This paper focuses on the concept of the sakinah family of couples who do not have children. Domestic life is not from conflicts that arise to differences of opinion between husband and wife, but the most important thing is how to keep the family intact. The different problems that occur are also different ways to solve them, some end in divorce, some lead to harmony. A marriage that is not blessed with offspring does not mean unhappy they are also happy in their own way. As for the formulation of the problem that the author sets, how is the concept of a family without children in building a family, and what are the challenges for couples who do not have children in building a sakinah family? The author uses the type of field research ( field research). The descriptive approach to empirical analysis. The result of this paper is that in building a sakinah family, couples who do not have children have a variety of ways to do it but still have one goal, namely to build a sakinah family. According to them, the concept of a sakinah family is a family based on religion, loving each other, loving each other, trusting each, consulting each if there are problems, and solving them as well as possible so that marriage remains intact. In dealing with problems, there are various ways of solving them but still ending with happiness, because many are not happy because of problems in the household.

Proses budidaya jamur tiram dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan produksi untuk memperoleh jamur yang baik dan segar dalam penelitian ini dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui Analisis Manajemen Operasional Proses Produksi Pada Usaha Budidaya Jamur Tiram Di LKP Nuhara Learning Center Kampung Simpang Layang Kecamatan Timang Gajah Kabupaten Bener Meriah, sedangkan manfaat yaitu sebagai penambahan kahasanah kkeilmuan, serta mendorong untuk menciptakan wirausahawan baru. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah menganalisis proses produksi jamur tiram Objek penelitian adalah proses produksi,sumber data yaitu dengan informan sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengunakan Wawancara.Metode Analisa Data, dengan menggunakan Analisa kualitatif.Hasil penelitian di peroleh adanya perencanaan Pembudidayaan Usaha Budidaya Jamur Tiram di Lkp Nuhara Learning Center yang mana membutuhkan pembuatan lahan atau lokasi, perencanaan bahan baku, perencanaan tenaga kerja, perencanaan tahapan pengawasan.adanya proses pembuatan pembibitan F3 di tempat usaha tersebut.sedangkan untuk bibit F0,F1,F2 dimana pemilik usaha jamur tiram tersebutdipesan di daerah medan karena pembuatan bibit F0 itu harus mempunyai laboratium yang harus seteril.Harga jual jamur tiram berkisar Rp.40.000 / Kg.Usaha Budidaya Jamur Tiram ini sudah mencapai 5000 s/d 10.000 Baglog

Thel study was conducteld at thel Corel Businelss Division of TVRI Celntral Java Station using a quantitativel approach. Data collelction was conducteld through quelstionnairels distributeld to 80 relspondelnts using a purposivel sampling telchniquel. Data analysis useld thel Partial Lelast Squarels (PLS) melthod through thel SmartPLS 4 application. Thel relsults showeld that transformational leladelrship and training had a positivel and significant elffelct on work motivation. Furthelrmorel, work motivation also had a positivel and significant elffelct on elmployelel pelrformancel. Othelr findings relvelaleld that work motivation partially meldiateld thel rellationship beltweleln transformational leladelrship and training on elmployelel pelrformancel. Grammar is one of the crucial components that must be mastered by English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students when they want to learn English. Undoubtedly, many students think grammar is quite challenging to understand and master. In an English Language Education Program at a private university in Central Java, Indonesia, many EFL students failed their Basic Grammar classes. Therefore, this study aims to explore the EFL students’ attributions or reasons for their failure in their Basic Grammar class. The data were gathered through a semi-structured interview with five EFL students who failed their Basic Grammar class. My preliminary results indicate some factors that cause them to fail in their Basic Grammar classes, such as the lack of knowledge, internet connection, and students’ factors. Recommendations for future research are discussed.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pembiayaan perbankan syariah dengan pengembangan sektor ekonomi unggulan dalam industri perbankan syariah di sepuluh provinsi yangÂ ada di Sumatera. Pada penelitian ini digunakan data time series pertahun dengan periode penelitian dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Data yang digunakan meliputi data pembiayaan bank umum syariah dan unit usaha syariah di industri perbankan syariah berdasarkan sektor ekonomi per provinsi di Sumatera. Teknik analisis menggunakan analsis Location Quontient untuk mengetahui sektor basis dan non basis dalam pengembangan sektor ekonomi unggulan di industri perbankan syariah dan analisis korelasi sederhana untuk melihat hubungan pembiayaan dengan pengembangan sektor ekonomi yang datanya berupa hasil dari analisis Location Quontient. Hasil analisis LQ menyatakan bahwa masing-masing provinsi yang ada di Sumatera memiliki beberapa sektor unggulan dari sembilan sektor ekonomi dengan hasil LQ > 1 yang berpotensi untuk dikembangan pembiayaannya. Serta rata-rata sektor per provinsi memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat, hubungan yang kuat kuat dan sangat kuat karena hasil analisis lebih dari 0,50, berarti kedua variabel tersebut sangat berpengaruh satu sama lain.Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan, Sektor Unggulan, Location Quontient, Korelasi Sederhana

