Abstract

In Islamic religious education, the Qur'an is a source that is used as the foundation of the Islamic religion. Therefore, the Qur'an has an urgent position in guiding and directing people in their daily lives. However, there is a large gap between the importance of reading the Qur'an with the ability to read the Qur'an in Muslim communities in Indonesia. . The Chancellor of the al-Qur'an Institute of Higher Education (PTIQ) Jakarta, Nazaruddin Umar assessed that people who are illiterate al-Qur'an are still high in Indonesia. therefore it is necessary to apply effective and innovative methods of learning the the al-Qur'an. The supporting factors for the application of the waqa method include: the material taught is not much different from the material that has usually been studied, the TPQ Al-Ikhlash assistants help researchers during the process of applying the "Wafa" method at TPQ Al-Ikhlash, the students are orderly and cooperative during the experimental activities. This is certainly very helpful in carrying out the activities of teaching the Koran with the "Wafa" method. While the inhibiting factors for the application of the "Wafa" method include: Santri in one class are 42 children. This is certainly too much because learning the Qur'an is ideally done in small classes. Learning time becomes insufficient because of the sufficient quantity of students.

Abstract

Islam menganjurkan pada setiap pemeluknya untuk melaksanakan proses pendidikan, bahkan menganjurkan melaksanakan proses tersebut sampai pada ahir hayatnya, itulah salah satu anjuran yang disampaikan lewat Rosulnya yaitu Nabi Muhammad SWA. Negara Indonesia juga memberikan kesempatan setiap warganya untuk mendapatkan hak belajar dengan baik. Maka Pendidikan itu sendiri merupakan kebutuhan yang mutlak dibutuhkan oleh manusia sepanjang hayatnya, baik secara individu, kelompok sosial. Dari sinilah proses pendidikan dapat di jalankan dengan baik tentunya dengan bimbingan seorang guru. Untuk menjadi guru juga wajib memenuhi beberapa kompetensi yang disyaratkan seperti yang termaktub dalam peraturan dalam undang-undang guru dan dosen, dan harus memenuhi criteria yang dipersyaratkan. Oleh karenanya analisis konsep dan implementasi penilaian kinerja guru menjadi tawaran penulis, dalam hal ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pencapaian hasil kinerja guru yang telah dilaksanakan dan diusahakannya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan penelitian library research, merupakan jenis penilitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan ketajaman cara penulis membaca dan mentelaah dari berbagai literature dan sumber yang dijadikan sumber, selanjutnya penulis reduksi. Konsep penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) Guru mempunyai dua ranah, yaitu pertama Untuk menilai kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan semua kompetensi dan keterampilan yang diperlukan pada proses pembelajaran, pembimbingan, atau pelaksanaan tugas tambahan yang relevan dengan fungsi sekolah/madrasah. Yang kedua Untuk menghitung angka kredit yang diperoleh guru atas kinerja dalam proses pembelajaran, pembimbingan, atau pelaksanaan tugas tambahan yang relevan dengan fungsi sekolah/madrasah yang dilakukannya pada tahun tersebut. Terlepas dari dua ranah tersebut PKG dimaksudkan untuk memperbaiki kualitas SDM Guru. Sedangkan Analisis implementasi kinerja guru dapat di implementasikan dari empat kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru, yaitu: kompetensi pedagogi, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic so schools are recommended to carry out online schools (on the network), therefore online learning media e-learning is related to student learning achievement. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the use of e-learning based learning media (website) at Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Vocational School, 2) to determine the effect of e-learning learning media (website) on student achievement at Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Vocational School. This research uses quantitative research design with survey correlation method. Data collection uses a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation on the PTS (Middle Semester Assessment) and PAT (End of Year Assessment) scores, and uses parametric inferential descriptive statistical data analysis, while the hypothesis calculation data analysis technique uses the Person deviation formula to calculate Product Moment correlation. Based on the results of the study with the aim of knowing how to use E-learning-based Learning Media (websites) in the online learning process, namely by accessing the links that have been shared, logging in with their respective passwords, then just selecting the subjects to be studied and the student achievement of SMK Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum there is an increase after using learning media based on E-Learning and research data with NORMAL distribution after testing the data received through the normality test and product moment correlation test with the results of the normality test results with a significance result of 0.23 > 0.05 and the results of the correlation test with the value of r count > 0.165, namely 0.172 > 0.165 on the PTS value and 0.181 > 0.165 on the PAT value.

