Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja dari protokol HTTP/2 dan cara untuk mengaktifkan protokol ini, sehingga protokol ini dapat diimplementasi dan mempercepat kinerja dari berbagai web server. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditunjukkan bahwa pengimplementasian protokol ini dapat berjalan pada web server apache versi 2.4.17. Pada pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan bahwa kecepatan response time yang dihasilkan HTTP/2 dalam mentransfer data lebih kecil dari pada HTTP/1 dapat dilihat dari hasil response time HTTP/1 web server apache sebesar 128,6 ms sedangkan pada HTTP/2 86,3 ms, dan pada web server nginx juga menunjukkan response time HTTP/2 lebih kecil dari pada HTTP/1 yang sebesar 184,3 ms dan 141,6 pada HTTP/2. Dari hasil pengujian response time HTTP/2 menunjukkan performa kecepatan yang lebih cepat jika diterapkan dalam web server apache dari pada menggunakan web server nginx. Apache Web Server Performance Evaluation using the HTTP2 Protocol Abstract: This research was conducted to measure the performance of the HTTP/2 protocol and ways to activate this protocol, so that this protocol can be implemented and accelerate the performance of various web servers. Based on the results of this study, it was shown that implementing this protocol could run on the Apache web server version 2.4.17. In the performance measurement carried out that the speed of response time generated by HTTP/2 in transferring data is smaller than HTTP/1 can be seen from the results of the HTTP/1 web server response time of 128.6 ms while on HTTP/2 86.3 ms, and on the nginx web server also shows HTTP/2 response time is smaller than HTTP/1 which is 184.3 ms and 141.6 on HTTP/2. From the results of HTTP/2 response time testing shows the performance speed is faster if implemented in the Apache web server than using the Nginx web server. Abstract

containing chlorine has a high risk of reproductive health for women, including the risk of: vaginal discharge, itching, irritation and causing cancer. Permenkes No. 472/Menkes/Per/V/1996 chlorine is a hazardous substance which is toxic and causes irritation and itching. Therefore, its use in sanitary napkins is prohibited. In this study, the aim of this study was to obtain sanitary and safe sanitary napkins and to use palm frond waste which is usually just thrown away. This research was conducted using materials, namely palm midrib fibers and coconut fibers and added with betel leaf extract. This research was conducted by testing the absorbency of the sanitary napkins. How to test the pads by making 2 samples, namely pads without a mixture of palm midrib and coconut fiber and pads with a mixture of palm midrib and coconut fiber, and tested how much the pads can absorb liquid with the unit used is mL. After being tested, the results of this study were that the absorption capacity of the pads of palm midrib and coconut fiber was better than that of pads without palm and coconut fiber.

Abstract

Survey Minat belajar terhadap kemampuan permainan bola voli di MP Negeri 6 Bambang menunjukkan kategori Tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat belajar terhadap kemampuan permaianan bola voli SMP Negeri 6 Bambang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah Survey. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Negeri 6 Bambang Kabupaten Mamasa Provinsi Sulawesi Barat yang berjumlah 41 siswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa angket pertanyaan yang disajikan dalam bentuk tertutup yaitu dengan empat pilihan jawaban yaitu: Sangat Setuju (SS), Setuju (S), Tidak Setuju (TS), Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat siswa terhadap kemampuan permainan bola voli SMP Negeri 6 Bambang Kabupaten Mamasa Provinsi Sulawesi Barat berada pada kategori 36 siswa yaitu 87,8% kategori setuju, Indikator Perhatian dengan frekuensi paling tinggi 36 siswa yaitu 87,8% kategori setuju, dan indikator Aktivitas dengan frekuensi paling tinggi yaitu 30 siswa yaitu 73,2% kategori Tidak Setuju. Interest in learning about volleyball skills indicates the high category at SMP Negeri 6 Bambang. The aim of this research was to find 0ut the learners interest of the ability to play volleyball at SMP Negeri 6 Bambang. This type of research was descriptitive research, the method used Survey. Subject used in this study were the students of SMP Negeri 6 Bambang, Mamasa Regency. West Sulawesi province. The instrument used the form of questionnaire presented in a closed form, by four answer choices. Namely: Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree. The results of study showed that students interest in the ability of the students’ Volleyball were agree category of 36 students (87.8%), Attention Indocator with the highest frequency from 36 students of 87.8% agree category, and indicators of the activity with the highest frequency was 30 students, which was 73.2% did not agree category at SMP Negeri 6 Bambang. Abstract

