between Innovation Policy (X2) on Organizational Performance (Y) with an F-count value of 11.20. Then the multicollinearity value is obtained from the count of 4.630 and 3.443, in other words it can be concluded that there is no between the independent variables, namely Transformational Leadership (X1) with Innovation Policy (X2) in relation to the dependent variable Organizational Performance (Y). The results showed that there is a positive influence of transformational leadership and innovation policy on organizational performance. This research suggests developing programs that support innovation policies and improving transformational leadership in organizations to strengthen overall performance. In addition, other recommendations include the implementation of training programs for leaders to hone their transformational leadership skills, as well as the development of more effective innovation policies to create a work environment that encourages creativity and adaptability.

Abstract

In response to the increasing demands for 21st-century competencies, this study adopts an explanatory quantitative research design to investigate the mediating role of Immersive Learning Experiences (ILE) in the relationship between Augmented Reality (AR) and Learning Motivation (LM) toward the acquisition of 21st-Century Skills (CS). Using a quantitative explanatory design with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), this study analyzes data from Generation Z students (aged 17–25) enrolled at the Ministry of Transportation's maritime campus in Sumatra to evaluate this relationship. The results show that AR has a significant positive effect on ILE (β = 0.603; t = 3.878; p < 0.001), while its direct effect on 21st-Century Skills (CS) is negative and insignificant (β = -0.225; t = 1.461; p = 0.144). ILE, in turn, significantly influenced CS (β = 0.599; t = 4.928; p < 0.001) and significantly mediated the effect of AR on CS (β = 0.361; t = 2.924; p = 0.003). Meanwhile, Learning Motivation (LM) did not show a significant direct or indirect effect on CS through ILE. This finding highlights that ILE plays a significant mediating role in linking AR to 21st-century skills, while LM did not show a comparable influence. This suggests that intrinsic factors such as motivation are crucial, with technology-enhanced learning environments playing a more dominant role in developing 21st-century skills. The limited mediation effect of ILE in the LM–CS pathway may stem from the inherently cognitive–affective nature of motivation, which may require different pedagogical support. Future research is recommended to incorporate moderator variables such as digital literacy and adopt a longitudinal design to assess the sustained impact of immersive learning on skill development.
