Abstract

Burnout is a psychological syndrome caused by acute stress that characterized by emotional exhaustion and disability to sustain the work productivity. In the project management context, burnout can reduce productivity and increase the idle work. This research aims to examine the concept of burnout in the context of Indonesian project managers. This research was done by the cross-section survey with the questionnaire based on the job demands-resources (JD-R) concept adopted from some earlier research. The response rate of 27.22 percent obtained from 78 project manager in Indonesia with the results indicate that job resources affect job demands, the job demands affect burnout which affects job satisfaction at least.

Abstract

The increasing demand for wedang uwuh during the pandemic requires Weeka Wedang Uwuh as a producer to be quick and responsive in meeting demand. Competition for sales of wedang uwuh is currently quite tight because there are more and more wedang uwuh producers. One way to anticipate current business competition, especially in the herbal beverage industry, is to try to manage the resources owned by SMEs, including labor. The right number of workers will guarantee product availability and also provide minimum costs for labor costs. This research aims to provide suggestions for determining the optimal number of workers in order to minimize labor costs. ToC is a problem solving approach that focuses on eliminating constraints using available methodologies. Therefore, this approach is very suitable for eliminating obstacles at Weeka Wedang Uwuh in order to determine the optimal number of workers. To support the TOC approach, the Dynamic Program method will be applied to the obstacle removal step. The optimal number of workers in UKM Weeka Wedang Uwuh will be obtained by reducing 5 (five) workers in the Wedang Uwuh packing section. The savings that occurred during the research time period were Rp. 21,500,302.00 compared to expenses if it had the current number of workers.

Abstract

CV. Mega Jaya Logam merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri yang bergerak pada bidang pengecoran logam (Aluminium, Besi, dan Baja) yang sebagian besar proses produksinya menggunakan mesin, manusia dan peralatan serta area yang memiliki potensi bahaya yang tinggi bagi tenaga kerja apabila tidak dilakukan pengendalian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengindentifikasi hazard atau bahaya yang bisa saja terjadi, menilai risikonya, dan akhirnya dapat melakukan pengendalian terhadap risiko bahaya dengan menggunakan sistematika HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment And Risk Control). Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada penilaian risiko terdapat 96 jenis bahaya dengan tingkat risiko dari yang tertinggi sampai dengan terendah pada bagian produksi yaitu, terdapat 3 jenis bahaya dengan pengklasifikasian tingkat risiko “Extreme Risk”, terdapat 66 jenis bahaya dengan pengklasifikasian tingkat “High Risk”, terdapat 23 jenis risiko dengan pengklasifikasian tingkat “Moderate Risk”, terdapat 4 jenis risiko dengan pengklasifikasian tingkat “Low Risk”. Pengendalian bahaya yang diusulkan adalah melakukan sosialisasi secara rutin mengenai K3 terkait potensi bahaya dan risiko untuk mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, serta menyesuaikan APD yang digunakan dengan jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Exercise has become an essential necessity as its benefits in one's physical development have been widely recognized. In addition, regular exercise also makes a positive contribution to mental health by reducing stres levels. Aeromodelling is a type of educational exercise that can reduce stres. Even so, interest in the aerospace sport is still low due to a lack of understanding of its benefits. Through aeromodelling training, especially among students, participants are introduced to the basic concepts of flight. In addition to training creativity, these activities can improve participants' analytical skills, because they learn to design and test aircraft models to fly stable and long through thermodynamic calculations and other scientific approaches, so that physics education can also be absorbed in an applicative and fun way.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri garmen yang memproduksi kaos dari bahan baku kain, perusahaan ini mempunyai target produksi sebanyak 6.000 pcs dalam 1 hari kerja sehingga dapat memproduksi kaos sebanyak 150.000 pcs per bulan. Divisi yang bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan produksi mulai dari proses perencanaan hingga proses inventarisasi dilakukan adalah karyawan divisi PPIC. tidak tercapainya target produksi perusahaan dikarenakan target produksi yang terlalu tinggi dan jam kerja yang diatas jam kerja normal, dimana permasalahan tersebut menimbulkan beban kerja mental dan beban kerja fisik pada karyawan khususnya pada divisi PPIC. Hasil penelitian tingkat beban kerja TLX NASA mengenai hasil penilaian beban kerja mental dan fisik yaitu rata-rata skor interpretasi sebesar 78,7 dengan kategori tinggi dan pada Mental Demand dengan rata-rata skor interpretasi sebesar 77,1 dengan kategori tinggi, Fisik Permintaan dengan skor rata-rata interpretasi sebesar 76,7 dengan kategori tinggi dan Tingkat Frustrasi dengan skor rata-rata interpretasi sebesar 74,6 dengan kategori tinggi. Kemudian pada penilaian Rating dengan pendekatan RSME menunjukkan usaha yang dilakukan oleh 24 responden yang merupakan pegawai PPIC mempunyai nilai rata-rata sebesar 93 dan dikategorikan “usaha yang dilakukan sangat besar”.

Abstract

During the rainy season and bad weather, strong winds blowing at an airport can cause dynamic changes in performance of the primary surveillance radar (PSR) antenna which is driven by an induction motor (IM). Changes in dynamic performance that occur in this IM can be in the form of changes in PSR rotation speed, changes in torque values, and changes in stator current values. In this article, we propose the application of the Takagi Sugeno method to fuzzy logic indirect vector control of IM as a solution that can reduce changes in the dynamic performance of motor as PSR drivers during bad weather. The contribution of this research is the application of the Takagi Sugeno method in a fuzzy inference system (FIS), where this fuzzy logic control system replaces the conventional proportional integral (PI) controller for indirect vector control IM. Takagi Sugeno method is computationally efficient and works well with optimization and adaptive techniques, which makes it very attractive in control problems, particularly for dynamic nonlinear systems. Takagi Sugeno type FIS uses weighted average to compute the crisp output, so the Sugeno’s output membership functions are either linear or constant. Furthermore, Takagi Sugeno method has better processing time since the weighted average replace the time consuming defuzzification process. The results obtained after simulation in MATLAB Simulink environment showed that fuzzy logic using the Takagi Sugeno method which is used as a substitute controller for indirect vector control can provide better performance when compared to conventional PI controllers. These results can be seen from the response values of rotor rotation speed, electromagnetic torque, and stator current. Overall, this research provides discourse on improving the dynamic performance of IM through the application of the Takagi Sugeno fuzzy logic indirect vector control method.

Abstract

The problem in the Community Service activity is that SMA Negeri 1 Wates already has a profile video, but does not yet have a drone-based profile video that displays the profile of SMA Negeri 1 Wates from the air which has its own appeal and uniqueness which will later be used as digital marketing content material in promoting the school. This problem can be overcome by developing a drone-based profile video for digital marketing content. The achievement of this activity is the realization of 3 (three) long versions of SMA Negeri 1 Wates Profile Videos with a duration of 3 minutes 50 seconds, 3 minutes 40 seconds, 2 minutes 21 seconds for digital marketing content on YouTube and the website and 1 (one) short version of SMA Negeri 1 Wates profile video with a duration of 38 seconds for digital marketing content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
