Abstract

In 2023, the selection of Civil Servant Candidates for lecturer formation was opened by the Indonesian government. Thorough preparation for applicants is needed. One of the necessary preparations is mental preparation. Based on the candidates’ mental preparation, this community service aimed to increase their motivation. Furthermore, the activity was conducted through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method via Zoom meeting. The motivation material was delivered by four experienced civil servant lecturers participating in the selection in 2021, and it was guided by another lecturer as the moderator. Moreover, there were 88 attending participants with an average of 75 participants. The participants were involved in interactive discussions after the material presentation session. Based on the presentation and discussion, communicating with immediate family, focusing on completing documents for administrative selection, following related information and regulations actively, and preparing mentally are essential things to face in the selection of Civil Servant Candidates for lecturer formation.

Abstract

The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a source of regional income. As one of the sources of income, tourism is influenced by the number of tourists. The progress of the tourism sector in an area is highly dependent on the number of tourists who visit. The number of tourists will bring income to the area they visit. This study aims to determine the influence of the number of domestic tourist visits on the original income of Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The result of the study is that the number of domestic tourist visits has a significant positive influence on the PAD of Bogor City. The number of domestic tourist visits has a significant influence of 87% on the PAD of Bogor City. One of the government effort is to expand tourism activities such as entertainment, sports, camps, and competitions to increase the number of tourist visits so that it will increase the PAD of Bogor City.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how capital is managed in an e-commerce company, namely PT Bukalapak, after conducting an initial public offering based on capital management ratios which include working capital turnover, receivables turnover and cash turnover. It is known that the working capital turnover ratio in 2021 was 8.8%, then increased to 17.70% and in 2023 it was 22.91%. For 3 years from 2021 to 2023, PT Bukalapak's working capital turnover ratio increased every year. PT Bukalapak's cash turnover ratio, although in 2021 the figure for cash turnover is relatively small, namely 7.57%, however, it increases sharply in 2022 to 22.26% and 29.24% in 2023. This shows that PT Bukalapak is quite effective in managing cash. company so that it can generate increased sales.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from various credible sources and have been used in every existing study. The primary data obtained by the study came from 300 employees of PT Sampurna spread throughout Indonesia. The researcher distributed an online questionnaire containing 10 questions from four statements. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Financial Literacy variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on the Investment Interest variable, namely 0.016 which is smaller than 0.05. This is because good Financial Literacy can make employees' thinking good and ultimately interested in investing. The next hypothesis also shows the same results that the Financial Behavior variable can moderate the influence of the Financial Literacy variable on the Investment Interest variable. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000 which is smaller than the direct test of 0.016. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.  Keywords: Investment Interest, Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior

Abstract

The Business Tourism Industry or better known as MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) is considered significant in driving the national economy. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in 2023, the contribution of the MICE sector to the national tourism industry is around 30 (thirty) percent. Not only developing in organizing international meetings/conferences such as the G20 Summit or ASEAN SUMMIT, the organization of international exhibitions in Indonesia is also growing significantly. Government support for increasing the organization of international exhibitions is given in the form of policies that encourage the smooth implementation of exhibition activities, one of which is the policy related to CIQ (Custom, Immigration and Quarantine) which can make it easier for tourists/goods/animals/exhibition plants to enter and leave Indonesia. This study will focus on analyzing plant quarantine measures in organizing exhibition activities where the purpose of these plants is as exhibition goods/participated as participants/exhibitors in plant exhibitions. Sending plants from abroad into Indonesia for exhibition purposes requires specific and detailed procedures administratively and technically operationally. The methods used in this study are observation, interviews and literature studies. The output of this study is a systematic and comprehensive description of quarantine procedures and actions on plants intended for exhibition purposes.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan pemodelan ARCH/GACRH untuk volatilitas saham PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk serta menganalisis pengaruh variabel makroeonomi yaitu, nilai tukar, suku bunga, inflasi, indeks harga konsumen, dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap volatilitas saham PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk. Metode analisis digunakan dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan model ekonometrik ARCH/GARCH. Dari hasil pengujian, model terbaik adalah ARCH (1,0) dan model tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh nilai tukar, suku bunga, inflasi, indeks harga konsumen, dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap volatilitas saham PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk. Model ARCH (1,0) sebagai model terbaik karena memenuhi kriteria, yaitu semua konstanta dan koefisien pada model signifikan, memiliki nilai adjusted R-squared yang paling tinggi, dan melihat nilai koefisien AIC (Akaike Info Criterion) dan SIC (Schwarz Info Criterion) yang paling rendah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai tukar dollar terhadap rupiah (USD/IDR), inflasi, dan jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan sedangkan suku bunga dan indeks harga konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volatilitas pada indeks saham pertambangan di Indonesia. Koefisien determinasi (nilai adjusted R-squared) sebesar 0,92. Hal ini berarti 92% variasi volatilitas pada saham PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dari empat variabel makroekonomi, yaitu nilai tukar, suku bunga, inflasi, indeks harga konsumen, dan jumlah uang beredar sedangkan sisanya (8%) dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab lain di luar penelitian. Selain itu, berdasarkan koefisien ARCH/GARCH ditemukan bahwa saham PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk dipengaruhi volatilitas saham saat ini dan periode lalu. Volatilitas pada saham PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk adalah persistent volatile yaitu volatilitas yang tinggi dan terjadi terus-menerus.