Effective management, thinking about the importance of human resources. Employee performance is an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used associative descriptive quantitative methods with a population of 39 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling and saturated sampling / total sampling methods. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis states that competence does not significantly influence employee performance. The second hypothesis states that work discipline significantly affects employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by competence and work discipline, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

Research aim : This research aims to test the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived convenience on purchase intention with attitude as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in Tarakan City. Design/Methode/Approach : The theoretical approach used in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses a survey method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and a sampling method using nonprobability sampling. The validity test uses convergent validity and discriminant validity, and the reliability test uses composite reliability. Research Finding : The results of this research indicate that the variables of perceived usefulness and convenience have a positive and significant effect on the attitude variable. The attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study strengthens the empirical foundation of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by validating the mediating role of attitude in explaining consumer purchase intention within the digital transaction context in Indonesia. Practitionel/Policy implication : The findings provide insights for marketers and digital business practitioners to enhance user perceptions of usefulness and convenience to improve consumer attitudes and ultimately increase purchase intentions. Research limitation : This research was limited to respondents in Tarakan City; future studies are suggested to include larger samples and cross-regional comparisons to improve generalizability.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of canvassing and contacting marketing strategies by marketing personnel at PT Victory International Futures Ciputra World and to assess their effectiveness in achieving company targets. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with two key informants who have extensive experience in marketing activities. The collected data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the canvassing strategy is effective in building direct relationships with potential customers, creating trust, and strengthening personal engagement, with a success rate of approximately 75%. Meanwhile, the contacting strategy is considered more efficient in reaching prospective customers through remote communication using mobile phones and digital media. Both strategies complement each other, where canvassing functions as an initial stage to open marketing opportunities, while contacting strengthens ongoing relationships toward the closing process. Therefore, the integration of these two strategies is proven to enhance the company’s marketing effectiveness in a sustainable manner. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran canvassing dan contacting oleh tenaga pemasaran di PT Victory International Futures Ciputra World serta menilai tingkat efektivitasnya dalam mencapai target perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam terhadap dua informan utama yang merupakan tenaga pemasaran berpengalaman. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi canvassing efektif dalam membangun hubungan langsung dengan calon nasabah, menciptakan kepercayaan, serta meningkatkan keterikatan personal dengan tingkat keberhasilan sekitar 75%. Sementara itu, strategi contacting dinilai lebih efisien untuk menjangkau calon nasabah melalui komunikasi jarak jauh menggunakan telepon seluler dan media digital. Kedua strategi tersebut saling melengkapi, di mana canvassing berfungsi sebagai tahap awal untuk membuka peluang, sedangkan contacting memperkuat hubungan lanjutan hingga menuju proses closing. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua strategi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.
