Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi, khususnya popularitas smartphone, telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam manajemen kehadiran, sebuah elemen administrasi penting dalam berbagai konteks, seperti pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pencatatan kehadiran, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi pencatat kehadiran asisten berbasis Android dengan menerapkan metode Agile di Laboratorium Komputer Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Mengadopsi metode Agile, penelitian ini mencakup seluruh siklus pengembangan, dengan melibatkan pengguna secara aktif. Proses perancangan dan pengembangan melibatkan pengguna dalam keperluan merancang antarmuka aplikasi dan desain alur kerja sistem, serta mengembangkan sistem dengan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin. Pengujian berlangsung selama tujuh hari efektif dengan implementasi langsung di lingkungan laboratorium komputer, dengan hasil User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian fungsional aplikasi mencapai rata-rata 98,17%. Penggunaan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen kehadiran asisten laboratorium dan memberikan kontribusi positif pada operasional Laboratorium Komputer Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan keberhasilan penerapan metode Agile dalam pengembangan aplikasi pencatat kehadiran asisten berbasis Android.

Abstract

Exercise offers significant physical and mental health benefits. However, undetected air pollution can have a negative impact on individual health, especially lung health when doing physical activity in crowded sports venues. This study addresses the need for accurate air quality predictions in such environments. Using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method or what is known as high performance time series prediction, this research focuses on forecasting the Air Quality Index (AQI) around crowded sports venues and its supporting parameters such as ozone gas, carbon dioxide, etc. -others as internal factors, without involving external factors causing the increase in AQI. Preprocessing of the data involves removing zero values "‹"‹and calculating correlations with AQI and the final step performs calculations with the LSTM model. The LSTM model which adds tuning parameters, namely with epoch 100, learning rate with a value of 0.001, and batch size with a value of 64, consistently shows a reduction in losses. The best results from the AQI, PM2.5, and PM10 features based on performance are MSE with the smallest value of 6.045, RMSE with the smallest value of 4.283, and MAE with a value of 2.757.

Abstract

Pada era kontemporer ini, internet telah menjadi suatu elemen yang tak terpisahkan dan menjadi kebutuhan esensial bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat, tak terkecuali dari kalangan anak-anak hingga orang tua. Dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari, internet digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan seperti aktivitas pekerjaan, proses pembelajaran, transaksi berbelanja, dan beragam fungsi lainnya. Meskipun terdapat berbagai manfaat yang dapat diperoleh melalui pemanfaatan internet, perlu diakui bahwa penggunaannya juga membawa risiko tertentu, seperti potensi kecanduan dan penyebaran informasi yang tidak valid. Oleh karena itu, menjadi suatu keharusan bagi para pengguna internet untuk menjalankan aktivitasnya dengan penuh kebijaksanaan dan tanggung jawab. Dalam konteks ini, perlu ditekankan bahwa pengguna internet, terutama anak-anak usia sekolah dasar, mungkin belum sepenuhnya mampu menggunakan internet secara bijak. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan dalam hal kematangan mental, pola pikir, dan kedewasaan dalam berperilaku. Sebagai contoh, di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar Islam Bilingual Annisa, sebagian besar siswa telah memiliki eksposur terhadap internet, namun ada pula yang belum memahami cara menggunakan internet dengan bijak. Penting untuk dicermati bahwa penggunaan internet yang tidak terkontrol dapat berpotensi mengekspos anak-anak terhadap konten yang tidak pantas, bahkan dapat mempengaruhi mereka melalui penyebaran informasi yang ambigu. Mengobservasi situasi dan permasalahan yang timbul, kami, sebagai penulis, bermaksud memberikan bantuan kepada anak-anak Sekolah Dasar Islam Bilingual Annisa dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terkait penggunaan internet secara bijak

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan logis sangat penting untuk perkembangan kognitif siswa di era perubahan zaman yang cepat. Meskipun hasil Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di Indonesia masih rendah, namun potensi peningkatan dapat terlihat. Indonesia memiliki high equity meskipun berada pada kuadran low performance, menunjukkan kesempatan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. Kemampuan berpikir logis melibatkan analisis masalah secara sistematis, yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran yang tepat. Dalam konteks ini, Scratch, sebuah platform pemrograman visual, ditunjukkan sebagai solusi yang menarik karena memadukan pengalaman belajar dengan aktivitas yang menyenangkan bagi anak-anak. Dalam penelitian ini, Scratch digunakan untuk melatih penalaran logika pada siswa sekolah dasar. Hasilnya para siswa dapat lebih baik mengaplikasikan konsep logika dalam menyelesaikan masalah melalui pembuatan game di Scratch. Oleh karena itu, pengenalan pemrograman komputer sejak dini melalui platform seperti Scratch sangat direkomendasikan sebagai upaya untuk mempersiapkan generasi mendatang dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi yang pesat.

Abstract

Indonesia faces a significant waste problem and is becoming a global challenge, mainly due to inadequate food waste management. In Kendal District, the Environmental Agency struggles to optimize waste collection and predict the volume of organic waste. To address this issue, this study explores the application of predictive technology and data analysis to improve the efficiency of waste management. Two predictive models, ARIMA and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), were developed and compared by collecting historical data from Kendal Organic Compost House from 2020-2024 while for train and test data using data from January 2, 2023, to December 30, 2023. The ARIMA model showed better accuracy, capturing stable trends and seasonal patterns in the time series data, with an MSE of 72,799.49. Meanwhile, the LSTM model, although capable of handling non-linear and complex patterns, performed poorly with an MSE of 54,711,498,631,770.58, indicating a failure to accommodate sharp fluctuations in the data. These findings highlight the suitability of ARIMA for data with low volatility and strong seasonality, making it more reliable for short-term predictions. The results of this study are expected to assist the Kendal District Environmental Agency in planning efficient waste management strategies, optimizing compost house operations, and improving resource allocation. Future research should focus on the integration of external variables, such as weather and population dynamics, and explore hybrid models for better prediction.

