Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar merupakan wilayah pinggiran yang bertetangga dengan kabupaten Lima Puluh Koto provinsi Sumatera Barat. Lokasi daerah ini terletak paling ujung di sebelah barat Kabupaten Kampar, sehingga beberapa permasalahan teknis di lapangan. Permasalahan itu antara lain: (1) pengaturan tapal batas Desa; (2) belum tersedia profil desa di Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar; (3) kemampuan aparatur desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat desa yang masih belum maksimal, sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masarakat desa kurang tercapai; dan (4) penyusunan perencanaan desa dan penetapan prioritas pembangunan desa yang tidak tepat sasaran, disebabkan kurangnya data dan informasi yang disediakan oleh desa. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, untuk memperkuat penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunaan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan pimpinan desa beserta perangkatnya yakni dengan menyelenggarakan bimbingan teknis perencanaan partisipatif pembangunan desa di Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar kabupaten Kampar. Metode participatory Rural Apraisal (PRA) yang diperkuat dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) digunakan untuk memperkuat kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemamfaatan dan evaluasi pembangunan Desa. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, diperoleh hasil berupa terwujudnya penguatan organisasi dan manajemen desa, peningkatan kemampuan aparatur dalam penyusunan perencanaan desa, terlaksananya kepemimpinan partisipatif Kepala Desa dan peningkatan pelayanan prima di tingkat Desa.

Mapping of data and information on the preparation of village development planning dikecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. The preparation of village development planning is very important to be carried out by the village head and its equipment. The objectives of the village planning arranged for the village development plan can be discussed in the village development consultation forum. In this Forum the village development plan is matured, so it becomes the Village Development Plan. The preparation of village development planning can not be carried out properly, without complete data and information either in the implementation of village government, organization and governance of village administration, village finance, village profile and other information related to governance and community empowerment. The three villages that were used as research mapping object in Kampar sub-district Tambang were Tarai build village, Rimbo Panjang village and Tambang village. Village development planning in the three sample villages appears to be underdeveloped by complete data and information, and this has a major impact on the Village Mid Term Development Plan (RPJMDesa) and the Government-Village Action Plan (RKP -Desa) which guides development implementation in the countryside

The public information service system, hereinafter referred to as the information system, is a series of activities that include the storage and management of information and mechanisms of delivering information from the organizers to the public and vice versa in the form of oral, latin, written in Braille, image language and / or local languages , And presented manually or electronically. In order to provide information support to the implementation of public services should be held information system that is National. To that end, the organizer is obliged to manage information system which includes: Operator Profile, Executor Profile, Service Standard, Service Notification, Grievance Management and Performance Assessment.The results of the research were conducted in Kampar Timur sub-district office that highlighted the application of public service information system, where the research result stated that the availability of service information system is still incomplete, as many as 14 (40,00) respondents gave their responses, as well as respondents who responded The implementation of information service system that is as much as 12 (34,00) respondents gave their responses, and respondents who gave enough response about the implementation of service information system that is 9 (26,00) respondents who gave the response.Selanjutnya in the implementation of service information system that has been held By Kampar Timur sub-district government, the presence of inhibiting factors is the provision of non-electronic data is still incomplete, tools and technology is still limited and human resources employees who are still less professional in carrying out tasks and His responsibility in carrying out the service to the community

Karang Taruna is a forum for the development of nonpartisan youth generation, which grows on the basis of awareness and sense of social responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the younger generation in the village / kelurahan or social community equally, which is mainly engaged in social welfare.Keberadaan organization Karang taruna kelurahan is the Lurah's partner in fostering and protecting the community in their respective neighborhoods. Therefore, the main task of the organization of youth is together with the Government and other community components to tackle various social welfare problems especially faced by the young generation, whether they are preventive, rehabilitative or potential youth development in their environment. on the organization of urban village cadars in the region Tampan district there is less running programs and activities that are social responsibility in the midst of society. Lack of organizational coaching and limited resources Taruna coral organization causes the functions of less efficient organisms implemented. The importance of the provision to the organization of youth can enhance the increase of knowledge and skills to the board to perform the main tasks and functions as an organization that provides social services to the community.

purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the ability of village apparatus in compiling village profiles and utilizing village profiles in village development planning. This research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the profile of Tarai Bangun village had not been arranged accurately, actual and comprehensively because in filling out the village profile it had not fully used the correct data sources and procedures. This is inseparable from the low level of village apparatus capacity and lack of community participation and the lack of budget used in collecting village profile data. Furthermore, in utilizing village profile data which is expected to be used as a baseline with village development actors in supporting planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, evaluating and policies, programs and activities in Tarai Bangun village, it cannot be realized. Another obstacle is the lack of attention of the regional government in collecting village profiles so that the use of village profile data cannot be used as inputs or sources of information in village development planning. Therefore, there is a need for local government policies to improve the knowledge and skills of village officials through the provision of training and training or assistance in filling out village profiles in accordance with the format of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 12 of 2007.

