This study aims to determine how service quality affects loyalty through ULaMM Regular customer satisfaction at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Sukabumi Branch. The data collection method used involved distributing questionnaires through an online platform from a sample of 112 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is path analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on SmartPLS. The results showed that there is an effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. The better the service quality, the higher the customer loyalty.

The focus of this research is to determine how to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Spare Part Management at PT. Abadi Pratama Industri. This research uses descriptive research type. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. To obtain information that is relevant to the problems discussed, the author uses information gathering methods such as observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Based on the results of the Spare Part Management research before using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) network procedures on cash disbursement are still carried out by the same function, the related documents are incomplete and made manually and the financial statements made are not separate and there are no document numbering. Spare Part Management after using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) network procedures for cash disbursement carried out by different functions, the related documents are in accordance with the procedures and are created automatically based on the system and the financial reports that have been made are separate and there are document numbe rs generated by the system ERP. ERP implementation of spare part management at PT. Abadi Pratama Industri as a whole shows better results and is in accordance with the procedure.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam landasan filosofis dan teoritis ekonomi syariah serta implementasinya dalam perbankan syariah modern. Metode: Melalui analisis literatur yang komprehensif, studi ini menelusuri evolusi pemikiran ekonomi Islam dari era klasik hingga kontemporer, serta menguraikan konsep-konsep kunci seperti tauhid dan 'adalah yang membentuk kerangka etis sistem keuangan Islam. Hasil: Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam praktik perbankan, mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti keseimbangan antara kepatuhan syariah dan profitabilitas, serta standardisasi global. Perkembangan terkini, termasuk integrasi teknologi finansial dan fokus pada pembangunan berkelanjutan, juga dianalisis. Originalitas: Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perbankan syariah, dengan fondasi etis yang kuat, memiliki potensi signifikan untuk berkontribusi pada sistem keuangan global yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan. Implikasi: Diperlukan inovasi berkelanjutan dan penguatan kerangka regulasi untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada serta mengoptimalkan peran perbankan syariah dalam ekonomi modern.

A practitioner seminar is an event where professionals in a specific field share their experiences and skills. The implementation of the Extreme Programming method in creating an Information System for Practitioner Seminars at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis can be done effectively. Currently, the management of seminar data at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis is still manual, including participant registration, attendance, and certificates. The current system results in poor data storage and the manual one-by-one distribution of seminar certificates to participants. This research aims to design and develop a system that will facilitate the management of seminar participant data. The system applied in this research is titled "Design and Development of a Web-Based Information System for Practitioner Seminars at Polbeng Using the Extreme Programming Method." The author hopes that this system will help manage practitioner seminar data efficiently and simplify data retrieval when needed. This system includes features such as participant data management, seminar registration, event scheduling, and participant certificates.

This research is motivated by English language learning, especially at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) level, which has not been effective in improving students' speaking skills. Various factors, such as the use of inappropriate learning methods, lack of facilities, and lack of student motivation, cause this. English language learning is an important aspect of education, especially in the era of globalization, which demands international communication skills. This study aims to analyze English learning management in improving students' speaking skills at MTs Nurul Jalal and MTs Khairul Ummah North Jakarta. This research is based on the philosophy of constructivism, which emphasizes the importance of the role of students in constructing knowledge through direct experience, as well as education management theory, which involves the processes of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The research method used is a qualitative case study, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Respondents consisted of teachers, principals, and students in both MTs. The results showed that learning planning in these two madrasahs is quite good. However, its implementation still requires adjustments, especially in the organization of time and the use of learning media. Obstacles faced include limited facilities such as language laboratories and students' lack of confidence in communicating using English. Nevertheless, improvement efforts such as teacher training and the use of digital technology are starting to overcome these problems. This study concludes that effective learning management, with support from all school elements, can improve students' speaking skills. There is a need for synergy between teachers, principals, and educational policies that are more supportive of the development of language competencies, especially students' speaking skills in the madrasah environment.

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan serius di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah kerja Poskesdes desa Penampi, kabupaten Bengkalis, provinsi Riau. Hal ini diakibatkan kurangnya pemahaman gizi masyarakat dan keterbatasan tenaga ahli di tingkat desa. Prevalensi stunting di Bengkalis berada pada tingkat 12,%. Hal ini mengalami penurunan dari sebelumnya yang berada pada tingkat 17,9%. Menjawab tantangan tersebut dan membantu pemerintah menurunkan tingkat stunting, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penerapan aplikasi konsultasi gizi berbasis digital yang mampu membantu petugas kesehatan dan masyarakat dalam menilai status gizi, diagnosa awal stunting serta memberikan rekomendasi asupan yang tepat, khususnya bagi ibu hamil dan ibu balita. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan kader kesehatan serta tenaga medis, program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas layanan gizi berbasis teknologi informasi tetapi juga mempercepat upaya pencegahan stunting sejak dini, sekaligus mendorong kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pemenuhan gizi keluarga sebagai wujud nyata sinergi perguruan tinggi dan fasilitas kesehatan dalam penerapan IPTEK untuk solusi permasalahan lokal.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed human behavior, including education. Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang is one of those who feel the impact of the pandemic. Adjustments to education management are made to improve and ensure learning can occur properly. Online learning is not new, but the pandemic has made digital learning directly used as a solution to overcome this. Using a case study approach, this paper presents our experience in organizing online education at the Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. The results showed that although online learning can be used in teaching and learning activities during the pandemic, it has not been able to replace practical learning. As the COVID-19 pandemic declines in Indonesia, the author wants to create one that can contribute to learning in the future. Using learning recordings with simulators, practicum recordings, and theoretical learning recordings is expected to help to learn.
