Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan strategi yang tepat dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah inklusi dan (2) penguatan kesadaran disabilitas bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan layanan di sekolah inklusi. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kajian pustaka, kajian teori, atau studi literatur terkait dengan strategi layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah inklusi serta penguatan pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling tentang kesadaran disabilitas di sekolah inklusi. Studi dilakukan dengan mencari sumber literatur yang relevan kemudian dibandingkan dengan literatur lain yang kemudian ditarik menjadi sebuah kesimpulan atau pemahaman terkait dengan tema yang ditulis. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah (1) strategi layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dirasa tepat untuk diimplementasikan di sekolah inklusi dan (2) perlunya penguatan kesadaran disabilitas bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah inklusi.Kata kunci: strategi, layanan, bimbingan dan konseling, kesadaran disabilitas                                                                 AbstractThis study aims to (1) develop appropriate strategies in providing guidance and counseling services in inclusive schools and (2) strengthening disability awareness for guidance and counseling teachers in providing services in inclusive schools. This research method is a literature study, theoretical study, or literature study related to the strategy of guidance and counseling services in inclusive schools and strengthening teachers' understanding of guidance and counseling about disability awareness in inclusive schools. The study was conducted by finding relevant sources of literature and then compared with other literature which was then drawn into a conclusion or understanding related to the theme written. The expected results in writing this article are (1) guidance and counseling service strategies that are deemed appropriate for implementation in inclusive schools and (2) the need to strengthen disability awareness for guidance and counseling teachers in inclusive schools.Keywords: strategy, service, guidance and counseling, disability awareness

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to help schools namely SDIT Baitul Izzah (Baiz) Nganjuk Regency to solve human resource problems by using USG matrix analysis techniques. This research uses a qualitative research approach by conducting field studies directly observing the field, interviewing the principal as a resource person, and conducting documentation studies relating to the recruitment process of new teachers. The results of this study found: (1) the problem of human resources in schools about the prospective teachers recruited lacking the ability to study, (2) USG matrix analysis techniques used to analyze human resource problems in schools, (3) suggestions and solutions to schools to solve the problem of human resources about prospective teachers recruited lacking the competence to read through the results of problem analysis using USG matrix techniques. Keywords: USG Matrix, teacher, competence Abstrak: : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu sekolah yakni SDIT Baitul Izzah (Baiz) Kabupaten Nganjuk untuk menyelesaikan masalah sumber daya manusia dengan menggunakan teknik analisis masalah matrik USG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan studi lapangan pengamatan langsung ke lapangan, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah sebagai narasumber, dan melakukan studi dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan proses rekrutmen guru baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan: (1) masalah sumber daya manusia di sekolah tentang calon guru yang direkrut kurang memiliki kompetensi mengaji, (2) Teknik analisis masalah matrik USG yang digunakan untuk menganalisis masalah sumber daya manusia di sekolah, (3) saran dan solusi kepada sekolah untuk menyelesaikan masalah sumber daya manusia tentang calon guru yang direkrut kurang memiliki kompetensi mengaji melalui hasil analisis masalah menggunakan teknik matrik USG. Kata Kunci: Matrik USG, guru, kompetensi

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to describe, (1)  the managerial skills of school principals Islamic,(2)  the implementation of managerial skills principals,(3) the impact of managerial skills principals, (4) the constraints faced by principals in applying managerial skills in public schools. This study used a qualitative approach with case study. The result of this stud indicate the implementation of management skills of principals integrating Islamic values in school management, the impact of applying the principal’s managerial skills to the school’s identity as a typical Islamic public school, and the abstacles faced by the principal is the community’s assessment of the school and teachers who have not professionally taught in applying managerial skills to the poor SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang.Keywords: Managerial Skills, Principal, Islamic Public School Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, (1) keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, (2) implementasi keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, (3) dampak penerapan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, (4) hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan keterampilan manajerial pada sekolah umum berciri khas Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tentang implementasi keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah memadukan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pengelolaan sekolah, dampak penerapan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah menjadi identitas sekolah sebagai sekolah umum berciri khas Islam, dan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah adalah penilaian masyarakat terhadap sekolah dan guru yang belum professional mengajar dalam menerapkan keterampilan manajerial.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Manajerial, Kepala Sekolah, Sekolah Umum Berciri Khas Islam DOI : 10.17977/um025v2i22018p102

