Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the village government towards. Matuari Farmer Group in Tounelet Satu Village, Sonder District. This research was carried out in November 2019 to January 2020 starting from preparation, data collection to preparing research reports. The data collection method in this study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from the source through surveys and interviews using a list of questions to all members of the Matuari Farmer Group, while secondary data was obtained from the village office of Tounelet Satu, Sonder District. The results showed the role of the village government in the Matuari farming group in tounelet village, sonder'scamtan showed well. Judging from the role of the government in advancing the group, namely: 1). The Role of the Village Government in Advancing the Matuari Peasant Group, 2). Government Assistance Provided to Matuari Farmers Group, 3). Relationship Between The Village Government and Members of the Matuari Peasant Kelomok, 4). Trust Between The Village Government and the Peasant Group.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with services at Rumah Kopi Billy Jalan 17 Agustus Manado City. The research lasted for 2 months and was carried out from September to October 2021. The data collected, namely primary data, was obtained from direct interviews with consumers as visitors by using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from coffee house owners as well as data related to research taken from the internet. Sampling was doneby accidental sampling as many as 5 respondents every day from Monday to Saturday which could be found so that the number of respondents was 30 people. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction with services at the Rumah Kopi Billy Jln 17 Agustus, Manado was included in the satisfied category with a satisfaction index of 77.68% based on product, price, place, promotion and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the "Anugrah Satu" farmer group in developing the potato commodity. This research was conducted in Linelean Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency, planned for 3 months, namely July to September 2023. The data collection method used primary and secondary data. Data collection in this study was carried out in 3 stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The population in this study were all members of the Anugrah Satu farmer group totaling 20 people. The sample was taken as a whole farmer group member or saturated sample. Data was measured with a Likert scale, then analyzed using the Role Level Index. The results showed that based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the level of role of the Anugrah Satu farmer group in the development of potato commodities in Linelean Village, Modoinding Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency is classified in the Very Role category, with an index number of 85.91%. The Anugrah Satu farmer group can still increase its role in the development of potato commodities to a higher level at an index number of 90-95%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the characteristics of women fruit traders in Traditional Market Bahu, Malalayang District, Manado City, North Sulawesi. The research used descriptive analysis method with more descriptions from the results of interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is described and studied qualitatively and described in tabular form and explained descriptively. The results stated that female fruit traders in Bahu Traditional Market have age characteristics with a range of 18 years to more than 50 years, most respondents have a high school education level and most have a number of dependents of 1 person to 4 people, most have been trading for 6 years to 10 years, all fruit traders are married, have the right to ownership of the stall, with trading activities lasting 13 hours, traders sell several types of fruit such as mangosteen, banana, papaya, langsa, and the capital spent ranges from IDR1,000,000 to more than IDR6,000,000 and the respondent with the smallest profit was IDR1,190,000 and the largest was IDR6,842,000.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze consumer preferences for Kedai Ruang Coffee located in Mogolaing, Kotamobagu Barat District, Kotamobagu City, North Sulawesi. This research was conducted from July to December 2023 at the Kedai Ruang Coffee location in Mogolaing, Kotamobagu Barat District, Kotamobagu City. The study employed data collection methods including the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling, with a total of 40 respondents, averaging 10 respondents per day. The data were analyzed qualitatively and described descriptively, while quantitative analysis was performed using Likert scales to determine consumer preferences through Important Performance Analysis. Data processing was done using Microsoft Excel 2007 software. The results indicate that consumer preferences for Kedai Ruang Coffee are categorized into 13 attributes divided into 4 quadrants. Attributes in quadrant I which are the top priority, namely the attribute of hospitality to customers. Attributes in quadrant II that are included in maintaining achievement, namely politeness to customers, ease of communication, cleanliness and tidiness of the place, attractive place decoration and available equipment facilities. Quadrant III attributes that include low priority, namely timeliness in