Abstract

Meubel kayu kelapa merupakan produk olahan penting pertanian Sulawesi Utara, sebab kapasitas produksi kelapa tinggi dan potensi pasar mencapai mancanegara. Namun sistem pemasarannya belum banyak dipelajari sehingga pengembangan usaha manufaktur yang ada terbatas. Selain itu, pemberdayaan pengrajin lokal dalam upaya pemasaran hampir tidak pernah diinvestigasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai sistem pemasaran kayu kelapa berdasarkan segmentasi pasar, segmentasi spasial, dan pemberdayaan pengrajin lokal dalam suatu usaha manufaktur meubel kayu kelapa berskala menengah. Pelaksanaannya bertempat di Balai Latihan Pendidikan Teknik GMIM Kaaten, Tomohon. Variabel yang diteliti mencakup angka penjualan selang Januari 2016 – Juni 2018 sebagai outcome; kategori pembeli (perorangan vs institusi/kantor), jenis meubel (meja, kursi, lemari, atau lainnya), dan cara pengiriman (dikirim vs ambil sendiri) sebagai variabel-variabel segmentasi pasar; wilayah geografi (Tomohon, Manado, Minahasa, atau lainnya) dan jarak alamat pengiriman selaku variabel-variabel segmentasi spasial; dan, jumlah pekerja lokal serta rasionya terhadap lama hari pengerjaan merepresentasikan pemberdayaan pengrajin lokal. Dari perspekstif sistem, variabel-variabel ini dianggap mewakili unsur input, proses, dan output. Analisis multivariat dari determinan angka penjualan dilakukan dengan regresi Poisson generalized linear model. Optimasi model menggunakan pendekatan iteratif berbasis maximum likelihood estimation. Hasil analisis terhadap 285 transaksi penjualan selang periode acuan menunjukkan bahwa jenis meubel meja (vs lainnya), pemasaran via pengiriman (vs ambil sendiri) dan peningkatan jumlah pengrajin lokal cenderung meningkatkan angka penjualan. Sebaliknya, kenaikan rasio pekerja terhadap lama hari dan pemasaran produk pada wilayah geografi tertentu (Tomohon vs daerah lain) kelihatannya justru menurunkan angka penjualan meubel kayu kelapa. Rekomendasi langkah selanjutnya didiskusikan dalam laporan ini. Kata Kunci: meubel kayu kelapa, sistem pemasaran, Sulawesi Utara, regresi Poisson GLM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the participation of the Green Lestari farmer group in agricultural extension activities in Tondei Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. This research started from April to June 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was descriptive analysis using a Likert Scale, the number of samples used in this study totaled 11 people. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with the Hijau Lestari farmer group using a questionnaire, while secondary data was obtained from the Tondei Satu Village Government. The results of this study indicate that the participation of the Hijau Lestari farmer group in agricultural extension activities in Tondei Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency is classified as active. Where is the total overall score of 353 with a percentage of 89.14.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the element of social capital in farmer groups Esa Tarendem and Kerknahel in Rurukan Satu Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted in Rurukan Satu Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This study began in April to June 2021, the number of samples used in this study amounted to twenty people. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with farmer groups Esa Tarendem and Kerknahel using a list of questions (questionnaires), while secondary data was obtained from the Rurukan Satu sub-district government. The results of this study indicate that there is social capital in the Esa Tarendem farmer group in Rurukan Satu Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. Where the results of the total score of 535 with a percentage of 99.07%. Meanwhile, the results of the research on social capital in the Kerknahel farmer group in Rurukan Satu Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City are doubtful. Where the results of the acquisition of a total score of 350 with a percentage of 64.81%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of women farm laborers on the family economy based on income contribution and work time in Atep Satu Village, Langowan Selatan Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for three months, from May to July 2022, starting from the preparation to the preparation of the research report. The method used in this research is the survey method by taking primary data and secondary data.  Primary data was obtained through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data was obtained from the sub-district office, village office, and related agencies. Sampling in this study used the method (simple random sampling) with the number of female farm laborers sampled as many as 30 out of 137 women who work as farm laborers and are married. The data obtained in this study were analyzed through the identification of the role of income, using the descriptive analysis method of the activities of the role of women farm workers in the household calculated based on the results of the work time. Based on the results of the study, the role of women farm laborers on the family economy in Atep Satu Village, Langowan Selatan Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency is the contribution of women farm laborers' income of 27.84% while the use of working time of women farm laborers is 23%. So in this case the highest contribution is 45.45% and the lowest is 18.82%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of corn farming income according to the area of land they cultivate in Inobonto Village, Bolaang District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained in the research field, namely from interviews with corn farmers, while secondary data were obtained from agencies related to the research. The sample used is homogeneous, so the sample determination is carried out proportionally according to the tenure of the land area of 15 respondents. The results of the data obtained, then processed using farming analysis according to Suratiyah. Based on the calculation results of corn farming analysis in Inobonto Village, Bolaang District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, the farm income with a land area of L < 1 Ha is IDR16,418,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 2.20, and for Land Area 1 < L < 2 Ha With an income of IDR49,702,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 4.00 while Corn farming income with a Land Area of L> 2 Ha is IDR96,546,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 4.97. So for all land areas the R/C ratio is greater than 1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and see the Welfare Level of Workers in the Tofu and Tempe Home Industry (Case Study: Home Industry in Ranomuut Village, Paal Dua District, Manado City). This research was conducted from August to October 2022. Sampling used a purposive sampling method. Data collection was obtained through direct interviews with the help of questionnaires to 9 respondents using concepts and indicators from the 2015 version of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) which includes 5 stages of family welfare indicators. Data analysis used descriptive analysis methods by making tables and percentages to explain the level of welfare of workers in the tofu and tempeh home industry, Ibu Enda, in Ranomuut sub-district, Paal Dua sub-district. The results showed that most workers in the tofu and tempeh home industry fall into the category of prosperous families I (KS I) and prosperous families II (KS II).

