Abstract The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcome from the student in social science knowledge which using ARIAS model at fourth grade student from elementary school of 06 Piai Tangah Padang City. The subject at this research is the student from elementary school of 06 Piai Tangah Padang City. The data from this research obtainable from the result of observation on the action from the student. The results of each cycle are: (a) The result of the research indicated that there was an improvement on the lesson plan from 82% to 92,8% . (b) the teacher aspects increased from 82,1% to 92,8%). The student aspects increased from 80,3% to 92,8%. (c) The learning score increased from 74,5% to 86,1%. Thus, the ARIAS model can improve student learning outcomes in social science knowledge fourth grade student from elementary school of 06 Piai Tangah Padang City. Abstract This research is conducted by the low learning outcomes of student in learningsosial science at class 5 of elementary school 2 Lanud Padang. This is because learning is still a teacher centered. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by using tehe ctl approach in learning social science. The type of this research is classroom action research with research subjects are teacher and student of grade 5 at elementary school 2 lanud padang. The result showe an improvement in terms of A) RPP cycle 1 was 80,35 % and cycle 2 was 96,42% B) implementation of teacher activities in cycle 1 avereged 83,33% in cycle 2 an average of 94,44 % C) The implementation of student activities in cycle 1 averaged 83,33% in cycle 2 an average 94,44% D) assasment of student learning outcomes in cycle 1 on average 78,67% an in cycle 2 93,14% this is can be concluded that the application of the ctl approach in learning social science can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to improve the learning process integratedof students, in thematic learning using the Discovery Learning model in grade IV of elementary school. This research is a Classroom Action Research, which is using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were teachers and fourth grade students. The results of this study on: a) RPP cycle I in first meeting was 72.2% (Enough) and in the cycle I of the second meeting was 83.33% (Good) while in the cycle IIto 91.6% (Excellent). b) The implementation of the teacher aspects of the cycle I of the first meeting was 75% (Enough), which is increasing in the cycle I of the second meeting was 85.93% (Good) while in the cycle II to 95.31% (Excellent) c) The implementation on students aspects in the cycle I of the first meeting was 71.87% (Enough), and in thecycle I of the second meeting was 84.37% (Good) which is increasing in the cycle II to 92.18% (Excellent).Thus, the use of Discovery Learning model could improve the result of this study on integrated Thematic Learning.

The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of student activity Using Cooperative Script in learning IPS class VB SD Negeri 34 Simpang Haru. This research is Class action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Research subjects were teacher and 20 students. Implementation of this research doing in two cycles with research procedural there are planning, implementation, observing, and reflection. Result of the reseacrh is showed increased : a) implementation, teacher aspects and student aspects of cycle I is 70,31%, and cycle II is 87,5%. b) student activities of cycle I : 1) visual activity 66,88%, 2) listening activity 66,88% and 3) writing activity 73,75%. Cycle II :1) visual activity 87,50%, 2) listening activity 76,25% and 3) writing activity 88,75%. Conclusion of this reseacrh is model cooperative script can improve student activity in learning IPS class VB SD Negeri 34 Simpang Haru. keyword : Activity; Social studies; Cooperative Script

AbstrackThis research was conducted due to the fourth grade student`s low learning achievement at SD Negeri 16 Lubuk Alung Padang Pariaman. The aim of this research was to describe the improvement of the student`s learning achievement in Social Sciences by using inquiry model in the fourth grade of SD 16 Lubuk Alung Padang Pariaman. This was a classroom action research which applied qualitative and quantitative approaches. The result of the research indicated that the student`s learning achievement improved from 85,09% in the first cycle into 90,66% in the second cycle . Hence, the use of inquiry model could improve the student’s learning achievement in Social Sciences in the fourth grade of SD 16 Lubuk Alung Padang Pariaman . The purpose of this research was improve the students achievement in learning social science make a Think Pair Share of 5 grade elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were students of 5 grade were 22 people. Research conducted in two cycles with research procedure includes of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of research was improve a) Lesson plan the cycles of I was 87,5% and the cycles II of 96% b) Implementation teacher’s activity of I cycle was 79,65% and II cycle was 95,8% while implementation students activity of I cycle was 76,6% and II cycle was 96,1% c) the students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 74,01 and II cycle was 84,7 It can be concluded that make a Think Pair Share can improve students achievement in learning social science of 5 grade at SDN 27 Anak Air Kota Padang. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using Scientific approach in class I SD Negeri 12 Bukik Cangang. The research subjects were teachers (practitioners) and 29 students. The research location is SD Negeri I SD Negeri 12 Bukik Cangang. The results showed an increase in: a) RPP observation of the first cycle was 76,11% (C), the second cycle was 94,44% (A); b) Observation aspect of the first cycle teacher is 79,5% (C), the second cycle is 93,75% (A); c) Observation aspects of the student's first cycle is 81,06% (B) and the second cycle is 90,62% (A); d) learning outcomes in the first cycle are 71,58 (C) and the second cycle is 82,24 (B).

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using Contaxtual Teaching and Learning approach in class IV SD Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP . The research subjects were teachers (practitioners) and 27 students. The research location is SD Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. The results showed an increase in: a) RPP observation of the first cycle was 81,95% (B), the second cycle was 94,4% (A); b) Observation teachers aspect of the first cycle is 73,75% (C), the second cycle is 92,5% (A); c) Observation students aspect of the first cycle is 71,23% (C) and the second cycle is 92,5% (A); d) learning outcomes in the first cycle are 70,06 (C) and the second cycle are 86,83 (B).

AbstractThe background of this research study low yields Elementary School fourth grade students. The purpose of this study is to describe the application STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model to improve learning outcomes of students of class IV SDN 13 Cingkariang Banuhampu. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects were practitioner and teacher Elementary School fifth grade students numbered 21 people. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes of the first cycle that 77 (enough) to the second cycle is 90 (very good). Thus, the application of STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model to improve learning outcomes fourth grade students of SDN 13 Cingkariang Kecamatan Banuhampu.Key Word: Learning outcomes, STAD type Cooperative Learning learning model