Abstract

The primary issues addressed in the community service initiative in Sukamandi Tourism Village, Sagalaherang District, Subang Regency, are the lack of understanding regarding sustainable tourism village management and the role of tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis), as well as the inability to utilize social media for promotion. The objective of this initiative is to enhance the quality of human resources in the tourism sector to support sustainable tourism village management and the use of social media for village tourism promotion. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves stages of survey, coordination with village government, training, and evaluation. The training results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of sustainable tourism village management, the role of pokdarwis, UMKM product packaging, and social media promotion strategies. This initiative is expected to encourage the development of sustainable tourism in Sukamandi Village, improve economic welfare, and preserve local culture and the environment.

Abstract

Modern lifestyle trends have significantly increased public interest in travel, driving a rise in tourist visits to both regional and international destinations. This growing demand has prompted the development of new tourism alternatives, including tourism village programs. One example is Dayeuhkolot Tourism Village, located in Sagalaherang District, Subang Regency, which offers various natural and cultural attractions such as scenic landscapes, local wisdom, and cultural diversity. Despite its promising potential, the tourism development of Dayeuhkolot Village remains underdeveloped, particularly in terms of infrastructure and digital promotion. In response, the Applied Bachelor of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) Study Program Politeknik Negeri Jakarta carried out a community service initiative aimed at enhancing the village's digital marketing capacity. The program focused on designing and installing digital signage to promote the village and increase its visibility to a broader audience.  Activities included socialization, workshops, focus group discussions, and practical training sessions, supported by the provision of digital signage infrastructure. As a result, local stakeholders—especially tourism managers—showed improved understanding and skills in utilizing digital marketing tools. The installed signage attracted community attention and was seen as a valuable asset for promoting tourism sustainably. The village head acknowledged the impact of the initiative, highlighting its role in supporting long-term tourism development. Overall, the program contributed meaningfully to the empowerment of the tourism village through digital innovation, enabling more effective promotion strategies and reinforcing the village’s potential as an attractive and sustainable tourist destination.Keywords: facility, tourism village, digital advertisement, digital signage Saat ini, gaya hidup masyarakat modern mendorong peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke berbagai pilihan tempat wisata baik di lingkup regional maupun internasional. Meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong munculnya banyak tempat wisata baru, salah satunya dalam bentuk program desa wisata. Wilayah Subang diketahui telah membuat program desa wisata edukasi pada beberapa desa di wilayahnya seperti salah satunya Desa Wisata Dayeuhkolot, Kecamatan Sagalaherang, Kabupaten Subang. Desa wisata Dayeuhkolot memiliki Daerah Tujuan Wisata (DTW) alam dan budaya yang menarik, termasuk keindahan alam, kearifan lokal, dan keragaman budaya. Namun, meskipun potensinya besar, perkembangan pariwisata di Desa Wisata Dayeuhkolot masih belum maksimal. Terutama dalam hal peningkatan fasilitas desa wisata berbentuk pengembangan infrastruktur wisata. Pengabdian masyarakat yang merupakan kegiatan rutinitas Program Studi Sarjana Terapan MICE bertujuan untuk membantu pengelola desa wisata dalam melakukan pemasaran digital untuk desa wisata Dayeuhkolot, terutama dalam pembuatan perangkat digital signage untuk membantu memasarkan desa wisata Dayeuhkolot. Peningkatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pembekalan secara teori dan praktik serta memberikan bantuan fasilitas agar mampu menunjang kegiatan pembuatan program desa wisata Dayeuhkolot. Metode peningkatan diberikan menggunakan sosialisasi, workshop, forum group discussion, dan pemasangan digital signage. Kepala Desa Dayeuhkolot menyampaikan bahwa workshop terkait pemasaran digital dan pemasangan digital signage sangat bermanfaat dalam pengelolaan desa wisata Dayeuhkolot secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Keeping sales stable and increasing is difficult. The Parts Business Development Department is the division that has responsible for spare part sales at PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) for creating a Wholesales Incentive Program to motivate dealers in selling spare parts. The research method used was observation and interviews with several employees of the Parts Business Development Department to find out the types of incentives used, various procedures, and problems that occurred in the Wholesales Incentive Program process. The results of the research are an incentive program that uses is SODEXO vouchers and a several procedures carried out to make Wholesales Incentive Program runs smoothly by setting realistic targets and incentive formulas. The implementation of the Wholesales Incentive Program by following procedural guidelines is expected to produce output that meets expectations.
