Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelatihan Pengrajin  Kelom Geulis Berbasis Entrepreneur dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian Berwirausaha di Kecamatan Taman Sari Kota Tasikmalaya. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan di Pesantren Darul Ulum Kecamatan Taman Sari Kota Tasikmalaya. Program pelatihan dan pengembangan berfungsi sebagai proses transformasi. Pada masyarakat yang tidak terlatih diubah menjadi  berkemampuan dan berkulitas dalam berwirausaha, sehingga dapat diberikan tanggungjawab lebih besar untuk mandiri dalam memulai usahanya mengembangkan dan mengangkat inovasi para pengrajin kelom geulis mampu menciptakan berbagai bentuk dan motif yang lebih variatif dan menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data yang mendalam, suatu data yang mengandung makna. Peneliti mengadakan pengamatan dan mencari data deskriptif  berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari responden yang   diamati. Peneliti secara terus menerus melaksanakan wawancara dengan informan secara mendalam untuk mengumpulkan data dari pengrajin kelom geulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Peningkatan kemampuan identifikasi diri ditunjukan oleh kemampuan-kemampuan kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik yang terjadi pada diri peserta pelatihan. Peserta pelatihan merasa bangga dan senang karena setelah mengikuti program pelatihan memiliki kesempatan untuk mengembangkan usaha sendiri dan memiliki kegiatan sehari-hari. Keywords— Pelatihan, Pengrajin Kelom Geulis, Berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penerapan konsep andragogi oleh tutor kesetaraan paket C menitik beratkan pada motivasi warga belajar sehingga motivasi warga belajar semakin meningkat untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan menumbuhkan keinginan yang tinggi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan konsep andragogi oleh tutor kesetaraan paket c dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar paket C di SKB Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh temuan bahwa dengan adanya penerapan konsep andragogi dalam aspek yaitu: prinsip, kebutuhan dan karakteristik terpenuhi dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan, sehingga meningkatnya motivasi belajar warga belajar paket C di SKB kota Tasikmalaya. Penerapan konsep andragogi yang diterapkan mendorong semakin tingginya keinginan untuk belajar karena metode pembelajaran yang digunakan tutor selalu bervariasi, dan menarik untuk disimak. Hal inilah yang membuat warga belajar memahami dan mengerti pembelajaran yang telah disampaikan.

Abstract

Pada Program P2WKSS terdapat beberapa kelompok, salah satunya yaitu kelompok wanita tani yang mana fokus kegiatan berupa pemanfaatan lingkungan daerah sekitarnya. Salah satu kegiatannya yaitu pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi kelompok wanita tani terhadap program P2WKSS dalam memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus, merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melakukan observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi untuk lebih menguatkan hasil penelitian dilapangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara yang terdiri dari dua pedoman untuk pendamping dan Pengurus, serta anggota kelompok wanita tani, serta menggunakan pedoman dokumentasi. Teknis yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat partisipasi Kelompok Wanita Tani Aster untuk meningkatakan Program P2WKSS dengan partisipasi meliputi tenaga dan sosial, berupa sumbangan tenaga fisik, sumbangan sosialisasi dengan masyarakat sekitar. Sedangkan partisipasi dari pemerintah berupa ide dan modal untuk kegiatan program P2WKSS berupa ide metode penanaman dan sumbangan alat-alat untuk tanaman.

Abstract

Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB) is a family welfare program aimed at increasing parents' knowledge and skills regarding child development, with the program implemented by community volunteers. This study aims to understand the role of BKB cadres as agents of change in guiding mothers with toddlers and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. Cadres are expected to drive change in BKB activities. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that cadres play roles in socialization, building relationships, diagnosing conditions, providing counseling, filling out Child Development Cards (KKA), using educational play tools (APE), and monitoring mothers with toddlers. Supporting factors include a focus on mothers' needs and integration with Posyandu and PAUD services. Inhibiting factors include a lack of cadres training, slow regeneration, and limited government funding. In conclusion, the role of cadres as agents of change is quite successful in improving mothers' knowledge and skills about BKB