Teachers in learning have not used LKPD which they designed themselves correctly. Meanwhile, the demands of the curriculum require the teacher to be only one source of learning, because the teacher acts as a facilitator. This service will help overcome the problem of low professional and pedagogic competence of junior high school teachers, especially in designing and using worksheets as learning resources in learning. The method used is training with discussion techniques, question and answer, simulations, and assignments. The training subjects were 25 junior high school teachers in Bandar Lampung City. The instruments used were observation, tests and structured interviews. The success of the service was analyzed descriptively by percentage. After the training, there was a good increase in 1) the training process went well and enthusiastically, (2) there was an increase in the knowledge and skills aspects of breastfeeding LKPD. The results of the pre-test conducted before the training for all indicators of knowledge and skills were in the pretty good category. The results of the post test, there is only 1 indicator in the good category, namely the LKPD concept, and other indicators are in the very good category. For the skill aspect, there is 1 indicator in the good category, namely drawing arrangement, and the other indicators are in the very good category.

Abstract

The society 5.0 era is collaborative process of technology that becomes the power for every human being to carry out various activities. The aim of carrying out this service activity to provide understanding and knowledge as well as the readiness of school principals which must be designed to improve the quality of education in the society 5.0 era through transformational leadership. So that the specific target achieved is that participants can understand and apply the school principal's transformational leadership model to improve the quality of education in the era of society 5.0. The methods used to achieve the above goals and targets include lectures, brainstorming and discussions, role playing, and document analysis. The service results show that the average post-test percentage score for training participants is 76.21, the meaning was increased compared to the pre-test results for training participants is 72.06. Meanwhile, the average percentage increase in training participants' abilities from pre-test to post-test increased by 22%. In conclusion, teachers' understanding of the transformational leadership training model for school principals in the society 5.0 era was implemented well and optimally.

Abstract

Minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan vaksin Covid-19 disertai kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh mencakup pentingnya vaksinasi menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan masyarakat takut untuk di vaksin. Salah satu kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat yaitu dengan penyuluhan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Bontokanang mengenai pentingnya vaksinasi untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19. Sasaran dari penyuluhan ini adalah masyarakat di 3 (Tiga) dusun prioritas Desa Bontokanang dengan Jumlah responden sebanyak 34 responden yang tersebar di 3 dusun. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan metode door to door, penyampaian materi menggunakan teknik presentasi dan diskusi interaktif menggunakan media PPT dan video. Hasil dari analisis uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan p value= 0,000 (p<0,05) sehingga Ha diterima, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan responden antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan. Melalui analisis menggunakan uji McNemar diketahui terdapat 9 (26,47%) responden yang tingkat pengetahuannya meningkat dari kurang menjadi cukup setelah dilakukannya penyuluhan. Dari hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan penyuluhan door to door mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19 efektif dalam mengubah pengetahuan masyarakat terkait vaksinasi Covid-19 dan diharapkan masyarakat melakukan berpartisipasi dalam vaksinasi Covid-19 untuk mencegah penularan di Desa Bontokanang.

