Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi public relations yang di lakukan oleh Klinik Pusat Fertilitas Bocah Indonesia dalam menyebarkan informasi melalui media sosial Instragram, serta kendala dalam menyusun strategi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bocah Indonesia menggunakan tiga strategi public relations, ketiga strategi tersebut yaitu strategi persuasif, strategi edukasi-informasi, dan strategi publikasi. Dalam pelaksanaan ketiga strategi tersebut, Bocah Indonesia menemukan beberapa kendala, diantaranya yaitu konten Instragram yang sepi likes dan komentar yang berpengaruh pada engagement yang menurun, keterbatasan pembuatan konten karena harus memperhatikan kode etik medis, dan keterbatasan pembuatan konten informasi yang mengedukasi karena pembahasan isu mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan fertilitas hanya itu-itu saja. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bocah Indonesia memang rutin menggunakan Instragram untuk menyebarkan informasi pada audience mereka, dan menerapkan strategi diatas untuk menyebarkan informasi melalui interaksi-interaksi dan rekasi yang ditimbulakan audience, kemudian untuk permasalahan ketidakkonsistenan likes dan komentar bergantung pada seberapa menarik konten tersebut seperti konten giveaway memang dibuat khusus untuk menarik interaksi followers beradasarkan likes dan juga komentar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peran brainstorming sebagai motor penggerak inovasi bagi Generasi Z Indonesia di era digital yang dinamis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur terhadap berbagai sumber data sekunder, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana karakteristik unik Generasi Z, seperti kefasihan digital, preferensi terhadap konten visual dan interaktif, serta mentalitas kolaboratif dan kewirausahaan, berinteraksi dengan evolusi teknik brainstorming, khususnya pergeseran menuju platform digital. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa brainstorming, terutama yang difasilitasi secara digital, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan kompetensi unggul Generasi Z, meliputi kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, pemecahan masalah, kolaborasi, komunikasi, literasi digital, dan penempaan mentalitas kewirausahaan. Manfaat ini diperoleh melalui partisipasi aktif dalam proses penggalian ide yang terstruktur namun fleksibel, yang sejalan dengan gaya belajar dan bekerja mereka. Meskipun demikian, implementasi brainstorming yang efektif bagi Generasi Z Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti distraksi digital, potensi groupthink, kesenjangan akses teknologi, dan kebutuhan penyesuaian metode dengan preferensi generasi. Penelitian ini merumuskan strategi optimalisasi yang holistik, mencakup desain sesi yang menarik, fasilitasi yang kuat, pemanfaatan teknologi (termasuk AI) secara bijak, serta dukungan dari institusi pendidikan dan industri. Kesimpulannya, sinergi antara kapabilitas Generasi Z, adaptabilitas metode brainstorming, dan tuntutan inovasi di era digital menempatkan brainstorming sebagai wahana krusial untuk memberdayakan generasi muda Indonesia sebagai agen perubahan dan inovator masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and identify how a leader’s interpersonal communication affects the improvement of employee performance at PT Lipwih Synergylab Estetika in Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. The research population is all employees who work at the company, both permanent employees and contract employees. The sample used consisted of 38 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with the type of saturated sample (saturation sampling) where the entire population was sampled. The data collection technique used was the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert Scale calculation. The analytical techniques used in this study included instrument testing (validity and reliability test), descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r test), coefficient of determination analysis (R Square test), and hypothesis testing (partial effect significance test [t test]) with the help of SPSS program for mac 26.0. The results of data processing indicate that interpersonal communication of a leader affects the improvement of employee performance at PT Lipwih Synergylab Estetika in Bekasi Regency, West Java Province with an R Square value of 0.536, which means that the Leader’s Interpersonal Communication variable (X) affects the Employee Performance Improvement variable (Y) by 53.6 %, with the remaining 46.4% being the influence of other variables not examined and explained in this study.