Abstract

Abstak Al-Quran merupakan kitab suci bagi umat Islam, Al-Qur’an memiliki kedudukan yang sangat mulia. Kemampuan membaca Al-Quran adalah suatu keberkahan dan tanggung jawab bagi setiap Muslim. Idealnya, semua masyarakat Muslim bisa membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an. Namun pada kenyataannya masih ada umat Islam di Sungai Padi, Ban, Air Batu, Narathiwat, Thailand yang masih mengalami buta aksara Al-Qur’an. Dalam rangka memberantas buta aksara Al-Qur’an, berbagai macam cara dilakukan agar mudah dan bisa dipelajari oleh setiap muslim yang belum bisa membaca kitab suci Al-Qur’an, yaitu dengan Membentuk program pengajaran Al-Qur’an dan dengan Metode Tahsin. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut diantaranya ialah program pemberantasan buta huruf bagi masyarakat yang terlanjur memiliki tingkat pendidikan formal yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, salah satu langkah awal yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melaksanakan program intensif pemberantasan buta aksara huruf arab pada masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu lanjut usia. Dengan metode Tahsin, metode ini megupayakan untuk memperbaiki bacaan Al-Qur’an agar sesuai dengan aturan tajwid dan memperindah bacaan dengan menggunakan nada ketika membaca ayat suci Al-Qur’an. Hasil dari pembentukan program pengajaran Al-Qur’an ini dengan metode Tahsin terbukti efisien diterapkan kepada ibu-ibu lanjut usia, metode ini terbukti efektif memudahkan peserta didik yang belum bisa membaca huruf hijaiyah mempelajari cara membaca Al-Quran.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan KKN oleh Kelompok An-Nur di Desa Krebet Senggrong terdiri dari program fisik dan non-fisik. Program utamanya adalah penghijauan desa yang berupa, penanaman pohon, pembudidayaan tanaman sayuran di pekarangan, pembagian polibag gratis, dan sebagainya. Adapun program kerja non fisiknya adalah program-program yang terkait dengan pembelajaran dan pengembangan potensi masyarakat di lokasi yang digunakan untuk KKN. Program non fisik seperti pelatihan kewirausahaan, pendampingan kegiatan keagamaan, kelompok belajar untuk anak-anak, Posyandu, Pendampingan TPA, dsb. Program-program tersebut telah dilaksanakan dan diupayakan agar berjalan seoptimal mungkin dan memberikan kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat. Pelatihan kewirausahaan yang telah dilaksanakan yakni pelatihan membuat rajutan wool dan pelatihan mendaur ulang sampah menjadi produk yang punya nilai guna dan nilai jual. Program kerja unggulan ini didasarkan pada tujuan dari mahasiswa KKN untuk pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat. Selain itu juga didasarkan pada kebutuhan masyarakat akan ketrampilan yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

School principals are essential in shaping the Qur'anic character of the educational institutions they lead. This research is categorized as multi-case field research with data described descriptively. The main instrument of this research is the researcher, who explores data using three methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out in two stages: individual case data analysis and cross-case data analysis. The researcher draws the following conclusions: First, the principal leadership model in two institutions: a) inclusive low profile model, b) social helpful model, and c) equilibrium structure model. Second, the school principal's strategic steps in forming Qur'anic character: a) integration of subjective spiritual and objective skills, b) implementation of organic spiritual collectivity strategies, and c) internalization of active, positive religiosity values. Third, students' Qur'anic character is formed through the leadership of the school principal: a) assimilation of spiritual values, b) exploration of dimensions of faith, c) contextualization of the Qur'an, d) planned disciplinary management, and e) religious inspiration in education This research provides the following theoretical implications: a) through the leadership model that is built, the principal, spiritual leader influences school culture in the formation of student character, b) the leadership model of the two school principals becomes a role model in the formation of students' Qur'anic character through the program. joint school activity program.

