Latar belakang kegiatan pengabdian adalah menurunnya kesejahteraan mitra dari sisi penjualan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh lemahnya pemasaran produk dan kurangnya inovasi dalam produk usaha. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam melakukan diversifikasi, inovasi dan pemasaran produk untuk peningkatan produktivitas mitra. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para pelaku UKM Tahu yang terdiri dari 20 pengusahan UKM Tahu. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tutorial pembuatan diversifikasi produk dan kegiatan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha dalam berbagai variasi produk, peningkatan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam membuat ragam variasi produk salah satunya “tahu walik” dan pengetahuan mengenai strategi dalam pemasaran produk saat ini. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, para pelaku UKM Tahu tertarik untuk membuat tahu walik. Melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan usaha para pelaku UKM Tahu.

Development is a continuous process that aims to improve the welfare of the people in an area. The economic development of a region cannot be separated from the human resources in that area. Human resources or residents in an area will act as labor, input from development or production factors, as well as the final consumer of production. This study is to see how the influence of the independent variables consisting of education, regional minimum wages, and the ratio of dependence on TPAK in the Java region in 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data with a panel of 6 provinces in Java in 2015-2019 with regression analysis by Eviews 10. The results of this study are that education and the dependency ratio have a significant positive effect, and the regional minimum wage has a negative and insignificant effect with the TPAK in the Java Region in 2015-2019. For this reason, the government is advised to determine the amount of regional minimum wages in order to realize people's welfare, it is better to pay attention to several things, namely seeing the needs of a decent life, the level of education of workers, and the number of the workforce.

COUNSELING TO FOOD AND BEVERAGES MSMEs ABOUT PIRT LICENSING AND HALAL CERTIFICATION IN BALESARI VILLAGE, WINDUSARI, MAGELANG. This PKM aims to increase the understanding of food and beverages MSMEs in Balesari Village, Windusari, Magelang, regarding the importance of PIRT licensing and halal certification to increase the selling value of products and also consumer buying interest. The implementation of this PKM is done by the method of lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The results of this PKM program are (1) MSMEs understand the importance of PIRT licensing and halal certification, and are motivated to proceed with it, (2) MSMEs understand PIRT licensing procedures, and (3) MSMEs understand procedures for halal certification. Thus, consumer buying interest and consumer trust are expected to increase through the existence of a PIRT number and a halal label. Moreover, it is also expected to increase the product sales and the welfare of the community in Balesari Village, Windusari, Magelang.

This study aimed (1) to identify the competitive advantage, specialization and effect of sectors allocation in Banyumas Regency in 2010-2015; (2) to identify region with the most advantageous position in terms of accessibility level. The result indicated that (1) competitive and specialized sectors in Banyumas Regency were mining and excavation sector, procurement of electricity and gas sector, construction sector, big scale trade and retail, car and motorcycle repair, transportation and warehousing sector, provision of accomodation and food and beverage sector, information and communication sector, financial and insurance services sector, real estate sector, corporate service sector, government administration sector, defense and compulsory social security, education service sector, health service and social activities sector, and other service sectors. (2) In terms of accessibility, Banyumas Regency had the second advantageous position after Purbalingga Regency when compared to regencies in Karesidenan Barlingmascakeb. Based on the accessibility of each sub-district in Banyumas Regency, the sub-district with the most advantageous position to interact with the sub-districts in Banyumas Regency was Tambak sub-district. This can be seen from the lowest CQ value of Tambak sub-district.Keywords: Shift-Share Esteban Marquillas, Accessibility, Connectivity Quotient.

The role of SMEs in development can be obtained through contributions made by SMEs to GRDP. The Trunan Village located in South Magelang Regency is an area that has the largest SME-producing products in the City of Magelang. The problem caused by SMEs in the Trunan Village, Magelang City, is the lack of product innovation in their production goods. Special tofu producer SMEs in Trunan Village, Magelang City lack understanding of the importance of their production. Another problem suspended by MSMEs in Trunan Village, especially tofu producers in developing their business is the information system of selling tofu products. The problem that has been determined will be determined by the specified target. This study aims to determine the importance of applying the innovation of tofu products and tofu sales information systems in business activities. The results showed that there are 3 important things that must be owned by an entrepreneur to be able to innovate, among others: the desire to improve products, services, and entrepreneurial actions. The information system will build a compilation of information patterns that are developed. Business operators must agree on who sends information and receives information. This activity occurs in the exchange of messages in the media information system. Information that is interrelated will cause feedback from the sender and response from the recipient of the message.

