Abstract

This research aims to analyze the evaluation of company financial performance by considering the Return on Investment (ROI), Residual Income (RI), Economic Value Added (EVA) methods, and the decentralized approach. This method is used for comprehensive and in-depth measurement of a company's financial performance. Comparisons are made between traditional methods, EVA, and the impact of decentralization to answer key questions about the influence of each method on financial performance evaluation.The research also discusses the challenges that companies may face in implementing ROI, RI, EVA, and decentralization methods, and provides suggestions for overcoming these obstacles. The aim of this research is to add to the literature on financial performance evaluation and strategic management, providing insight into the various factors that influence financial performance evaluation.Descriptive analysis was carried out with a quantitative approach using secondary data from notes, documents and reports from various sources. The research results show that the decentralized approach and the ROI, RI, and EVA methods are correlated with each other in evaluating company financial performance. Although decentralization may not be significant in evaluating financial performance, it can influence management performance, create added value, and assist decision making to improve financial and business performance.

Abstract

Wise management of family finances is an important factor in maintaining economic stability and household welfare, especially during economic uncertainty. Kwagean Village, Wonopringgo Sub-district, Pekalongan District, is an area where many families rely on small businesses and the informal sector, such as convection. However, financial management challenges often make it difficult for families to prioritize their needs and cope with daily economic pressures. Therefore, education and assistance on effective financial management are needed. The purpose of this community service is to increase families' knowledge and skills in Kwagean Village, Wonopringgo Subdistrict, Pekalongan, in conducting sound family financial management to improve their welfare and economic resilience amid dynamic economic conditions. This community service is delivered through interactive counseling and hands-on training that actively involves residents. The community service activities were held at one resident's house for one day, with participants from various families and youth groups. The facilitators were KKN students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan, Pekalongan, who used a communicative, easy-to-understand approach and provided real examples tailored to local conditions. Abstract

This study investigates the roles of e-commerce, capital, and influencer marketing in the development of student-owned MSMEs based on Islamic economics. Student entrepreneurs, particularly in the muslim fashion sector, face significant challenges such as limited capital and the need to optimize digital marketing technology. E-commerce has proven effective in expanding market reach, while capital remains essential for business growth and potential collaboration with influencers. Although influencers are considered effective in promoting halal products, limited funding hampers their use. Furthermore, student entrepreneurs demonstrate strong commitment to Islamic principles such as honesty, fairness, and avoiding riba in their business practices.This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews with five student MSME actors from the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UIN SU). The result is E-commerce, capital, and influencers play a crucial role in the development of student MSMEs. Capital is the primary foundation for maximizing the use of e-commerce and promotional strategies through influencers. These three factors are interconnected in expanding markets, increasing sales, and building business competitiveness. Limited capital remains a barrier, particularly because MSMEs rely heavily on personal funds and struggle to access Islamic financing. Influencer marketing is considered effective, but has not been utilized optimally due to limited funds and knowledge. On the other hand, student MSMEs demonstrate a commitment to Islamic principles such as honesty, fairness, and avoiding usury.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan langkah model Problem Based Learning dengan multimedia, meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS, dan mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi yang ditemui selama pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru kelas VB SDN 4 Kutosari. Data yang digunakan berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan non tes. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan Teknik. Analisis data dilaksanakan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar IPS dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning dengan multimedia. Persentase hasil belajar siklus I mencapai 80,77%. siklus II mencapai 88,46%, dan siklus III mencapai 92,31%. Salah satu kendala yang ditemui adalah siswa kesulitan menggunakan quizizz untuk mengerjakan evaluasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning dengan multimedia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS pada siswa kelas VB SDN 4 Kutosari tahun ajaran 2022/2023.