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of motivation of learning residents, boredom in participating in learning activities and the presence of learning residents who sometimes did not attend and were late for learning. The aim of this research is to determine tutor assistance in increasing students' motivation to study in evening class learning at PKBM Cerdik, Tasikmalaya City. The reason for conducting this research was because of the lack of motivation of residents to study package C in evening classes at PKBM Cerdik, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with data collection techniques, namely interview, observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained in this study are tutor assistance in increasing student motivation in evening class learning, namely tutors provide convenience in learning activities such as more flexible teaching methods for students, adapted to learning needs, learning methods and media are made in videos. learning, Power points and modules, as well as computer facilities to facilitate residents in taking part in night class learning as well as support from the environment and surrounding community, there is an increase in the motivation of residents to learn such as being able to use computers well, participating in learning well even though some residents' learning has not improved . The conclusion is that after participating in learning activities, students can get a job or be able to adapt to a better job. Earn sufficient income, have self-actuality and live a better life.

Abstract

Abstract. Pedagogic competence has an important role in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to understand the pedagogic abilities possessed by PAUD tutors at PAUD Syariatul Huda Tasikmalaya City and how these abilities affect the implementation of learning. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, which aims to provide a detailed description of the situation and phenomena observed in PAUD Syariatul Huda. The subjects of this study were PAUD tutors, and to collect data the researcher used interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings from this study indicate that the academic qualifications of PAUD tutors can affect the tutor's abilities, knowledge, and understanding of students. The lack of pedagogical competence will also have an impact on the quality of the learning process for students. Until now, the learning carried out by tutors has not been able to reflect developments that cover all aspects of child development.

Abstract

This research was conducted to try to answer problems related to the implementation of non-formal education programs, especially in computer training programs to increase the knowledge and skills of learning citizens. Through this research it is hoped that it can provide input for non-formal education program organizers in finding alternatives that can empower the community. the location of the research was carried out at PKBM Cerdik, Tamansari. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the training program show that computer training at the Smart PKBM has been able to increase the knowledge and skills of learning residents in the field of computers, so that they can play a role in keeping pace with technological developments. However, in the implementation of the training, several obstacles were found which became materials for improvement for the next implementation, including the lack of personnel in the field of computer technicians, limited training funds, and low motivation among learning residents to attend training.

Abstract

This research reviews the Tutor's Strategy in Developing Learning Interest in Early Childhood. Tutors have an important role in developing interest in learning in early childhood. As we know, learning in early childhood is different from learning in general. Early childhood must be given more in-depth attention so that their interest in learning can increase. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how the Tutor's strategy in Developing Learning Interest in Early Childhood at Kober Al Ittihad. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis uses Miles and Huberman analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study are tutor strategies in developing interest in learning in early childhood at Kober Al Ittihad, namely by: telling stories, doing ice breaking before starting learning, playing games and using learning media that are as interesting as possible. The conclusion in this study is that the tutor's strategy in developing interest in learning in early childhood shows positive results. Through various innovative and interactive learning methods,through innovative and interactive learning, children's interest in learning will increase.

Abstract

Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is an important educational conceptual framework. Researchers and educational practitioners work together to create Pedagogical Content Knowledge studies. Researchers and educators collaborate to gain a deeper knowledge of PCK and how to use it in real-world circumstances in the classroom through research and field experiences. The current analysis included research progress on PCK aspects from 2014 to 2023, namely the progress in the number of global publications on PCK aspects in the Scopus database from 2014 to 2023, the core journals of international publications in the field of PCK studies, the productivity of researchers in the field of PCK studies, the number of which originates from collaboration in international publications on PCK aspects of study, the development of international research publications, and the development of international research publications. The global publication Scopus instrumentation view database was used in this investigation. Data collected from Scopus was based on the terms instrumentation, instruments, measurements, medical instrumentation, virtual instrumentation, instrumentation system article title, abstract, and keywords of 2014-2023. The data comprised the number of years, daily posts of instrumentation features, author, and author's origin. Microsoft Excel was used to evaluate the data points. The VosViewer program was used to track the progress of worldwide publications on instrumentation issues. According to the results and discussion of growth developments in the field of pedagogical content knowledge studies indexed by Scopus from 2014 to 2022, the maximum number of publications (17.75%) occurred in 2022. The map of the development of the pedagogical content knowledge field based on co-words was classified into 6 clusters
