Abstract

In the midst of increasingly fierce business competition, the use of digital platforms is a tool that we must make the most of. Digitalization has become a fundamental factor in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the modern era. The main problem of MSMEs in Jayan Hamlet is the lack of understanding of the utilization of digital platforms such as social media and e-commerce that allow MSMEs to reach a wider range of customers without geographical boundaries. The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity and skills of MSME players through training and mentoring, in order to compete in local and regional markets. In addition, digitalization helps MSMEs in improving transparency and efficiency of business management as the automation of business processes becomes more assured with the proper application of technology. Therefore, support in the form of digital training is very necessary. The method used in this Community Service Activity is to train MSME actors in Dusun Jayan, Kebon Agung, Imogiri through participatory mentoring. The activity was carried out from January to February 2025. The speakers were UMY students who were involved in the Community Service Activity. There were 3 MSME participants with various types of businesses ranging from culinary businesses, making salted eggs, and bakpia. In this program, participants were given training on digital marketing, using social media for promotion and introducing products more widely. In addition, participants were also guided to create branding to create a strong product identity. The result of this activity is that MSME actors in Dusun Jayan have been able to create logos for their MSME products to be displayed on social media such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Participants also increased their knowledge, especially in understanding the benefits of digital marketing in creating local product marketing strategies. Attractive product branding will increase the number of consumers so that MSME products in Dusun Jayan are increasingly known among the wider community

Abstract

Limbah cair merupakan bagian terbesar dan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Air limbah tahu banyak mengandung BOD, COD, TSS, dan pH yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh fitoremediasi dengan tanaman Azolla Microphylla dan Pistia stratiotes (Kayu Apu) terhadap efektifitas penurunan BOD, COD, NH3 (Amoniak) pada air limbah tahu. Metode penelitian ini desain pre-eksperimental, pemeriksaan kadar BOD, COD, dan Amoniak sampel air limbah tahu dilakukan di Laboratorium Lingkungan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kota Cimahi. Uji statistik menggunakan uji t independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh perlakuan tanaman Azolla dan Kayu apu terhadap kadar COD (P value = 0.014), sedangkan tanaman Azolla dan Kayu apu tidak berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar BOD dan Amoniak dengan nilai (p value = 0.228), dan (P value = 0,291). Tanaman Pistia stratiotes (Kayu Apu)  mampu menurunkan kadar COD sebesar 9,175% mg/L dan tanaman Azolla Microphylla mampu menurunkan kadar COD 1,385% mg/L. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan metode ini dengan proses aklimatisasi lebih diamati pada tanamannya, serta bobot tanaman ditambah dan konsentrasi pada air limbah tahu lebih turun dari konsentrasi 75%.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Pengobatan TB memerlukan waktu yang lebih lama sehingga menyebabkan kerusakan hati (hepatotoksik). Kulit buah manggis mengandung senyawa alfa-mangostin yang mempunyai manfaat sebagai antioksidan, antitumor, antiinflamasi, antialergi, antibakteri dan antijamur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi senyawa alfa- mangostin dan obat anti tuberkulosis (OAT) terhadap derajat kerusakan sel hati mencit. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan Post-test Only Control Group Design. Kelompok perlakuan dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 6 mencit Balb/c jantan. Mencit kelompok (K1) diberi alfa-mangostin + OAT, kelompok (K2) mencit hanya diberi OAT dan kelompok (K0) kontrol mencit hanya diobservasi selama 14 hari. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan derajat kerusakan sel hati mencit yang paling besar terjadi pada kelompok OAT dengan rata-rata skor derajat kerusakan yaitu 1.6 disusul dengan kelompok kombinasi alfa-mangostin dan OAT yaitu 1.4 dan yang paling kecil terdapat pada kelompok kontrol yaitu 1.2. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna derajat kerusakan sel hati antara kelompok perlakuan kombinasi alfa-mangostin dan OAT, kelompok OAT dan kelompok kontrol.