serving consumers, employee skills and abilities, speed of the serving process, employee alertness when customers visit, readiness and willingness to serve customers and ease in responding to requests. Attributes in quadrant IV that are considered excessive, namely the neatness attribute of the waiter's appearance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sampling method was carried out using the Random Sampling method, namely by random sampling. The data collected are primary and secondary data with multiple linear regression analysis and using the Cobb-Douglass production function model. Based on the results of research that has been done in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency, and based on the research objectives, it can be concluded that together (simultaneously) the variables of land area, labor, seeds, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, and pesticides have a relationship to the amount of production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. Partially, the factors of land area, labor, phonska fertilizer have a significant effect, while seeds, urea fertilizer, and pesticides do not have a significant effect on the production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keuntungan pengolahan gula semut di Desa Wanga, Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pengolah gula semut dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan seperti kuisioner. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan berupa literatur, sumber tertulis atau dokumen yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan usaha pengolahan gula semut di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa selatan, dengan 367,5 kg gula semut dalam satu bulan, dan biaya total dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp9.521.471, dan biaya penerimaan yang diterima pelaku usaha dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp16.500.000. Maka keuntungan yang diterima pelaku usaha sebesar Rp6.978.529 dalam satu bulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi promosi dalam pemasaran melalui sosial media Instagram pada Umah Duren di Kota Manado. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dilapangan untuk melakukan pengamatan dan melakukan wawancara kepada pengelola dan konsumen, serta memberikan kuesioner kepada konsumen untuk diisi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling, adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini 7.639 orang yang mengikuti akun Instagram Umah Duren. Dalam pengambilan sampel didapatkan sebanyak 51 responden untuk dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini dalam waktu satu minggu yang mengunjungi Umah Duren. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Instagram efektif dalam mempromosikan produk Umah Duren dan dapat menambah daya tarik pelanggan untuk mengunjungi Umah Duren, dengan total indeks penilaian sebesar 88% yang tergolong dalam kategori "Setuju". Dari kelima aspek yang dianalisis, Caption merupakan aspek yang paling dominan (92%), disusul oleh Follow dan komentar (masing-masing 91%), serta Hashtag (85%). Namun, Like hanya memperoleh skor netral sebesar 75%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan persepsi pengunjung pasar tradisional Airmadidi Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari responden dengan melakukan wawancara langsung terhadap pengunjung pasar dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disiapkan. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari internet, buku dan berbagi literatur lainnya yang berhubungan penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah accidental sampling. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 45 responden yang di bagi menjadi tiga tahap dalam seminggu mengikuti hari pasar tradisional Airmadidi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pengunjung terhadap pasar tradisional Airmadidi, menunjukan jumlah hasil dengan skor 3400 dibagikan dengan skor ideal tertinggi 4500, dikalikan 100% menghasilkan angka indeks persepsi sebesar 75,55% dalam kategori berpersepsi baik. Dengan ini menunjukkan secara umum pengunjung pasar tradisional Airmadidi memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap kondisi pasar baik dari kebersihan, keamanan, infrastruktur, dan keterjangkauan harga, dengan demikian pasar tradisional Airmadidi dinilai telah memenuhi harapan masyarakat sebagai tempat belanja yang baik untuk pembeli dan pengunjung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pendapatan usahatani semangka dan melon yang dibudidayakan secara rotasi di lahan yang sama oleh petani di Desa Kauditan Satu, Kecamatan Kauditan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yang dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu 3 orang petani semangka dan melon. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis pendapatan usahatani. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan semangka sebesar Rp42.263.830/ha dan melon sebesar Rp66.898.754/ha. Selisih pendapatan antara semangka dan melon adalah sebesar Rp24.634.924, yang berarti tingkat pendapatan usahatani melon lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pendapatan semangka. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perbedaan produktivitas dan harga jual antara kedua komoditas. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara ekonomi, usahatani melon lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan semangka di lokasi penelitian.
