Abstract

Gender in terms of religion, law, or social order has been widely discussed in academic circles. There are Islamic boarding schools that have higher education institutions that must maintain the classic pesantren culture, but on the other hand, must implement co-education (co-education). Such as IAIT Lirboyo Kediri, KH University. Hasyim Asy'ari Jombang, and so on. An in-depth study of women from the pesantren and academic perspective is very interesting to study. Women's identity and identity can be highlighted in the legal aspect as well as social order based on classical Islamic literature which is not only understood textually. This research is qualitative research with the type of phenomenological research. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study, namely: (1) IAIT Kediri campus regulations in the form of unification of space between students and female students so that discussions are more active, academic dress code so that students and students can position themselves according to where they are, maintain Islamic ethics on campus as well as in discussions with the opposite sex when in the classroom or on campus. (2) The perspective of Tribakti lecturers on gender in the form of gender equality regarding the right to knowledge and equality of dignity is proven that women can also become leaders in organizations.

Abstract

The paradigm that must be shifted is none other than a dichotomous view of science. Intelligence in the success of learning is the core of the curriculum. Curriculum development will continue to develop to provide innovation in education, of course, to determine the seriousness of the talents and interests of students in learning. This paper focus on Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Curriculum at Private Madrasah Aliyah in Purbalingga, with the following research questions (1) how to plan the tahfiz Al-Qur'an curriculum (2) how to implement the curriculum tahfiz Al-Qur'an (3) how to evaluate the tahfiz Al-Qur'an curriculum. This research is qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, for data analysis, researchers used flow model analysis which included; data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research results are: (1) planning the tahfiz Al-Qur'an curriculum using the standard curriculum process consisting of; Curriculum Planning, Syllabus, and lesson plans. (2) implementing the tahfiz Al-Qur'an curriculum uses three memorization methods: Talaqi Method, Takrir Method, and Tasmi' Method. (3) evaluation of curriculum development using formative assessment in form (daily assessment in the deposit book) and summative form (rewards to students, semester exams, student report cards).

Abstract

Hajj, a pillar of Islam for Muslims who are able, has a high spiritual dimension while involving social, economic, and psychological aspects in its preparation and execution. The waiting period before Hajj is often challenging, especially in the context of people's anxiety. This study aims to analyze and understand anxiety during the Hajj waiting period and its impact on the preparation and actualization of worship. In the context of the data type and research objectives, a non-positivistic or naturalism paradigm was used. Qualitative research, which focuses on human actions and interactions in natural settings, defines this approach. The research findings show that the frustration experienced by prospective pilgrims is not only influenced by the long waiting period and the additional costs required but also includes a deeper aspect of cosmological roots in Muslim understanding. Hajj, one of Islam's high pillars, has shifted people's perceptions to be more than just an achievement in the spiritual journey. However, it should be noted that this study needs to be more focused in its focus, which is on analyzing the queuing aspect of the waiting period. This study has yet to explore the regulation of Hajj worldwide, which has significant variations, including developing the nusuk application technology proposed by the Saudi Arabian government to address queuing issues.

