Abstract

The implementation of online learning in the midst of this pandemic is expected so that the learning process will still run smoothly even though it is only carried out online and so that learning can still run smoothly and effectively. In this study, the implementation of online learning was carried out using whatsapp media. Whatsapp is a messaging and miscellaneous app for smartphones. In addition to sending WhatsApp messages, they are interrelated so that they will produce optimal learning activities. The method has a very high place in an effort to achieve goals, because it is a means of delivering subject matter arranged in the curriculum. Teachers are required to be able to choose and apply appropriate learning methods to assist teachers in delivering materials in order to improve student achievement in the teaching and learning process. This research took place at SDN 01 Telajung Bekasi using qualitative descriptive research. The use of the question and answer method properly and appropriately, will be able to stimulate students' interest and motivation in learning. the teacher asks them questions and they respond in the whatsapp group. Through the question and answer method it will stimulate students' thinking and responses so as to arouse student activity in distance learning by answering the author's questions or asking the author.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang peran pendidikan dalam pengembangan masyarakat di SDIT Miftahul Diniyah. Pendidikan merupakan pengukur suatu kesuksesan dalam kehidupan manusia terutama sebagai pilar pokok kehidupan bermasyarakat berbangsa dan bernegara yang bersangkutan juga dengan perilaku yang baik dan mulia. Lembaga pendidikan yang diberikan kebebasan untuk mengelola pendidikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat di sekitarnya dan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjalankan proses pendidikannya. Sebagai salah satu tempat untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat masyarakat, lembaga pendidikan harus bisa mengajak dan memberikan motivasi pendidikan kepada masyarakat. Lembaga pendidikan perlu melakukan sebuah perubahan yang dapat menumbuhkan sikap kopetitif dalam setiap proses pembelajaran, serta memberikan pengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan lembaga pendidikan itu sendiri. Adapun faktor yang diteliti dalam jurnal ini adalah peran pendidikan dalam pengembangan masyarakat di SDIT Miftahul Diniyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan/atau mengeksplorasi beberapa jurnal, buku, artikel serta sumber data atau informasi lainnya yang dianggap relewan dengan kajian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: 1) Hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat, 2) Sekolah dan Masyarakat, 3) Masyarakat tanpa sekolah, 4) Pengembangan masyarakat di SDIT Miftahul Diniyah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangan minat masyarakat dalam pendidikan sehingga dapat mewujudkan masyarakat yang berpengetahuan.

Abstract

Research conducted at MAN 2 Karawang, this study uses a qualitative approach. Discussed the management of science laboratory facilities and infrastructure at MAN 2 Karawang. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure at MAN 2 Karawang. Where the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is the procurement and utilization to support optimal learning activities. And infrastructure is an important part of educational institutions and is one of the 8 national education standards. Based on the results of research in the management of laboratory facilities and infrastructure at MAN 2 Karawang has carried out the planning, maintenance and removal processes. From one of these processes, the maintenance process is the most important thing in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure. Because, the process can affect the ongoing learning activities / student practicum.

Abstract

This learning media aims to develop and improve elementary school students' learning. This media is a development media that uses meta analysis methods. One of the problems in education is the minimum media facilities and infrastructure, so teachers are required to be creative in improving the quality of learning in the classroom, such as developing learning media in the classroom. An interesting learning media that can overcome students' boredom in learning activities is game-based learning activities, such as the application of the snakes and ladders game media. Children at the elementary level have a tendency to play. A fun and relaxed situation will help children to increase their interest in learning. The development of learning media in the form of the snakes and ladders game has the impact of providing discourse about alternative teaching media for elementary level. It is hoped that the use of this learning media can improve the quality of teaching and learning activities at the basic level.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how students taught with inquiry-based learning strategies differ from students taught with expository-based learning strategies in terms of their PAI learning outcomes, how students taught with inquiry-based and expository-based learning strategies differ in terms of their overall learning motivation, and how learning strategies and learning motivation interact to affect PAI learning outcomes. different in terms of overall learning motivation, and how learning strategies and learning motivation interact to affect PAI learning outcomes. With PAI learning outcomes as the dependent variable, the treatment of learning strategies as the independent variable, and the quality of learning motivation as the independent variable, this research was conducted using an experimental methodology. By incorporating certain learning motives, the 2x2 factorial experimental design compares two learning strategies: the expository learning approach and the inquiry learning strategy. The results of this study indicate that the average PAI learning outcomes of students taught using the inquiry learning strategy ( = 83.08) are higher compared to the average PAI learning outcomes of students taught using the expository learning strategy ( = 78.87). This is also evidenced by the significance value = 0.024 < α = 0.05. The average PAI learning outcomes of students with high learning motivation ( = 83.45) overall, whether taught with inquiry learning strategies or expository learning strategies, are higher compared to the average PAI learning outcomes of students with low learning motivation ( = 79.26). This is also evidenced by the significance value = 0.028 < α = 0.05. And there is an interaction between learning strategies and student learning motivation that has a different impact on PAI learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the significance value = 0.009 < α = 0.05.

