Abstract

Colostrum is the secretion of the udder glands after the cow gives birth and is given to the calf for 3-5 days. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the lactation period and colostrum age on the colostrum protein content of FH dairy cows. This research was conducted at KPSP Setia Kawan, Pasuruan. The research was conducted in August-November 2022. The research materials were FH dairy cows with lactation periods 1,2,3, and cow colostrum which were analyzed with the Lactoscan Milk Analyzer. The research method uses case study method and purposive sampling. Research using simple linear regression analysis and correlation. The results of the regression equation study the relationship between the lactation period and colostrum protein content, namely Y =5.22+0.46X with a correlation value (r)=0.158 and a coefficient of determination (R2)=0.025. The results of the regression equation for the relationship between colostrum age and colosrum protein content are Y=10.79-1.55X with a correlation value (r)=0.88 and a coefficient of determination (R2)=0.77. The conclusion of the study is that there is a positive relationship between the lactation period and colostrum protein and there is a negative relationship between colostrum age and colostrum protein. Keywords : FH dairy cattle, colostrum, lactation period, colostrum protein.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the dairy farming in Dairy Cattle Cooperation Setia Kawan Wonosari Village, Tutur District, Pasuruan Regancy. The objective of this research was to analyze the correlation between colostrum age and lactation period with colostrum production on Friesian Holstein. The material used is 30 Friesian Holstein which are lactation, both the first lactation period to the third lactation period. The method used was the case study method and the data was collected data by direct observation of dairy cows. Data analyzed using regression analysis and correlation. The results show that the correlation between colostrum age and colostrum production has a regression the equation is Y = 9.8+0.75X, where r = 0.516 and R2 = 0.266 and the lactation period with colostrum production has a regression equation that is Y = 11.35+0.16X with r = 0.086 and R2 = 0.007. The average highest colostrum production in dairy cows was on the fourth day (12.61 ± 1.29 liters/head/day) and the highest colostrum production was in the third lactation (11.80 ± 1.68 liters/head/day). Based on these results it can be concluded that colostrum ages with colostrum production has a moderate positive correlation, while the lactation period with colostrum production has a very low positive correlation. Keywords : Lactation period, colostrum production, pregnant cow, friesian Holstein

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan personalisasi. Teknologi AI dapat menganalisis gaya belajar siswa, memberikan umpan balik real-time, dan menyesuaikan kurikulum untuk memenuhi kebutuhan individu. Platform pembelajaran adaptif dan sistem tutor cerdas adalah contoh alat AI yang dapat mendukung pendidikan personalisasi. AI juga dapat membantu siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus dengan meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan memberikan dukungan personal. Implementasi AI dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Artikel ini menyoroti potensi AI untuk merevolusi pendidikan dengan menyediakan pengalaman belajar personal untuk setiap siswa. Pendidikan personalisasi merupakan suatu pendekatan pendidikan yang berfokus pada kebutuhan individu siswa. Teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dapat memainkan peran penting dalam pendidikan personalisasi dengan menganalisis gaya belajar siswa, memberikan umpan balik real-time, dan menyesuaikan kurikulum untuk memenuhi kebutuhan individu. Platform pembelajaran adaptif dan sistem tutor cerdas adalah contoh alat AI yang dapat mendukung pendidikan personalisasi. AI juga dapat membantu siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus dengan meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan memberikan dukungan personal. Dengan demikian, implementasi AI dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Artikel ini akan membahas peran AI dalam pendidikan personalisasi dan potensinya untuk merevolusi pendidikan dengan menyediakan pengalaman belajar personal untuk setiap siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the relationship of progressive Islam in the context of developing Muhammadiyah education science. Describing the dynamics of Muhammadiyah educational institutions with the understanding of the Islamic doctrine of its managers and identifying scientific values as an effort to understand and develop progressive education. The renewal of Islamic thought (tajdid) that is able to push towards the progress of social life is a reformist and progressive religious renewal. The concept of science in the ideology of progressive Islam refers to the phenomenon of Muhammadiyah, which consistently believes that Islam contains the integration of modern science and Islamic teachings in order to realise the life of people who are spiritually strong and advanced in social life. Scientific values such as creativity and innovation as well as collaboration and communication are needed to realise progress in the world of education. Muhammadiyah education requires applicative steps that include sharpening or renewing applications as an educational process that develops the potential for excellence. The progress that Muhammadiyah aspires to is an effort to realise people who excel in various aspects, both spiritual and outward aspects. The method used in data collection in this study is the documentation method by recording and analysing relevant available reports. The data analysis technique used is content analysis in order to obtain conclusions from the analysed documents. The result of this paper is Islam berkemajuan as an ideology in Muhammadiyah education, which integrates science with Islam in life so as to form a systematic comprehensive blend between faith and modernisation of social institutions. The concept of advanced Islamic education, which is Muhammadiyah's worldview, is in accordance with the value of science that contains creativity and innovation and is able to collaborate in reflecting the values of humanisation, liberation and transcendence.

Abstract

Melalui program penanaman pohon di kawasan Hutan dengan Tujuan Khusus (KHDTK) Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu dalam rangka pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mendorong masyarakat desa untuk membantu menjaga hutan. Masyarakat desa di sekitar wilayah KHDTK terlibat secara aktif dalam program ini dalam melakukan kegiatan penanaman bibit pohon. Kemudian kegiatan yang dilakukan kepada masyarakat adalah memberikan pendidikan dalam menjaga lingkungan dan ekosistem alam dengan membentuk kelompok konservasi masyarakat. Selain peran dari dosen UM Bengkulu juga melibatkan 45 kepala keluarga dari tiga desa yang terletak di sekitar wilayah KHDTK, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya konservasi hutan sebesar 78%, pembentukan tiga kelompok konservasi desa, dan penanaman 1.200 bibit pohon endemik dengan tingkat survival rate 85%. Peningkatan tutupan hutan, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, dan peningkatan kolaborasi universitas-masyarakat dalam konservasi lingkungan adalah semua hasil dari program kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen UM Bengkulu kepada masyarakat di desa sekitar KHDTK.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada era global menghadapi tuntutan untuk lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan kontekstual agar mampu menjawab dinamika sosial, teknologi, dan kebutuhan kompetensi abad ke-21. Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut pembelajaran yang tidak hanya menekankan pengetahuan faktual, tetapi juga pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, literasi teknologi, serta literasi sosial-kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan materi pembelajaran IPS yang relevan dengan konteks kehidupan peserta didik melalui studi pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur ilmiah tahun 2020–2025, termasuk jurnal, buku, laporan penelitian, dan prosiding ilmiah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan materi IPS yang efektif harus berlandaskan prinsip relevansi, kebermaknaan, akurasi data, interaktivitas, aktualitas isu, keterbacaan, serta integrasi nilai-nilai sosial. Proses seleksi dan organisasi konten harus mempertimbangkan sifat multidisipliner IPS melalui pendekatan integratif tematik dan spiral. Selain itu, pengembangan materi berbasis masalah sosial kontemporer terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan literasi sosial peserta didik. Adaptasi materi untuk keberagaman siswa, melalui diferensiasi konten dan proses, integrasi kearifan lokal, serta penggunaan multimodal media, menjadi faktor penting dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang inklusif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan materi IPS memerlukan pendekatan sistematis dan komprehensif yang menghubungkan teori, konteks sosial, dan inovasi pedagogis untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang relevan dan bermakna bagi peserta didik.
