Abstract

Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar merupakan wilayah pinggiran yang bertetangga dengan kabupaten Lima Puluh Koto provinsi Sumatera Barat. Lokasi daerah ini terletak paling ujung di sebelah barat Kabupaten Kampar, sehingga beberapa permasalahan teknis di lapangan. Permasalahan itu antara lain: (1) pengaturan tapal batas Desa; (2) belum tersedia profil desa di Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar; (3) kemampuan aparatur desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat desa yang masih belum maksimal, sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masarakat desa kurang tercapai; dan  (4) penyusunan perencanaan desa dan penetapan prioritas pembangunan desa yang tidak tepat sasaran, disebabkan kurangnya data dan informasi yang disediakan oleh desa. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, untuk memperkuat penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunaan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan pimpinan desa beserta perangkatnya yakni dengan menyelenggarakan bimbingan teknis perencanaan partisipatif pembangunan desa di Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar kabupaten Kampar. Metode participatory Rural Apraisal (PRA) yang diperkuat dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) digunakan untuk memperkuat kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemamfaatan dan evaluasi pembangunan Desa. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, diperoleh hasil berupa terwujudnya penguatan organisasi dan manajemen desa, peningkatan kemampuan aparatur dalam penyusunan perencanaan desa, terlaksananya kepemimpinan partisipatif Kepala Desa dan peningkatan pelayanan prima di tingkat Desa.

Abstract

Public services are the result of organizing organizations. Starting from all forms of activities in the arrangement, guidance, guidance, providers of facilities, services and others carried out by organizations engaged in the public sector. One public institution that organizes public services is the puskesmas while still paying attention to the principles of public service created by the institution in providing services to the community. The purpose of this study was to study the principles of service at the Simpang Baru Health Center, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The researcher uses a qualitative method that describes the implementation of the principles of public service by studying and studying the theory as a guide. Research informants are Puskesmas employees and the community as patients at Puskesmas with data collection techniques namely observation and interviews.

Abstract

Tujuan Peneitian ini adalah (1) Ingin memperoleh model penguataan modal sosial yang sesuai untuk  Suku  Sakai (2) mendskriptifkan  pengelompokan warga Sakai,(3) mendeskriptifkan Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam pembangunan . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif dengan mengungkapkan fenomenologi , mengeksplorasi dan mendeskriptifkan kondisi warga Sakai saat ini.Informent penelitian yaitu Kepala Dinas Pariwisata dan kebudayaan Kabupaten Bengkalis, Camat Tualang Mandau, Camat Mandau , Camat Bathin Salopan Kepala Desa dan ketua Bathin (kepala suku) di tiga kawasan Sakai yaitu kawasan hutan Tanaman Industri, Kawasan sungai Rokan Mandau, dan kawasan adat bathin salopan. Kesimpulan dari Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Merumuskan Model penguatan modal sosial terintegrasi antar pelaku (pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat dalam memperkuat pembangunan untuk masyarakat Sakai. (2)  terinventarisasinya pengelompokan warga Sakai  pada area atau kawasan Hutan Tanaman Industri, kawsan tepian sungai rokan Mandau dan kawasan adat  desa kesumbu ampai  (3) Peranan Pemerintah Kabupaten dalam memperkuat pembangunan dan pemberdayan kepada Suku Sakai Kabupaten Bengkalis.

Abstract

This research to determine how much influence work ethic, competence and job satisfactionhave on the performance of employees of PT. Thamrin Brother's Yamaha Central Bengkulu,and also to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependentvariable.The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlationanalysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing F and t with work ethic (X1),Competence (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) as independent variables and employeeperformance as the dependent variable.The research method taken is quantitative by using asurvey method.The population in this study amounted to 75 employees at PT. ThamrinBrother's Yamaha Central Bengkulu.The sampling technique used was the saturatedtechnique.Sources of data obtained through library research and field studies in the form ofinterviews, observations and questionnaires. The results showed that work ethic (X1) andcompetence (X2) had a negative effect on employee performance (Y), and job satisfaction(X3) had a positive effect on employee performance (Y). But simultaneously X1, X2, and X3have an effect on Y.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work ethics and communication on employee loyalty. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Total population of 50 people, sample in this study amounted to 50 people, all employees of the Bengkulu City Branch of BPJS or by using the probability sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, work ethics has a negative and no significant effect on employee loyalty, and organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The contribution of this research is for the Bengkulu City Branch of the BPJS to be taken into consideration, input and suggestions for increasing work loyalty towards employees of the Bengkulu City branch of the Health BPJS office regarding organizational commitment, communication work ethics and employee loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing on purchase decisions, the influence of brand awareness on purchase decisions, and the influence of both influencer marketing and brand awareness on purchase decisions. The population of this study is Generation Z who purchase Chatime in Bengkulu City. The sample consists of 100 respondents, selected through purposive sampling and non-probability sampling using the Cochran formula. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression and hypothesis testing, employing SPSS version 25. The results of this study conclude that (1) influencer marketing has a positive influence on purchase decisions with a significance of 0.018 0.05, (2) brand awareness has a positive influence on purchase decisions with a significance of 0.000 0.05, and (3) influencer marketing and brand awareness simultaneously have a positive influence with a significance of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