Abstract

Bekerja dari rumah (Work from Home/ WFH) adalah impian banyak orang saat ini, terutama bagi generasi milenial saat ini. Situasi global saat ini WHO telah mengumumkan pandemi global virus COVID-19 semakin membuat beberapa kebijakan di seluruh negara untuk mengarahkan pegawai swasta dan pegawai sipil untuk melakukan WFH. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Problematika dalam menghadapi pembelajaran Work from Home pada masa pandemic COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan dengan dilakukan melalui literature review dari data yang dipublikasikan seperti artikel online, jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2020-2021. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang melakukan kerja dari rumah (WFH). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kekurangan-kekurangan dari WFH yakni sarana prasarana terbatas, biaya tambahan, motivasi kerja menurun, dan adanya gangguan-gangguan selama bekerja WFH. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa penyebaran COVID-19 tentunya tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek kesehatan, tetapi juga secara umum berdampak pada aspek ekonomi, sosial, budaya, politik dan keamanan seluruh negara di dunia. Selain itu, adanya problematika dari WFH yang mempengaruhi sisi psikologis para karyawan. Untuk belajar dari situasi ini, semua organisasi harus memiliki strategi dan kapasitas untuk menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi dan tidak dapat diprediksi. Abstract

The youth association of the mosque is a forum or place for organizations to study Islam, cultivate religious morals, through habits such as recitation, da'wah and reading the Koran as an effort to guide religious understanding for generations of the nation who are often referred to as teenagers. Therefore, the group is often called the mosque youth association. One of them is in the Nurul Hikmah mosque in Purwadana village. The purpose of doing this research is none other than to find out how influential the current chairman's leadership is in terms of improving the performance of its members. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research in which the author conducts direct observations and interviews with the resource person, namely the chairman of IRMANUH at his residence. The results obtained indicate that it is true that during this pandemic the spirit and performance of each member decreased due to restrictions on direct and crowding activities and were not accustomed to online activities, so it could be interpreted that the management experienced a lack of understanding of online activities. The role of a leader in an organization is so great in improving the performance of its members, because after all now is a difficult time for any organization because the covid pandemic always mutates into several variants that contain activities directly and involve many calls to be limited by the government.

Abstract

This study aims to find problems in improving the quality of education by fulfilling the existing infrastructure in schools. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were collected by direct observation to the field. The results of the study show that problems in improving the quality of education are found in the fulfillment of inadequate infrastructure facilities, as for the strategies carried out by school principals in improving the quality of education through the management of infrastructure, namely, inviting parents of students to come to school which aims to carry out socialization regarding the problem of the lack of existing infrastructure in schools in order to improve the quality of education, the next strategy the principal is to partner with industry or companies to design infrastructure needs that must be met by working together in improving the quality of education at MTs Al-i'anah Kosambi Karawang.

Abstract

This study discusses the Management of the PKBM Learning Process in RA Mardhotillah Karawang. PKBM itself is categorized as a non-formal education unit that can provide educational services like other formal education. In addition, this study also aims to describe learning management in playgroups at RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang. Based on these objectives, it can be translated back into specific objectives, namely to describe learning planning at RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang, implementation of learning at RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang, and evaluation of learning at RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang, as well as factors that become obstacles and support in learning management as well as efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors in learning management. This data collection technique uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. The research method used is by using a qualitative descriptive research method. While data collection was done by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques.
