Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Kangen in Bitung City, both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted from August to October 2023. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, specifically targeting individuals who had visited Coffee Kangen in Bitung City. The data utilized included both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors, employing the slovin method, resulting in a total of 35 respondents. Secondary data were obtained through observations and the profiling of Coffee Kangen. Data analysis techniques involved validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroskedasticity testing, linearity testing, multiple linear regression, T-test, F-test, correlation coefficient testing, and determination coefficient testing. The statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 26. The research findings revealed that, partially: 1) Price significantly influences customer satisfaction, and 2) Service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction. Furthermore, simultaneously: Price and service quality together significantly impact customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the supply chain for California papaya commodities in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out from June to December 2023. The data analysis method used in the research was descriptive analysis using tables and charts. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the Talawaan Village Office, Central Statistics Agency, and other sources related to research. The research results show that the California papaya supply chain in Talawaan Village consists of farmers, collectors, wholesalers and retailers. The flow of California papaya products starts from farmers who produce California papaya, collecting traders buy from farmers then sell to wholesalers and then to supermarkets to sell according to demand, then sell to consumers and farmers sell to retailers then sell to consumers. The financial flow starts from supermarkets which buy from wholesalers, then wholesalers buy from the financial flow flows from downstream to upstream starting from consumers to supermarkets then to wholesalers and to collecting traders and finally to farmers, then from retailers to farmers or from consumers directly to farmers. The flow of information flows from two directions, first from upstream to downstream, farmers provide information regarding the availability of supplies to collecting traders and retailers, then collecting traders contact wholesalers. Second, from downstream to upstream, wholesalers and retailers as well as consumers are looking for information about supply availability.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis the added value of salak dodol processing in Bawoleu Village, North Tagulandang District, Siau Tagulandang Biaro Islands Regency. This research was conducted from August to November 2023. This research uses primary data taken from salak dodol managers, by conducting surveys, interviews and documentation to respondents directly. Secondary data obtained from related agencies, such as the central statistics agency, literature books, literature journals from the internet and the agricultural extension office in bawoleu village, north tagulandang sub-district, siau tagulandang biaro island district. The results showed that salak dodol business is profitable and provides good added value. Salak dodol business in one production process obtained an added value of IDR 114,100/Kg of salak dodol and a profit of Rp94,100/Kg of salak dodol with a value-added ratio of 50.71% classified as high added value because it is above 40%. The largest profit was received by the business owner of 49.52%, then other input contributions of 39.94% and the smallest labor income of 10.52%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the amount of marketing margin for each marketing channel of captikus in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District. The research was conducted over three months from June to August 2023, in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District. The study used two types of data: primary data obtained through direct interviews with respondents using a structured questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the internet, including journals, theses, and other relevant information related to the research. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, a method of selecting samples based on specific considerations. A total of 18 captikus farmers and 1 collector trader were sampled. The data analysis included marketing margin, marketing costs, marketing profit, and farmer share. The results show that in captikus marketing in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District, there are two types of marketing channels: Channel I, which involves sales from farmers to consumers with a marketing margin cost of Rp0, and Channel II, which involves sales from farmers to collectors and then to consumers, with a marketing margin cost of IDR3,549.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the copra supply chain in Cio Gerong Village, South West Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from August to November 2023. The research was conducted in Cio Gerong Village, South West Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. This research uses primary data taken by conducting surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to respondents directly. The secondary data were taken through relevant agencies, such as the Central Bureau of Statistics, literature books, literature, journals from the internet. Sampling of farmers was done purposively (purposive sampling), the number of samples selected was 10 samples from 50 copra farmers, while the sample for copra traders was 5 people from 10 copra collectors. The data analysis used is descriptive method to identify product flow, financial flow and information flow. The results showed that the supply chain in Cio Gerong Village, West South Morotai Subdistrict, Morotai Island Regency, based on the flow of products from upstream to downstream starting from copra farmers, small collectors, and large copra collectors. The financial flow from downstream to upstream starts from large collecting traders buying copra from small collecting traders with a cash payment system and small collecting traders buying copra from farmers with a cash payment system. The flow of information flows from two directions, namely the first direction of large collectors to small collectors then to farmers, the second direction is farmers to small collectors then to large collectors.
