Abstract

PT Bank SUMUT Tbk. Medan is one of the regional-owned enterprises that certainly requires skilled and deft labor in providing services to the community. As a banking company, the company also indirectly strives to improve its performance. This is inseparable from efforts to improve maximum service to the community as service users. This recent phenomenon is where the performance of PT Bank SUMUT Tbk. Medan experienced a decline, this was due to the existence of plans that had been arranged to attend the workshop canceled and replaced with other activities. This has an impact on employees' commitment to the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether empowerment and coaching effect organizational commitment at PT Bank SUMUT Tbk. Medan. The sample in this study amounted to 93 people with the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that coaching and empowerment had a significant and partial effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment variable (y) is influenced by variable variable X1 (empowerment) and X2 (coaching) together by 25.2% and the remaining 74.8% is determined by other variables outside the contribution of this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Advertising Implications, Social Media, Quality Products, and Satisfaction to Purchase Scientific Skincare Products in the Panai Hulu District. The research method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population is an unknown number of Skintific Skincare consumers in the Panai Hulu District. Research samples using incidental sampling techniques are techniques for determining samples based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample if it is deemed that the person they meet by chance is suitable as a data source. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique because the number of members of the population is unknown, and purposive sampling is the sample determination technique. Because the exact size of the member population is not known, the sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula with a research sample of 96 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The analytical method for this research is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The research results prove that advertising has a positive and significant effect on product purchase intentions at Skintific Skincare in Panai Hulu District. Social media has a positive and significant effect on product purchase intentions at Skintific Skincare in Panai Hulu District. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on product purchase intentions at Skintific Skincare in Panai Hulu District. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase products at Skintific Skincare in Panai Hulu District. Advertising, Social Media, Product Quality, and Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Intention to Purchase Products at Skintific Skincare in Panai Hulu District. The coefficient of determination is 0.639, meaning that Product Purchase Intention can be explained by the variables Advertising (X1), Social Media (X2), Product Quality (X3), and Satisfaction (X4) of 63.9%, while the remaining 36.1% can be explained by the variable others not examined in this study.

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers do, the phenomenon that occurs in the company is the number of employees who relaxed when the work is still loose, the experts in the company feel comfortable because of the absence of rivals, as well as lack of trust given the company to employees in providing jobs in scale the greater one. This is behind the lack of affective commitment of employees to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of demographic characteristics, length of work and perceived organizational support to affective commitment at PT. Bensatra Advertising Medan. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously variable of demography characteristic, work period and perceived organizational support have significant effect to affective commitment. Demographic characteristics have no significant effect on affective commitment, tenure and perceived organizational support affect affective commitment.