Economic growth does not reflect an increase in the welfare of society even though recorded in a high state. What occur now is economic growth is increase but disparities income is wider. The aims of this study to find out more about disparities income. This research used Williamson Index and Theil Entropy Index and focused in Jambi Province in term of time 2010 – 2017. Jambi Province's has unique and strategic location, which is near to the IMS-GT economic growth area (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore Growth Triangle). Because of the strategic location, Jambi Province should be able to achieve convergent conditions and become the highest Province in economic gain among others Province in Indonesia. However, in reality the economy state of Jambi province is opposite. The result of this research shows that Jambi Province's income disparity in 2010 - 2017 tends to decrease. But from the Williamson Index calculation, lifting income inequality in Jambi province in 2010-2017 is a high inequality, this can be concluded from the Williamson index value that’s more than 0.5. The main causes of disparity income in Jambi Province is differences in the structure of the economy. The difference in economic structure occurs due to differences in natural resources and human resources. In the other side, based on Theil Entropy Index it was concluded that inequality in Jambi Province in 2010-2017 was classified as low, because the index value was close to 0.JEL Classification: D30, D31, D33Keywords: Disparities, Theil Entropy Index, Williamson Index

Sandang, pangan dan papan adalah kebutuhan dasar manusia. Di Indonesia harga pada komoditas pangan cenderung tidak stabil dan kerap kali mengalami fluktuasi. Ketidakseimbangan antara permintaan dan penawaran pada komoditas pangan menjadikan komoditas ini mengalami fluktuasi harga yang sangat cepat. Ketidakmampuan ini menyebabkan harga-harga menjadi meningkat yang mana akan mendorong laju inflasi. Inflasi merupakan kondisi dimana harga-harga mengalami kenaikan baik dalam bentuk barang maupun jasa secara umum yang terjadi dalam rentang waktu yang panjang secara terus-menerus. Maksud dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapati pengaruh bahan pangan meliputi beras, cabai merah, bawang merah, daging ayam ras, serta telur ayam ras terhadap inflasi pada kota Semarang. Metode yang dipilih merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang dipergunakan yakni data sekunder time series secara periode bulanan mulai Januari 2018 hingga Februari 2021 berupa data harga bahan pangan dan data inflasi yang diolah menggunakan metode analisis VAR atau VECM. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa harga beras serta daging ayam ras memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap inflasi di Kota Semarang pada jangka panjang.

The Civil Service Police Unit is one of the local government officials tasked with enforcing regional regulations, maintaining public order and public peace. The Civil Service Police Unit is also an institution located in every Province as well as Regency and City. The Magelang City Civil Service Police Unit is faced with various problems of order, especially Street Vendors (PKL). Street vendors have become commonplace in big cities. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how the performance of Satpol PP in Magelang City and how the impact or consequences of Satpol PP's actions in handling street vendors. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach by means of purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and study documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Magelang City Satpol PP is quite good. The performance of the Satpol PP is said to be good in terms of accountability, effectiveness, efficiency and performance responsibility of the Magelang City Satpol PP employees who have tried to deal with street vendors.

BPO DIY menginginkan para pegawai agar mampu bekerja secara kompeten, dengan peraturan yang profesional. Suatu faktor yang mampu untuk meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan, yaitu efektivitas sumberdaya manusia Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk dapat tau adanya stres serta disiplin kerja karena apabila adanya stress yang minim dan kedisiplinan yang besar maka dapat meningkatkan efektivitas sumber daya manusia dalam suatu pekerjaan khususnya di BPO DIY. Penelitian dilakukan deengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk dapat tau adanya stres kerja dan dsiplin kerja pada karyawan di BPO DIY. Untuk pengolahan data kuisoner pada penelitian ini menggunakan model uji validitas dan realibilitas. Inti dari penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan yaitu hubungan antara stress kerja dan displin kerja dengan efektivitas sumber daya manusia memiliki hubungan saling berkaitan antar variabel untuk meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaan di (BPO DIY).Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan, Stress Kerja, Efektivitas, Sumber Daya Manusia