Abstract

AbstrakPembiasaan merupakan kegiatan tertentu yang dilakukan secara terus menerus sehingga menjadi suatu hal yang sulit ditinggalkan. Proses pembiasaan identik dengan pengulangan, yaitu suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang yang akhirnya menjadi kebiasaan. Dalam menanamkan karakter disiplin perlu adanya upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru atau pun orang tua salah satunya dengan metode pembiasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan metode pembiasaan apel pagi dan budaya antri dalam menanamkamkan karakter disiplin. Penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di MI Mambaul Ulum Sepanjang Gondanglegi Kabupaten Malang dengan subjek kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah untuk disajikan sebagai data yang utuh. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembiasaan apel pagi dan budaya antri dalam menanamkan karakter disiplin sangat baik dengan melalui berbagai kegiatan sekolah yang rutin, terprogram dan insidental. Penelitian ini berimplikasi akan pentingnya kerjasama dari semua pihak atau komponen terkait baik madrasah dan keluarga dalam mendukung tertanamnya karakter disiplin pada siswa.Kata kunci : Pembiasaan Apel pagi, budaya antri, karakter disiplinAbstractHabituation is a certain activity that is carried out continuously so that it becomes something that is difficult to leave. The process of habituation is identical to repetition, which is an activity that is carried out repeatedly which eventually becomes a habit. In instilling the character of discipline, it is necessary to make efforts by teachers or parents, one of which is the method of refraction.This study aims to describe the application of the morning ceremony habituation method and queuing culture in instilling disciplined characters. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at MI Mambaul Ulum Sepanjang Gondanglegi Malang Regency. The informants of research are a principal (key informant), teachers, and students. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were using interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data were processed by using stages from collecting, condensation up to verification prior to be presented as complete data. The technique of checking the validity of data uses the triangulation technique. The results showed that the application of the morning ceremony habituation method and the queuing culture instilled the very good discipline character of students through various routine programs and incidental school activities. Abstract

The background of this research is to improve the learning achievement of 7th grade students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang. With the use of existing technology media at this time which has developed can help attract students' interest in learning well. And supported by adequate school facilities. As for the formulation of the problem studied by the researcher, how is the application of interactive learning media based on Ispring Pro in 7th grade students of Mts Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang?, how is the influence of ispring pro-based interactive learning media on the learning achievement of 7th grade students at Mts Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang? While the aim is to find out the application of ispring pro-based interactive learning media to 7th grade students of Mts Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang, to determine the effect of ispring pro-based interactive learning media on the learning achievement of 7th grade students of Mts Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely research that has data related to numbers both obtained from measurements and from the value of existing data, this study uses questionnaires and documentation research instruments. The results of the study indicate that through interactive learning media based on Ispring Pro, it is proven to be able to improve student learning achievement. With an average result of 82 for class 7a and an average of 74 for class 7b. That the two classes showed a large enough interest in the use of learning media. Then do the calculations with the application of IBM SPSS V 26, obtained the amount of value that has been calculated by knowing the result is 0.05 with the provisions of the result <0.05 then ho is rejected and ha is accepted. There was a significant increase between the two classes after the implementation of the ispring pro-based interactive learning media in the 7th grade Islamic cultural history subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang.Keywords: Interactive learning media, ispring pro, student achievementAbstrakPenelitian ini dilator belakangi untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar para peserta didik kelas VII di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang. Sedangkan tujuannya untuk mengetahui penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis ispring pro pada siswa kelas 7 Mts Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang, untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis ispring pro terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas 7 Mts Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang memiliki data-datanya yang berhubungan dengan angka-angka baik diperoleh dari pengukuran maupun dari nilai suatu data yang ada, penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa melaui media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis ispring pro terbukti dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Dengan hasil rata-rata 82 untuk kelas 7a dan rata-rata 74 untuk kelas 7b. Bahwasannya kedua kelas tersebut menunjukan ketertarikanya dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran cukup besar. Kemudian dilakukannya perhitungan dengan aplikasi IBM SPSS V 26, diperoleh besarnya nilai yang telah dilakukannya perhitungan dengan diketahui hasil 0,05 dengan ketentuan hasil <0,05 maka ho ditolak dan ha diterima. Terdapat peningkatan yang cukup signiikan diantara kedua kelas setelah diterapkannya media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis ispring pro pada mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan islam kelas 7 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Diponegoro Jatikerto Malang. Kata Kunci: Media pembelajaran interaktif, ispring pro, prestasi belajar siswa

Abstract

School has a function as an agent of change whose job is to build students to become human beings who have faith and are devoted to God, virtuous, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, being a good citizen, able solve the problems they face and become a solution for themselves, and society as a whole. To achieve the goals of education, the principal's active role as a leader and manager is needed in creating quality and superior schools. In this role the principal is expected to have work targets in realizing the vision and mission of the school. For this reason, the quality of education as one of the outputs will become a benchmark for each school as part of the principal's leadership in developing the quality of existing education. The quality of a school can be seen from the process along with the results in teaching and learning activities carried out. Teaching and learning activities remain a priority that must be maintained, developed, and carried out well regardless of the conditions. Like today, where Indonesia has experienced the Covid-19 pandemic since March to date, certainly many aspects have changed due to this pandemic, especially related to educational activities in Indonesia. For this reason, principals are expected to be able to improve the quality of learning in this pandemic era where face-to-face learning is not permitted in the school environment, thus requiring schools to create distance learning that does not reduce the value of conventional learning so that the quality of the learning process can be maintained and implemented properly.