Abstract

The rapid development that occurs due to the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 causes many changes in the implementation of learning so that educators need to adapt and innovate in carrying out learning. The application of instructional leadership and servant leadership of school principals is needed in the professionalism of educators, especially in the era that continues to develop today so that it will determine the quality of school learning quality in the era of society 5.0. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between instructional leadership and servant leadership of elementary school principals with learning quality in the era of society 5.0. The population totalled 161 education personnel. The sampling was using proportionate stratified random sampling technique consisting of school principals and some educators in Gugus Matahari Natar District with a total of 63 respondents. The design used is a quantitative approach. The research data were collected through questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between instructional leadership and servant leadership of elementary school principals with the quality of learning in the era of society 5.0 with a correlation coefficient of 0.825 which is in the ‘Very Strong’ criteria. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the framing used by BatamPos.co.id and BatamNews.co.id in their coverage of Amsakar Achmad as a candidate for Mayor of Batam, compare the framing  employed by these two media outlets, and assess the impact of such framing  on public perception. This qualitative research utilizes framing  analysis based on framing theory. Primary data consists of news articles from BatamPos.co.id and BatamNews.co.id published during the period of May-June 2024. Secondary data is derived from literature related to framing theory and previous studies. Data collection was conducted through purposive sampling, and analysis was performed by identifying main themes, categorizing the news coverage, and evaluating the impact of framing  on public perception. The analysis reveals that the framing  of news about Amsakar Achmad on BatamPos.co.id tends to emphasize strong political support, popularity, and Amsakar’s concrete visions and programs. In contrast, BatamNews.co.id focuses more on Amsakar’s direct interactions with the public, local community support, and political communication. Both media construct a positive image of Amsakar, albeit with different approaches. BatamPos.co.id creates the perception that Amsakar is a strong candidate with solid political backing and a clear plan for Batam’s progress, while BatamNews.co.id portrays Amsakar as a leader who is close to the people, adaptive, and collaborative. This research provides insights into how media framing can influence public perception of political candidates.

Abstract

Teacher self-efficacy is an individual teacher's belief in his ability to manage, design and plan the activities needed to achieve educational goals. Teachers with high self-efficacy will provide many new ideas in their teaching. This study aimed to analyze the influences of school principals’ managerial skills on teacher self-efficacy, based on a quantitative research with the type of research ex-post facto. Data were collected using questionnaires with a Likert scale from 354 teachers in public elementary schools. The validity and reliability of the instrument were assessed, and the Pearson product moment correlation was used to examine the data. By first verifying normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and linearity, the data collected was analyzed to find the direct correlation among variables. The study’s results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the school principals’ managerial skills on teacher self-efficacy. The findings may be useful for developing countries seeking to improve teacher self-efficacy and the quality of their education. As suggested by the current research, ensuring teacher self-efficacy in teaching is crucial because of its positive impact on those with lower qualifications, ranks, and experience. The practical implication of this research is that the managerial skills of school principals can be improved continuously because it has been proven to increase teacher self-efficacy.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the management of waqf at al-wasilah Islamic boarding school Lemo Polewali Mandar from the perspective of Islamic law. The subject matter is then formulated into three problem formulations namely, 1. How is the development of waqf at the Al-Wasilah Lemo Polewali Mandar Islamic Boarding School, 2. How is the review of Islamic law on the development of waqf at the Al-Wasilah Lemo Polewali Mandar Islamic Boarding School, and 3. What are the inhibiting factors for waqf development in Al-Wasilah Lemo Polewali Mandar Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is field research, which is descriptive qualitative in nature. The research approach used is the Sociological Approach, Syar'i Approach, Juridical Approach. The source of research data is the management of the al-wasilah Islamic boarding school, Lemo. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation. Then data management and analysis techniques, namely data that is not related to numbers and not related to statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the waqf development method at al Wasilah Lemo Islamic Boarding School uses four main elements, namely, planning, organizing, leadership, and monitoring processes. Its management and development are in accordance with Islamic law, where the foundation program's waqf provisions have fulfilled its pillars and conditions. The obstacles faced by the development of waqf at the al wasilah Lemo Islamic boarding school include the lack of public understanding of waqf, a lack of funds to manage land and other waqf assets, a lack of human resources and the absence of a waqf agency at the al wasilah Lemo Islamic boarding school.