In this era of ever-growing globalization, it cannot be avoided that the development of Information Technology is experiencing rapid progress. Business people are now taking advantage of this technology to promote and market their products so that they are better known in society. The digital era has made it easier for people to get information, communicate, and even carry out transactions. This change in behavior also affects company marketing strategies, which are now increasingly shifting towards digital marketing. The use of digital media has become a solution for companies in marketing and promoting their products. PT. Tisaga Multazam Utama Tour in Bengkulu uses various digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok. Through this media, companies can effectively convey information about various promotional packages, including prices and types of packages offered. The presence of social media makes it easier for prospective pilgrims to obtain information about Umrah travel packages provided by companies. This research uses a descriptive approach that describes phenomena with data that is accurate and arranged systematically. Based on the interview results, it can be seen that the majority of Umrah pilgrims access social media, with 69 people following, while only 13 people do not follow. The research results also show that the digital media platform is most widely used by pilgrims to find out about PT Umrah packages. Tisaga Multazam Utama Tour is Facebook and WhatsApp, with a total of 28 respondents. SWOT analysis is carried out to identify the company's internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The results of the analysis show that the company's internal strengths are more dominant than weaknesses, and from the external side, opportunities are more significant than threats. This shows that the company has strengths that can be utilized to optimize the opportunities around it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh green product knowledge, green packaging dan perceived price terhadap green purchase intention konsumen AMDK merek MAS di Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 110. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 110. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi berganda, uji t dan uji F yang diolah dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, green product knowledge, green packaging dan perceived price berpengaruh terhadap green purchase intention. Secara simultan, green product knowledge, green packaging dan perceived price berpengaruh terhadap green purchase intention pada konsumen AMDK merek MAS di Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product ratings, free shipping, and price discounts on men's clothing purchasing decisions at Shopee e-commerce in Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative. Research the population of consumers who have made purchasing decisions on the Shopee application. The sample in this research uses the Hair formula, namely n×5. This research has 24 indicators with 24×5=120 respondents, so the number of respondents is sufficient to represent the study population. Data was obtained from respondents filling out a questionnaire (Google Form) using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing t-test and F-test using SPSS 22 program tools. The results of the research show that: 1.) there is a significant influence of product assessment on the decision to purchase men's clothing at Shopee e-commerce in Bengkulu City; 2.) free shipping has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for men's clothing on Shopee e-commerce in Bengkulu City; 3.) price discounts influence the decision to purchase men's clothing on Shopee e-commerce in Bengkulu City; 4.) product evaluation, free shipping, and price discounts on men's clothing purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce in Bengkulu City together have a simultaneous influence.

Abstract

Urgensi dalam penelitian ini adalah semakin canggihnya teknologi tentu memberikan pengaruh besar kepada para industri content creator atau influencer dalam berbisnis secara online. Namun, berjualan secara online tentu banyak yang perlu di perhatikan seperti kepuasan pembelian atau konsumen, rating, view dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh E-Trust, Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating dan Content Based Influencer terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Merek Skintific di Tiktok Shop. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini data bersumber dari penyebaran kusioner (Google Form) yang akan disebarkan secara online kepada mahasiswa unihaz prodi manajemen yang pernah melakukan pembelian kosmetik merek skintific di tiktok shop. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa unihaz prodi manajemen yang pernah melakukan keputusan pembelian kosmetik merek skintific di tiktok shop, peneliti menggunakan rumus hair dimana 24 indikator x 5 = 120 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert, dengan Alat bantu SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; (1) E-Trust berpengaruh terhadap  keputusan  pembelian Kosmetik Merek Skintific Di Tiktok Shop, (2) Online Customer Review berpengaruh terhadap keputusan  pembelian Kosmetik Merek Skintific Di Tiktok Shop, (3) Online Customer Rating berpengaruh terhadap keputusan  pembelian Kosmetik Merek Skintific Di Tiktok Shop, (4) Content Based Influencer berpengaruh terhadap keputusan  pembelian Kosmetik Merek Skintific Di Tiktok Shop dan (5) Ada pengaruh secara simultan variabel E-Trust, Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating Dan Content Based Influencer Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Merek Skintific Di Tiktok Shop. Dapat disimpulkan E-Trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Merek Skintific Di Tiktok Shop, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap toko online, informasi produk, ulasan pelanggan, dan reputasi penjual di TikTok Shop memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian.