Abstract

Digital parenting adalah aspek penting di era digital, yang membantu orang tua dan guru memahami, mengontrol, dan memengaruhi penggunaan teknologi oleh anak-anak. Di SDIT Prestasi Cendekia (SDIT Taskia), beberapa siswa tidak menggunakan gadget dan komputer sesuai arahan guru saat pelajaran TIK, menghambat proses belajar. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, para guru mengimplementasikan strategi komunikasi melalui kolaborasi antara orang tua, guru, dan penyedia layanan pendidikan untuk mendukung perkembangan kognitif anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi digital parenting memiliki dampak positif terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak, terutama ketika orang tua dan guru bekerja sama. Strategi ini mencakup hubungan aktif orang tua, pemodelan perilaku oleh guru dan orang tua, kontrol lingkungan digital di rumah, integrasi teknologi sebagai alat pembelajaran, dan pendekatan teknologi konsisten oleh guru dan orang tua. Hambatan yang ditemukan meliputi kesulitan dalam pengaturan waktu penggunaan gadget, seleksi konten positif yang sesuai usia, pemahaman orang tua tentang privasi dan keamanan digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur dan sumber daya pendidikan, serta kurangnya konsistensi antara rumah dan sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi digital parenting penting untuk mendorong perkembangan kognitif anak-anak di SDIT Prestasi Cendekia, dengan penekanan pada kerja sama antara orang tua dan guru serta peningkatan komunikasi dan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung.

Abstract

KOPNAS PB 139 is a company that has various business units but limited human resources make employees often do work outside the predetermined jobdesk. The ambiguous organizational structure plus the lack of coordination between leaders (chairman) and subordinates (managers) at KOPNAS PB 139 are problems faced by the company. The writing of this research aims to find out, analyze, and evaluate the internal communication aspects applied by KOPNAS PB 139. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method at KOPNAS PB 139. Data collection was conducted through interviews with KOPNAS PB 139 employees. The results showed that internal communication with a horizontal model played an important role in improving employee performance at KOPNAS PB 139 even though vertical internal communication experienced obstacles. There are also still communication barriers such as the accumulation of information and sudden changes in plans from KOPNAS PB 139 clients.

Abstract

This reseach aims to analyze the governance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs implemented in Karang Mukti Village in the context of Embung Batu Beureum tourism development. Embung Batu Beureum Tourism is one of the important assets of the village in increasing community income, as well as preserving nature and local culture. CSR has a crucial role in supporting the success of this tourism development program. The methodology of this research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis related to CSR that has been carried out in Karang Mukti Village. The results showed that the governance of CSR programs in Karang Mukti Village has played an important role in supporting the development of Embung Batu Beureum tourism. Karang Mukti Village routinely monitors and evaluates CSR programs that have been implemented. This allows continuous improvement and adjustment of the program according to the needs of the community and tourism developments.

Abstract

One of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in state-owned enterprises (BUMN) is the partnership program, specifically tailored for the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The goal is to foster sustainability, independence, and competitiveness among these enterprises, utilizing funds derived from BUMN profits. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the CSR program and the long-term impacts it has on the company, with a specific focus on PT. Pertamina Gas. The research employs a qualitative approach utilizing descriptive research methods. Within this study, the researcher adopts one of Ralph Tench's theories and introduces a theoretical model that addresses the primary communication factors for CSR from the company's perspective. This model aims to answer the question, 'How can CSR communication be carried out more effectively?' Abstract

In today's modern era, Digital Communication has become the most important thing in an organization or company. Besides being a demand, the digital communication function at PT. Sarana Mulya Logistik is very important to run in order to create an increase in the good image of the company and its digital communication. This research aims to find out the Digital Communication Strategy in Improving Image at PT. Sarana Mulya Logistik Jakarta along with its obstacles and solutions. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Communication Strategy in Improving Image at PT. Sarana Mulya Logistik Jakarta is to build a Networkable or strong network and convey the company's values and mission consistently to various digital platforms. PT. Sarana Mulya Logistik Jakarta in its digital communication strategy emphasizes having a deep understanding of the target audience and building messages that are relevant to the company's values and personality. Communication should be done through the right channels, be it through the company website, social media, email, or other channels that match the habits and preferences of the audience. A good and directed communication strategy is the key to improving the image of PT. Sarana Mulya Logistik Jakarta
