Abstract

Client delight is one of the matters that must be prioritized by every company. This research was made based on the goal of achieving the point of satisfaction of the customers of PT Prima Labeling. This study the point of satisfaction of the customers of PT. Prima Labeling. This have a look at goals to decide the impact of service, product quality, and promotion on purchaser satisfaction at PT Prima Labeling. The object of this research is the consumer of PT Prima Labeling. Statistics analysis used multiple linear regression evaluation. The technique in this study uses a saturated sample where the authors use as many as 104 respondents. To test the hypothesis used is the t test and F test and use SPSS software version 25. Based in the results of research that has been carried out, it has been shown that service, product quality, and promotion have a positive and significant impact on purchaser satisfaction, which sees the outcomes of the t count > t table and significant value obtained < 0,05. Service, product quality, and promotion also concurrently have a hight quality and huge relationship with the purchaser satisfaction variable, it may be visible from the calculated f value > f table and the sizeable value is < 0,05.

Abstract

In the midst of intense competition, one of the keys to maintaining and keeping up with the company's future is client or customer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of customer relationships and sales promotions on customer loyalty at PT Valco Indosiatec. This study applies a quantitative method by determining a sample of 101 respondents at PT Valco Indosiatec by applying a saturated sample. Questionnaires are used as a technique in collecting data. Data analysis in this study used the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Hypothesis testing with the PLS approach is carried out in two stages, namely testing the outer model and the inner model. The outer model test is carried out to prove the validity and reliability of all indicators for each variable. The inner model test is carried out to test the influence between variables according to the hypotheses previously set. The results showed: customer relationship has an effect on PT Valco Indosiatec's sales promotion, sales promotion has an effect on PT Valco Indosiatec's customer loyalty, customer relationship has an effect on PT Valco Indosiatec's customer loyalty

Abstract

Finding out how PT. Batamitra Prosperous's workload, work discipline, and incentives all interact is the main goal of this study. Using a saturation sampling strategy, the study population consists of 125 workers. Descriptive analysis, assessment of data quality, regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS as an aid are some of the data analysis approaches that are used. This study's data analysis shows that incentives significantly boost employee performance (t-value 2.034 > t-table 0.1757). The computed t-value of 5.547 > t-table 0.1757 also shows that work discipline has a positive and statistically significant effect on individual performance. Furthermore, the computed t-value of 4.673 > t-table 0.1757 indicates that workload substantially affects employee performance. Finally, the independent variables—reward, work discipline, and workload—simultaneously influence employee performance, as indicated by a calculated F-value of 38.571 > F-table 3.29. The coefficient of determination analysis yields a value of 0.489 or 48.9%, signifying that the contribution of work discipline, training, and communication variables to employee performance is 51.1%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh dari citra merek, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sandal Eiger pada e-commerce Shopee. Penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai metode penelitian. Populasi dipergunakan konsumen yang membeli pada Eiger Adventure Official Store di e-commerce Shopee pada tahun 2023 berjumlah 12.953. Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk menghasilkan ukuran sampel 388 responden dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda, dengan menguji uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian regresi linier berganda mengungkapkan bahwa citra merek dapat memberikan peningkatan keputusan pembelian sebesar 20,6%. Kualitas produk dapat memberikan peningkatan keputusan pembelian sebesar 22,9%. Promosi dapat memberikan peningkatan keputusan pembelian sebesar 20,6%. Pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan dengan besaran 58,4% oleh variabel citra merek, kualitas produk dan promosi. Temuan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara citra merek, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian sandal Eiger pada e-commerce Shopee.
