Abstract

Dalam era persaingan global yang semakin dinamis, organisasi dituntut tidakhanya mencapai kinerja tinggi tetapi juga mempertahankan keberlanjutan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinantransformasional dan lingkungan kerja hijau terhadap kinerja karyawan melaluiketerikatan karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan yang digunakanadalah kuantitatif dengan populasi karyawan BUMDesa di Kecamatan Buleleng.Sampel penelitian berjumlah 150 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposivesampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner,observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). Hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin yangmampu memberikan inspirasi, dukungan, dan arahan yang jelas berkontribusisignifikan terhadap peningkatan keterikatan emosional dan kognitif karyawandalam menjalankan tugas. Lingkungan kerja yang hijauyang tercermin melaluikebersihan, kesehatan, efisiensi energi, serta keterlibatan karyawan dalam programramah lingkunganjuga terbukti memperkuat rasa kenyamanan, kepedulian, danrasa memiliki terhadap organisasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan transformasionalberpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan; (2) lingkungan kerja hijauberpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan; (3) keterikatan karyawanberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) kepemimpinantransformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melaluiketerikatan karyawan; dan (5) lingkungan kerja hijau berpengaruh signifikanterhadap kinerja karyawan melalui keterikatan karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskanbahwa keterikatan karyawan berperan sebagai mekanisme psikologis yangmenjembatani pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kondisi lingkungan terhadapkinerja berkelanjutan.Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur perilaku organisasidengan mengintegrasikan konsep transformational leadership, green workenvironment, dan employee engagement dalam kerangka sustainable performance.Secara praktis, hasil penelitian memberikan rekomendasi bagi organisasi untukmembangun kinerja berkelanjutan melalui penerapan kepemimpinan yang visionerdan lingkungan kerja yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Durian, known as the “king of fruits,” plays a vital role in both local andinternational markets, offering promising economic opportunities. This studyanalyzes the business activities of UD. Rama Durian in Bebetin Village, SawanDistrict, Buleleng Regency, Bali, which has operated for more than seven years asa local durian supplier. The objectives are to examine the production andmarketing processes, identify key success factors, and formulate developmentstrategies to enhance income and profitability. Using a descriptive quantitativeapproach, data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation,and questionnaires, and analyzed with descriptive methods and SWOT analysis.The findings show that internal factors such as product quality, inventorymanagement, marketing networks, and financial management significantlyinfluence business performance, while external factors include seasonal climate,supply consistency, competition, consumer demand trends, and governmentpolicies. The results suggest that improving production quality, strengtheningmarketing strategies, building partnerships with local farmers, and diversifyingdurian products are essential for sustainable growth. This research contributes toagribusiness management knowledge and provides practical recommendations forfarmers, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to support the development of thedurian sector and local economic growth in Buleleng.

Abstract

Advertising is a form of communication for marketing and is used to encourage and persuade people to take an action. As well as news, advertisements are also used to convey messages. This study aims to analyze verbal and visual signs in Bintang beer advertisements in order to discover the subliminal messages delivered by the company. The data were taken from three selected Bintang beer advertisements. They are Bintang Pilsener, Bintang Zero 0.0% and Bintang Radler. This study used observation method and note-taking technique in collecting the data. The data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative method using theory of Semiotics proposed by Barthes (1998). By conducting this study, it is found that there are interesting unseen messages in Bintang beer advertisements. The finding shows that both verbal and visual signs play crucial roles in presenting meaningful and interesting advertisement to succesfully deliver messages to the target consumers.