Abstract

Enshrining Islamic law in writing, particularly in the context of marriage, is a crucial step in transforming fiqh law into positive law in Muslim countries. This codification process reveals not only formal legal efforts but also the evolving nature of legal politics, the direction of state philosophy, and how the state responds to social demands. Islamic marriage law can be codified in various ways, including textual-normative, contextual, and progressive approaches. These differences are due to the ideological, legal, and social conditions of each country. The goal of this study is to examine the connection between legal politics and the codification of Islamic marriage law, investigate the philosophical basis for the practice of taqnin, and compare the methods of codification employed in Muslim countries such as Indonesia, Morocco, Tunisia, and Egypt. This study uses a qualitative, normative, and comparative legal approach, as well as a conceptual, historical, and comparative legal approach. The primary sources of data are official legal documents, including the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), Mudawwanah al-Usrah, the Code du Statut Personnel, and the Egyptian Family Law. Secondary sources include books, academic journals, and studies of Islamic legal philosophy. The study's results indicate that legal politics plays a significant role in determining how to codify Islamic marriage law. The state's legal philosophy—whether it is conservative-textual, moderate-contextual, or progressive-normative—has a substantial impact on how it handles taqnin. The principles of maqashid al-shari'ah, such as justice, protection of life, property, and honour, as well as the ability to address the challenges of social pluralism, gender equality, and the legal needs of modern society, are what make codification successful. The results suggest that the future of Islamic law should incorporate a blend of legal philosophy, inter-school dialogue, and interdisciplinary studies. Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya kecerdasan buatan (AI), memberikan tantangan baru bagi mahasiswa dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang terjadi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyaradkat ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterampilan yang diperlukan mahasiswa untuk memanfaatkan potensi AI di masa depan. Metode PAR dipilih untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini karena memungkinkan kolaborasi yang lebih mendalam sehingga dapat menciptakan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk beradaptasi dengan potensi kecerdasan buatan (AI) di masa depan. Kegiatan ini mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip pendidikan partisipatif, yang menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan aktif peserta dalam proses belajar. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan melalui platform Zoom, di mana mahasiswa berperan sebagai peserta aktif. Dalam kegiatan ini diuraikan berbagai keterampilan, seperti pemahaman teknis, kreativitas, dan keterampilan interpersonal, yang perlu dikembangkan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mahasiswa mencakup kurangnya pemahaman tentang teknologi AI, kesenjangan dalam pendidikan formal, dan akses yang terbatas terhadap sumber daya. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan dan efektif, serta meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja yang berbasis teknologi. Kata Kunci: keterampilan mahasiswa, kecerdasan buatan, pendidikan, adaptasi, teknologi, kompetisi. ABSTRACT The development of information technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), presents new challenges for students in adapting to the changes that occur. This community service activity aims to explore the skills needed by students to harness the potential of AI in the future. The PAR method was chosen for this community service activity because it allows for deeper collaboration, thereby creating a better understanding of the skills required to adapt to the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in the future. This activity refers to the principles of participatory education, which emphasizes the importance of active participant involvement in the learning process. The socialization activities are conducted through the Zoom platform, where students play the role of active participants. In this activity, various skills are outlined, such as technical understanding, creativity, and interpersonal skills, that need to be developed. The main issues faced by students include a lack of understanding of AI technology, gaps in formal education, and limited access to resources. This activity is expected to contribute to the development of a relevant and effective curriculum, as well as enhance students' readiness to face challenges in a technology-based work environment. Abstract

The development of teaching materials is an important ability that a teacher must have, so that learning is more effective efficient, and interesting for students. One of them is Nahwu as a type of Arabic language science that must be studied by students. The purpose of writing this paper is to reveal how the development of Nahwu teaching materials based on Mind Mapping for a teacher with the ADDIE model. The analysis used is a qualitative approach with a research and development mode. In the initial stage, a descriptive method was used to prepare library data and existing contextual conditions. In this study, the model used is the ADDIE model, a structured development concept consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The researcher's analysis found the importance of developing mind map-based Nahwu teaching materials with the ADDIE model with an instructional model through 5 stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. With this ADDIE model, the ultimate goal is to make a product for the development of Nahwu teaching materials by the principles of truth and saheeh, usefulness, attracting students' interest, consistency, and the adequacy of the material developed. The author recommends the importance of developing teaching materials for a teacher professionally in attracting students' interest in learning, it is also necessary for academics to continue to develop teaching materials to produce a product that is beneficial for Arabic learners in particular.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles applied in pesantren on the implementation of a culture of discipline among santri (pesantren students) and the challenges faced by pesantren in maintaining a culture of discipline amid social and technological developments. Pesantren as religious educational institutions have characteristics that prioritize discipline as a basic value. The leadership style applied by the pesantren leader, whether authoritarian or democratic, can influence the extent to which discipline is applied in the life of the santri. However, increasingly open social change and the rapid development of technology, especially in terms of the use of social media, are a major challenge to maintaining a culture of discipline. The uncontrolled use of technology often disrupts the concentration and focus of santri, while changes in the mindset of the younger generation, who are more open to freedom, also risk reducing the level of discipline. This study shows that pesantren must be able to adapt their leadership style to the times, without sacrificing the values of discipline that have long been the basis of pesantren life. Therefore, a more flexible approach is needed to manage technology and foster relationships between pesantren leaders and students. In conclusion, discipline management in pesantren requires a balance between firmness and an approach that prioritizes humanitarian values and adaptation to the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Life crises represent a universal phenomenon that challenges individuals’ adaptive capacities, often resulting in heightened psychological distress. The family serves as a primary source of support; however, the effectiveness of such support is highly contingent upon the congruence between the type of assistance provided and the individual's psychological needs. This review aims to explore how the quality of familial support influences an individual’s ability to manage stress, and how misalignment between the form of support and the nature of the crisis may exacerbate psychological vulnerability. Employing a literature review approach, this study analyzes a range of relevant publications. The findings show that appropriately aligned emotional support can enhance emotional regulation, increase perceived control, and reduce the risk of depression and anxiety. On the other hand, unhelpful support, such as overprotection, excessive instruction, or insufficient validation, may increase psychological burden through mechanisms including emotional alienation, internalization of stigma, disrupted emotional regulation, and the emergence of learned helplessness. Mismatched support also gives rise to intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict, impairs physiological functioning, and decreases long-term resilience. Moreover, familial support demonstrates dual potential, it can serve as either a protective or maladaptive factor, depending on how suitable the support is. This review underscores the critical importance of a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of family support in the context of life crises. Familial sensitivity to emotional needs and variations in crisis types constitutes a crucial component in safeguarding individual psychological well-being

