Abstract

Due to recent technological advances, marketing strategies have shifted from conventional to online. Traditional businesses use this digital marketing strategy because it is considered no more effective than other forms of marketing, such as using brochures and catalogs. Kopi Tuku as a business that mushroomed first during the Covid-19 pandemic, used digital marketing strategies to introduce digital products, one of which was social media. This is because social media is a platform that allows people to communicate information in the form of text, photos, videos, and audio with each other and with businesses, or vice versa. This study aims to find out how Kopi Tuku's digital marketing strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic uses content analysis. The method used is Krippendorff's content analysis via Instagram @tokokopituku for the period January 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021. The conclusion of this study is that Kopi Tuku's marketing strategy is more of an advertising strategy that highlights related information about Kopi Tuku.

Abstract

The disparity between actual CSR initiatives and the extent to which they are conveyed will lead to a negative perception of the company and its operations. A good match between a high level of CSR communication and a high volume of CSR actions, on the other hand, should be helpful. The goal of this research is to determine why CSR communication has both positive and negative effects on corporate social responsibility. In this study, a survey using a quantitative approach was used as the strategy. Individuals exposed to higher levels of communication saw it more strongly (M = 4.01, SD = 0.93) than those exposed to lower levels of communication (M = 2.38, SD = 1.19), according to the results of an independent sample t-test, t (400) = 14.11, p.001. As a result, the deception was effective. In addition, we looked to see if the various experimental groups had differing perspectives on the scope of CSR initiatives. The cross tabulation demonstrated that 84.9 percent of single project participants and 91.0 percent of triple project participants correctly remembered the precise number of CSR activities, 2(1, n = 400) = 102.58, p.001. All CSR communications in this study were provided via screenshots of the company's fictional website, as well as Twitter and Facebook timelines, according to the study's findings. As a result, it's unclear how different modalities of communication affect CSR information processing and result in varied outcomes.

Abstract

This research shows that we all have realized the need for clean air and globally have regulated exhaust emissions from air pollution, so electric vehicles have emerged. But this phenomenon has an impact on belt companies that supply parts for CVT gasoline-powered automatic scooters because the majority of electric motors no longer need a belt as a drive transfer from the engine to the wheel. Simulated with a dynamic model for the projection of the next 20 years from 2019 to 2039, with two scenarios, namely COVID-19 and if the government's policy target of 20% of the motorbike market switches to electricity in 2025, then gradually increases to 30% in 2035. PT XYZ as a belt supplier with an 85% market share in Indonesia, will get a net profit of 50% if this scenario is achieved until 2039 became around 131 billion per year, previously with the no-scenario model it was projected to get a net profit of around 221 billion. Maybe if the demand for electric motorbikes is more than what the government has targeted, it is likely that the two-wheeled automotive belt business could be threatened in the next 15 - 20 years. Meanwhile, the largest Expense is the cost of imported materials, reaching 65% of the total cost of Expenses consisting of Salary Expenses (Salary Expense), total training costs, cost of sales, total loss costs, material costs, and Operating overhead Recommendations that business can survive, companies can reduce material costs by developing local materials, and help shape the automotive belt use ecosystem by working with automotive manufacturers.

Abstract

One of the activities in the two-wheeled automotive industry is the process of sending components or parts from suppliers to motorcycle assembly plants. Delivery of parts using the fleet of each supplier. Along with the increase in market demand, the demand for components to suppliers is also increasing. This has an impact on increasing the number and frequency of fleets entering the factory area, besides that there is also an increase in transportation costs. This study aims to make the efficiency of the number, frequency and cost of fleet transportation by using the Milkrun approach and VRP (Vehicle Routing Problem). To get optimal results, the PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) and GA (Genetic Algorithm) methods are used by utilizing the Matlab 2022 software. This research involved 40 suppliers, Logistic Partners and motorcycle assembly factories. The results of this study showed better results, namely before the research the number of fleets was 40 units and the frequency of 40 shipments with a total shipping cost of IDR 2,769,330, while after the research with the PSO optimization method the fleet number was 5 units and the frequency of 8 shipments with a total shipping cost of IDR 2,679,113. For GA optimization, the number of fleets is 4 units and the frequency is 8 times of delivery with a total shipping cost of IDR 2,000,058.

Abstract

Fulfilling orders from customers in the automotive industry is a necessity that inevitably causes problems that arise in product delivery to customers due to production delays and decreased production yields. The production process often experiences wasted time in the production process of four-wheeled vehicle spare parts. This research aims to reduce production process time, provide solutions to reduce waste and increase the number of four-wheeled vehicle spare parts produced. This research method uses the Lean Manufacturing (LM) approach by combining the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method with Kanban system improvements, the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and the Kaizen method. This research found that four factors cause waste in process time, including environmental factors, methods, humans, and machines. This research produces the right solution in the relay out of the Assembly and Final Inspection production processes, as well as the use of the e-kanban system in material and product inventory. The research results have reduced the production process time from 17.10 days to 10.05 days, meaning a decrease of 41.22%. This affected production results which increased from an average monthly production of 42,917 pcs to 60,157 pcs, meaning an increase of 128.65%.

Abstract

Education plays a very important role in forming an equal and just society, especially in promoting gender equality. In a modern society that is increasingly developing and plural, the issue of gender equality becomes very relevant, considering the persistence of gender inequality that still affects various sectors of life, such as economics, politics, and social. Therefore, education, both formal and non-formal, has great potential to address gender inequality and create a more inclusive society. Education not only functions as a means to gain knowledge, but also as an agent of social transformation that can shape individual views and behaviors towards gender issues. This article uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to review the existing literature on the role of education in promoting gender equality. This study highlights various findings on how educational curricula, educational policies, and the role of educators can contribute to achieving gender equality. The results of this study indicate that although education has played an important role in promoting gender equality, there are still major challenges to be overcome, such as the influence of gender stereotypes in the curriculum, unequal access to education, and the lack of policies that support gender inclusivity in many countries.