Abstract

Current education programs are directed at the implementation and strengthening of character education in schools. Character education is considered the right solution to solve the problems of the Indonesian nation. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning process for strengthening character education based on integrity values in schools, the implementation of the lost and found box program in schools, and the impact of implementing the lost and found box program in schools. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation studies. This research was conducted at Elementary School Laboratory Universitas Negeri Malang, Blitar City, with the principal as the key informant and teacher, education staff and school committee as additional informants. The results of this study shows that planning activities in the integrity value-based character education strengthening program have been divided into learning and non-learning aspects. Program planning is carried out through work meetings involving school principals, teachers, education personnel, parents, school committees, stakeholders, education experts, with the principal as the highest decision maker. The impact of implementing the "Lost and Found Box" program in schools is (1) increased honesty behavior of students, (2) students understand the concept of ownership, (3) students feel responsible for personal property and other people, and (4) school students are felt to be safer.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan komunikasi adalah bagian terpenting untuk mewujudkan peningkatan kinerja organisasi pendidikan. Komunikasi memegang peranan penting tanpa komunikasi organisasi akan tidak berfungsi dalam menjalankan tujuan awal organisasi. Komponen pendidikan sekolah dalam menerapkan komunikasi pun perlu membanguan iklim komunikasi yang sehat dan kondusif sehingga timbul reaksi-reaksi positif. Perlunya teknik dalam menciptakan suasana organisasi yang efektif dapat mendorong interkasi dan komunikasi sehingga tujuan pendidikan akan tercapai dengan maksimal. Metode kajian literature dapat menjadi perbandingan kasus untuk memperoleh solusi yang tepat dengan menerapkan partisipasi umum sebagai point penting peningkatkan kinerja organisasi pendidikan. Komunikasi adalah strategi pengembangan peningkatan kinerja organisasi pendidikan. ABSTRACT The success of communication is the most important part to achieve improvement in educational organizations. Communication plays an important role without organizational communication will not work on the initial organizational planning. The school education component in implementing communication also needs to develop healthy and conducive communication so that positive reactions arise. The need for techniques in creating an effective organization can encourage interaction and communication so that educational goals will be achieved to the maximum. Literature assessment methods can be considered an improvement to get the right solution to increase participation in education. Communication is an improvement strategy.

Abstract

Abstract Change is a process that cannot be avoided in an organization. Organizational change is the process of moving from the present to the future to improve organization. An organization will always experience a change to anticipate and face challenges that will occur in the future. Organizational change can come from outside or within the organization itself where the change is in the from of planned changes of structural changes that must be managed properly. Management in an organization is needed to help the process of change so that the organization can improve its progress. Organizational progress is very influential on the success or failure of an organization. Organizational change is not always well received because at every change there will be resistance. Organizational change can be a threat to failure for an organization and therefore there needs to be a good management so that an organization has progress. Abstrak Perubahan merupakan sebuah proses yang tidak dapat dihindari dalam suatu organisasi. Perubahan organisasi adalah proses perpindahan dari keadaan sekarang menuju keadaan dimasa yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan organisaasi. Sebuah organisasi akan selalu mengalami sebuah perubahan untuk mengantisipasi dan menghadapi tantangan yang akan terjadi dimasa yang akan datang. Perubahan organisasi dapat berasal dari luar maupun dari dalam organisasi itu sendiri dimana perubahan tersebut berupa perubahan terencana ataupun perubahan struktural yang harus dikelola dengan baik. Manajemen dalam sebuah organisasi diperlukan untuk membantu proses perubahan agar organisasi dapat meningkatkan kemajuannya. Kemajuan organisasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap sukses tidaknya sebuah organisasi. Perubahan organisasi tidak selalu diterima dengan baik karena pada setiap perubahan pasti akan ada perlawanan. Adanya perubahan organisasi dapat menjadi ancaman kegagalan bagi sebuah organisasi tersebut maka dari itu perlu adanya sebuah manajemen yang baik agar sebuah organisasi memiliki kemajuan.

Abstract

An ironic situation has emerged where vocational school graduates, who are trained to be work-ready, have the highest unemployment rates. This study investigates the role of the community and students’ parents in promoting entrepreneurial careers among vocational school students in Malang, Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, the research was conducted at three vocational high schools through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data reliability was ensured through credibility measures such as triangulation, verifying sources, and enhancing reference materials’ consistency and sufficiency. A multi-case design with constant comparative analysis was employed. The findings reveal several key roles of parents and communities in fostering entrepreneurship, namely: i) Entrepreneurship is taught theoretically and practically through business incubation, the Creative Entrepreneurship Program, and managing school business units; ii) Parents support entrepreneurship by purchasing students’ products, stocking the school canteen, collaborating in product sales, and participating in brainstorming sessions; iii) Schools partner with local micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and national and international companies to train students; and iv) The community and parents assist in marketing students’ products, and some businesses related to the school’s program serve as practice venues for students. This study contributes theoretically as a reference on the role of parents and the community in encouraging entrepreneurship in vocational schools. Practically, it serves as a guide for school administrators to involve parents and the community in school entrepreneurial activities.

Abstract

Participation cannot be released in an effort to improve the quality of schools through educational programs that are planned and implemented by schools. The involvement of students' parents as users of educational services offered by schools as well as stakeholders needs attention from the school. In order to accommodate the expectations of the community towards the school. The research and writing of this article aims (1) the implementation of school collaboration activities with parents, (2) the implementation of school collaboration activities with the surrounding community, (3) the strategy of increasing public interest in the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Surakarta. The research method uses a qualitative research approach where data is obtained through interviews, participatory observation in schools, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed through triangulation techniques. The results of this study are (1) the form of school collaboration activities with parents, (2) the form of school activities involving the community around the school, and (3) the efforts of the school in increasing public interest in the school.