Abstract

Abstract:The case of theft with a small value of goods which is now being tried in court is quite under public’s spotlight, public are generally considering that it is very unfair if the cases are threatened with a penalty of 5 (five) years as determined in article 362 of the Criminal Code. Since the punishment is not comparable to the value of the stolen goods, these cases have also encumbered the court, both in terms of the budget and public perceptions of the court. After analyzing the problem, the authors concluded that the application of PERMA Number 2 of 2012 as for Adjustment of Light Crime Limits and the Amount of Mulcts in the Criminal Code has not been used as a Court or Judge as a material consideration or a reference to decide criminal acts whose goods value is below IDR 2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand rupiah).Keywords: Supreme Court Regulations, Mild Crimes, Fines Abstrak:Perkara pencurian dengan nilai barang yang kecil yang kini diadili di pengadilan cukup mendapat sorotan masyarakat, masyarakat umumnya menilai bahwa sangatlah tidak adil jika perkara-perkara tersebut diancam dengan ancaman hukuman 5 (lima) tahun sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 362 KUHP. Oleh karena tidak sebanding dengan nilai barang yang dicurinya, perkara-perkara tersebut juga telah membebani pengadilan, baik dari segi anggaran maupun dari segi persepsi publik terhadap pengadilan. Setelah melakukan analisa terhadap permasalahan, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa penerapan PERMA Nomor  2 Tahun 2012 Tentang Penyesuaian Batasan Tindak Pidana Ringan dan Jumlah Denda dalam KUHP belum dijadikan Pengadilan atau Hakim sebagai bahan pertimbangan atau pun acuan untuk memutus tindak pidana yang nilai barangnya di bawah Rp. 2.500.000,00 (dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah).Kata Kunci: Peraturan Mahkamah Agung, Tindak Pidana Ringan, DendaАннотация:Дело о краже с небольшой стоимостью товаров, которое сейчас рассматривается в суде, находится в центре внимания общественности, общественность, как правило, считает, что очень несправедливо, если этим случаям грозит штраф в 5 (пять) лет, как определено в статье. 362 УК РФ. Поскольку наказание несопоставимо со стоимостью похищенных товаров, эти дела также обременяют суд, как с точки зрения бюджета, так и общественного восприятия суда. Проанализировав проблему, авторы пришли к выводу, что применение PERMA № 2 от 2012 года в отношении корректировки пределов легкой преступности и количества элементов в Уголовном кодексе не использовалось в качестве суда или судьи в качестве материала для рассмотрения или ссылки на принимать решения о преступных деяниях, стоимость товаров которых ниже 2 500 000,00 (два миллиона пятьсот тысяч) рупий.Ключевые слова: постановление Верховного суда, легкие преступления, штрафы