Tujuan Peneitian ini adalah (1) Ingin memperoleh model penguataan modal sosial yang sesuai untuk Â Suku Â Sakai (2) mendskriptifkanÂ pengelompokan warga Sakai,(3) mendeskriptifkan Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam pembangunan . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif Â kualitatif dengan mengungkapkan fenomenologi , mengeksplorasi dan mendeskriptifkan kondisi warga Sakai saat ini.Informent penelitian yaitu Kepala Dinas Pariwisata dan kebudayaan Kabupaten Bengkalis, Camat Tualang Mandau, Camat Mandau , Camat Bathin Salopan Kepala Desa dan ketua Bathin (kepala suku) di tiga kawasan Sakai yaitu kawasan hutan Tanaman Industri, Kawasan sungai Rokan Mandau, dan kawasan adat bathin salopan. Kesimpulan dari Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Merumuskan Model penguatan modal sosial terintegrasi antar pelaku (pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat dalam memperkuat pembangunan untuk masyarakat Sakai. (2) Â terinventarisasinya pengelompokan warga Sakai Â pada area atau kawasan Hutan Tanaman Industri, kawsan tepian sungai rokan Mandau dan kawasan adatÂ desa kesumbu ampai Â (3) Peranan Pemerintah Kabupaten dalam memperkuat pembangunan dan pemberdayan kepada Suku Sakai Kabupaten Bengkalis.

Educational rights, because women at that time did not receive the same behavior. The presence of the character Siti Walidah provides enlightenment and refreshment for women to continue to hone their potential so that in the context related to feminism and gender, it gives rise to the same thoughts and awareness of women's educational rights. This research aims to analyze the concept of Siti Walidah's thought, the concept of feminism and the relevance of Siti Walidah's thought to feminism in Islamic education.This type of research is a library research using descriptive analysis method. Data through journals, supporting books, by paying close attention to the required thesis. To validate the validity of the data using library study techniques, analyzed using a descriptive model by examining theories, opinions and main ideas contained in books that support and are relevant to the problems discussed in the research. The results of this research explain that Siti Walidah's struggle in pioneering the women's movement in the educational aspect can be seen from Siti Walidah's contribution in the form of Feminism in Islamic Education, namely 1. Siti Walidah's thought concepts including; rejecting the adage of wong wadon iku suwarga nunut nerakene katut wong lanang, consistent thinking towards good deeds nahi ungkar, instilling the philosophy of seni ing pamrih which is in accordance with Islamic philosophy, namely sincerity in doing good deeds, as well as equal education for women which gave birth to educational institutions 2. Feminism is a movement demanding gender equality between men and women. 3. The relevance of Siti Walidah's thoughts to the concept of Feminism is clear in terms of equal rights to education for women so that women today have the freedom to experience the same things as men in education both in the public sphere and at large in society. This study begins with the author's view of the habituation of Islamic practices at SDN 19 Kampung Baru, Pariaman City, namely tahfidz, infak, congregational Dhuhur prayer, sunnah Dhuha prayer, dhikr, and continued with prayer which is done before starting learning. In this regard, the school has a strategy, namely the Akhlak Star program which is used to trigger the enthusiasm of students in carrying out Islamic practices. This Akhlak Star is implemented from lower to higher classes. This activity is carried out routinely and consistently which is inseparable from the guidance of religious teachers and other educators. The habituation of Islamic practices is an effort to realize the foundation of pious and superior children. The habituation of Islamic practices aims for students at SDN 19 Kampung Baru to have religious character values. This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources are Islamic religious education teachers, homeroom teachers, and the principal of SDN 19 Kampung Kota Pariaman. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study are that the author found religious character values in students during the implementation of the habit of Islamic practices, namely honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, empathy, sympathy, friendliness, and creativity. Participants who have been accustomed to carrying out the habit of Islamic practices did not feel any objection. In fact, when the time came to carry out the habit of Islamic practices, they immediately rushed and carried it out. In addition, the moral star has three categories, namely personal moral star, class moral star, and infaq moral star. Students who meet the criteria for moral stars will be given a reward as a form of appreciation from educators. The moral star is a school institution initiative designed to encourage, strengthen, and appreciate good behavior as well as the development and improvement of student character. Learning A1-Qur’an Hadith in Islamic junior high schools faces various challenges in efforts to instill Islamic values in the digital era and the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. This research aims to examine the application of innovative methods, such as integrative thematic approaches, collaborative learning, project-based learning, and the use of digital technology in improving student understanding. With the method used which is qualitative-descriptive with literature study and semi-structured interviews, the results of the study show that innovative learning methods not only improve students’ understanding of Islamic values, but also develop 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. However, its implementation faces obstacles in the form of limited facilities, lack of teacher competence, and resistance to change. Therefore, a strategy is needed that includes teacher training, adequate technology procurement, and synergy between schools, governments, and communities.

Pengelolaan keuangan desa merupakan keseluruhan kegiatan yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan atau program pembangunan desa/kampung sebagai upaya peningkatan sarana dan prasarana di kampung tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengelolaan keuangan desa di kampung kuala gasib kecamatan gasibÂ kabupaten siak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teori yang digunakanÂ berdasarkan KonsepÂ Pengelolaan Keuangan, Wiratna Sujarweni, 2015:17 yang meliputi Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan , Penatausahaan, Pelaporan dan Pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa. Hasil penelitian Pengelolaan Keuangan di Kampung Kuala Gasib Kecamatan Koto Gasib Kabupaten Siak sudah dilakukan, namun masih terkendala dengan lapran keuangan yang lamban disampaikan kepada pimpinan baik camat maupun BPKam.