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the profile of Lumintang Beach tourist attraction in Bentenan Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research lasted for two months with research time from June to July 2023. The research was conducted at Lumintang Beach tourist attraction located in the Bentenan Village Tourism Area, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with processors. Secondary data were obtained from agencies related to the research, literature or previous research. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling, namely samples taken deliberately and the sample is the tourist attraction officer. The analysis technique used is descriptive. The results showed that the Lumintang Beach tourist attraction in Bentenan Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency is a tourist spot that has potential and destinations that can be an attraction for visitors by using existing facilities such as boats to visit the islands around Lumintang Beach, jetski and banana boat for visitors to use to play on the water and gazebo visitors can use as a place to relax or carry out thanksgiving events, to support the economy of the Bentenan Village community, the community can make a culinary place as a livelihood.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the covid 19 pandemic on the profits of UD. Merpati's roasted peanut business. This research was conducted for 3 months in Tombasian Atas Village, West Kawangkoan District. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis, and primary data is used, where the data collected is studied and analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form, to determine the difference between revenue and the amount of costs incurred. Based on the results of the study, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the profit of UD Merpati's roasted peanut business shows that there are no negative results, in fact, it has a very positive impact on the business place where the profit of UD Merpati's roasted peanut business has increased by 88.32 percent, where before Covid-19 the profit of the roasted peanut business was IDR 3,399,794 and during Covid-19 the profit of the roasted peanut business was IDR 29,116,294.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the role of the village government in the Sombor Wanua Talumengan Farmer Group in Kakaskasen Tiga Subdistrict, North Tomohon District, Tomoho­n City. This research lasted for 4 months from May to August 2023. The data used in this research was primary data obtained based on interviews with nine informants from the Sombor Wanua Talumengan farmer group, including administrators and members, taken using purposive sampling (randomly) and secondary data obtained from agencies related to the research carried out. Data analysis used is descriptive. The results of this research show that the role of the Village Government in the Sombor Wanua Talumengan Farmer Group in Kakaskasen Tiga Subdistrict, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City has not been fully implemented optimally, this is seen from the aspect of the government as a regulator of rules/mechanisms, and government policies have not been achieved and are not in accordance with the hopes of farmer groups, because they were not able to prepare well. The government as a dynamist, namely (1) Socialization, (2) Mentoring, (3) Training, and (4) Field visits are still lacking because farmer groups have not received socialization and assistance but for training and field visits farmer groups have received it and the government as Facilitators as providers of superior seeds, fertilizer and production facilities have been able to facilitate farmer groups well.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze consumer preferences for purchasing flower arrangements at the Quinn Florist shop in Winangun Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. This research lasted for six months from May to October 2023. The data used in this research was primary data obtained based on questionnaires and secondary data from various online media. The sampling method is by chance (accidental sampling). The sampling method used was random (random sampling). The number of respondents was 100 people using sample calculations, namely the Slovin formula, producing 50 respondents. The data analysis used is chi square analysis with the help of SPSS statistics. The results of the chi square analysis show that for all consumer preference variables regarding purchasing flower arrangements at the Quinn Florist shop in Winangun Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City, there are differences in consumer preferences for flower arrangements. The research results show that the price, quality, promotions and service are the same, but differ in the type and consumer preferences for purchasing flower arrangements at the Quinn Florist shop in Winangun Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City, namely flower arrangements at a price of IDR35,000 to IDR150,000, the type of series is pot/table, the quality is seen from the beauty, promos namely discounts, and fast responsive service.