Abstract

Ci”n”Ci store is a grocery store that aims to provide essential supplies for the residents around Pucung village. However, the issue of mismatched stock has resulted in suboptimal sales and profits. FP-Growth algorithm is on of the algorithms that can help address the mentioned problem, with the cashier system and digital data storage that has been implemented, research become possible and can be conducted effectively. The obtained results is a set of purchasing rules with metrics, minimum support 4%, minimum confidence 60%, and lift ratio as a measure of the strength and benefit of the rules. Using 1514 historical transaction data in October 2022, a total of 22 rules were generated that include the most purchased by customers. These rules can be reference or consideration for stocking.Keywords: Grocery Store; Frequent Pattern Growth; Market Basket Analysis AbstrakToko Ci”n”Ci merupakan toko kelontong yang hadir untuk menyediakan kebutuhan pokok bagi warga sekitar desa Pucung, namun masalah kebutuhan stok yang tidak sesuai berdampak pada tidak optimumnya penjualan dan keuntungan. Algoritme FP-Growth merupakan salah satu algoritme yang dapat membantu menjawab masalah tersebut, dengan adanya sistem kasir dan penyimpanan data digital yang telah diterapkan memungkinkan penelitian dapat dilakukan. Hasil yang didapat merupakan aturan pembelian barang dengan nilai acuan, minimum support 4%, minimum confidence 60% dan lift ratio sebagai penguji kekuatan dan manfaat aturan, dengan penggunaan data riwayat transaksi sebanyak 1514 transaksi pada bulan Oktober 2022 didapat hasil sebanyak 22 aturan yang memuat barang yang paling dibeli atau dibutuhkan pelanggan yang dapat menjadi bahan acuan atau pertimbangan dalam persediaan barang.Kata kunci: Toko Kelontong; Frequent Pattern Growth; Market Basket Analysis

Abstract

Generation Z often faces difficulties in managing their finances due to impulsive spending habits and a lack of financial planning, which can lead to long-term issues such as overspending and minimal savings. This research aims to develop a category classification model that can be integrated into a financial tracking application to help young people manage their money more effectively. The main feature of the application is an automated system that classifies product names into expense categories such as food, transportation, and shopping using a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model. LSTM was chosen for its ability to understand word sequences and text context, which is essential in product grouping. The dataset used consists of 4,499 product entries divided into three categories: 1,488 for food, 1,682 for transportation, and 1,329 for shopping. The model was trained using a supervised learning approach, with data split for training and testing. The model achieved 86% accuracy on both validation and test data, with additional metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-score indicating good performance. This study contributes by applying innovative preprocessing techniques and oversampling to address data imbalance, which is expected to enhance the model's accuracy in classifying expenses.

Abstract

The conventional economic system has been developing for a long time, followed by the Islamic economic system which is currently developing rapidly in Indonesia. Sharia economic activities are based on the rules of the Koran regarding right and wrong, good and bad, and halal and haram rules. The background of sharia business ethics is the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is based on the Al-Quran and Hadith. The sharia economy can be seen with the emergence of Islamic banks, almost all major banks in Indonesia have sharia branches. Not only that, e-money and sharia payment gateways already exist. This is based on the large number of Indonesian people who adhere to Islam and the increasing awareness of Muslims in Indonesia in implementing the Islamic economic system. Since March 2, 2020, the Corona virus or Covid-19 pandemic has entered Indonesia. Many employees become unemployed. 50% of MSMEs could go bankrupt in the next few months. Whereas small businesses make a big contribution to the absorption of jobs in Indonesia which creates income for the population. The management of the Semarang City DMI organization took the initiative to ease the burden on the people, especially in the city of Semarang by making the DMI application based on the people's economy. Waterfall is the method used in this research. Waterfall is suitable for application development with a complete needs analysis. After the PSBB period ended, there were many unemployed who tried their luck by selling small businesses and MSMEs opened slowly. It is hoped that the DMI application can introduce the business of the community around the mosque and other people can buy the business easily through the application.

Abstract

Program "Pelatihan Logika Dasar Pemrograman Menggunakan Situs Web Code.org" bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform yang komprehensif dan mudah diakses bagi individu yang ingin meningkatkan keterampilan dasar logika pemrograman mereka. Program ini menggunakan situs web Code.org, sumber daya online yang ramah pengguna, untuk menyampaikan modul pelatihan yang menarik dan interaktif. Peserta akan dibimbing melalui konsep dasar logika pemrograman, membentuk pemahaman yang kuat tentang prinsip-prinsip kunci yang menjadi dasar berbagai bahasa pemrograman. Integrasi platform Code.org memastikan pengalaman belajar yang intuitif, menjadikannya cocok untuk pemula sambil menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi mereka yang memiliki latar belakang pemrograman tertentu. Pendekatan terstruktur dan latihan praktis program memberdayakan peserta untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dasar pemecahan masalah dan berpikir algoritmik, yang pada akhirnya mempersiapkan mereka untuk upaya pemrograman yang lebih canggih.
