Abstract

PT. Blue Bird Kramat Jati berada di Jalan Raya Pondok Gede Nomor 17 A dan menawarkan layanan perbaikan. Tidak efisien, perusahaan menggunakan sistem manual untuk melayani pelanggan. Misalnya, pelayanan yang memuaskan tidak dapat diberikan jika pelanggan tidak menerima informasi yang cepat dan akurat tentang ketersediaan suku cadang atau masal komponen yang sedang diperbaiki. Penulis menggunakan metode normalisasi, tabel hubungan, dan diagram hubungan entitas (ERD) untuk merancang basis data untuk mengembangkan sistem ini. Sumber data primer terdiri dari observasi serta wawancara, dan sumber data secondary terdiri dari analisis desain terstruktur. Metode arus data juga menggunakan diagram konteks, kamus data, serta data flow diagram (DFD). Bahasa pemrograman PHP digunakan untuk membuat dan membangun aplikasi dengan database MySQL. PT Blue Bird Kramat Jati dapat memperbaiki kesalahan dengan cepat karena sistem yang dirancang ini memudahkan pengelolaan data jasa seperti pengujian, pencarian dan integrasi data persediaan satu sama lain, pengurangan kesalahan suku cadang, dan proses pelaporan yang lebih mudah.

Abstract

This study stems from the low level of digital literacy among recycled product entrepreneurs in Kelurahan Baktijaya, Depok, which limits their access to online markets. The research aims to enhance digital competencies and expand marketing channels through targeted training on utilizing the Shopee platform. A descriptive qualitative method was employed within a community engagement framework, using data collected from observations, pre-tests, post-tests, and documentation. The participants were members of the bank sampah community in RW 18 and RW 19. Findings reveal a substantial increase in digital understanding and operational skills, alongside heightened awareness of incorporating sustainability narratives into product promotion. The study confirms that community-based training can effectively foster digital transformation and strengthen green entrepreneurship rooted in circular economy principles.

Abstract

Public Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) in government and public service institutions are highly vulnerable to cyberattacks, yet conventional firewalls and intrusion detection systems (IDS) often fail to provide proactive defense. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of honeypot-based security within the WLAN infrastructure of Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Pekanbaru. Using an applied experimental design, honeypots were integrated with Snort IDS and visualized through Honeymap to capture attacker behavior, detect anomalies, and benchmark detection performance. The results show that honeypots reduced detection latency, lowered false positives, and improved accuracy in identifying port scanning and brute force attacks compared to standard firewalls. Additionally, Honeymap enabled geographic analysis of attack origins, enhancing situational awareness. The findings highlight not only the technical benefits but also ethical challenges, particularly regarding user privacy and informed consent. This research recommends that public institutions adopt clear governance frameworks, ensure regular staff training, and maintain continuous system updates to sustain honeypot effectiveness. Strategically deployed, honeypots can strengthen cybersecurity readiness and inform policy development in public network environments.

Abstract

This study examines how digital transformation and green technology adoption jointly influence corporate sustainability. Using frameworks such as the Resource-Based View and dynamic capabilities theory, the research synthesizes empirical evidence to evaluate ESG outcomes, emissions reductions, and operational efficiency. Findings show that digital tools like AI, IoT, and big data significantly enhance the effectiveness of green practices, leading to improved ESG scores, lower emissions, and stronger supply chain resilience. The study concludes that aligning digital and green strategies enables firms to meet stakeholder demands and global sustainability goals while maintaining competitiveness.

Abstract

Phishing remains one of the most prevalent cybersecurity threats worldwide, with a growing focus on human error as a primary attack vector. This study investigates whether structured security awareness training featuring embedded microlearning, periodic reinforcement, and difficulty calibrated phishing simulations can reduce susceptibility to phishing and improve organizational resilience. Using a cluster randomized field experiment design, the intervention was implemented across multiple business units. Participants received an initial training module (30–60 minutes), followed by booster sessions every 3–4 months. Simulated phishing emails, rated for difficulty via the NIST Phish Scale, were distributed to measure failure, reporting, and credential submission rates. Resilience factor, defined as reporting rate divided by failure rate, was introduced as a composite behavior metric. Statistical analyses included GLMMs for repeated binary outcomes and survival models for latency behaviors. The training significantly lowered failure rates (from 11.2% to 7.5%), doubled reporting rates (14% to 28%), and increased resilience (1.2 to 3.7). Time to report metrics suggested faster user response, while stratified analysis showed greater gains among newer and non technical employees. Real world phishing incident rates declined post intervention, correlating with training engagement. These results validate the long term impact of calibrated and behavior driven awareness programs. In conclusion, this study offers a scalable, ethical, and statistically grounded approach to phishing risk mitigation. Emphasizing performance metrics such as resilience factor, it supports the integration of adaptive training strategies into broader cybersecurity frameworks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem ujian online berbasis web di LPIA Jatimurni guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses evaluasi pembelajaran. Selama ini, sistem ujian masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan kendala seperti keterlambatan pengolahan nilai, pemborosan kertas, serta potensi kesalahan administrasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengelola penyusunan soal, pelaksanaan ujian, hingga pengolahan hasil secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box Testing memperlihatkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dan meningkatkan kepuasan baik dari sisi pengajar maupun siswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menyediakan solusi teknologi yang relevan bagi lembaga pendidikan nonformal serta dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pengembangan sistem ujian online pada konteks serupa.

Abstract

Sistem absensi manual yang masih diterapkan di PT Logis X menimbulkan sejumlah tantangan, masih ditemukan potensi manipulasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta mengimplementasikan sistem absensi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang memanfaatkan teknologi Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Inovasi ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses pencatatan kehadiran, meminimalisir kemungkinan penyalahgunaan data, serta menyajikan laporan kehadiran yang lebih akurat dan terstruktur. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C++ dengan integrasi IoT untuk memungkinkan pengiriman laporan secara real-time. Validasi dilakukan dengan metode blackbox untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan absensi karyawan di PT Logis X.

Abstract

Sumber  Baru Aneka Mobil is a PT engaged in the sale  of new Suzuki cars in  cash or credit. Sumber Baru Aneka  Mobil has a problem with the Car Sales Information System. The problems faced in facing this era of  the free trade, it is not suprising  that the demands of the rapid  development of the bussiness world and technology must be adapted as optimally as possible. This needs to be  supported  by the avaliabillity of a fast information system so that it can support decision making in the company. Therefore the system created is a new system that solves the problem of car sales at PT Sumber Baru Aneka Mobil. The system that will be proposed is a sales information system using a computer application. The system is a very good alternative to overcome problems that often occur in a system that demands speed. With this system, the administation and payemt section of PT Sumber Baru Aneka Mobil is expected to be able to reduce the presentation of errors and data loss, and smooth the car sales  process at PT Sumber Baru Aneka Mobil.

Abstract

With the growth of social media and messaging platforms, businesses are investigating new marketing methods to reach and impact consumer behavior. This study investigates the effect of marketing strategies on Instagram and WhatsApp on consumers' inclination to buy prepared, home-cooked meals. It looks into how companies use these platforms' interactive and visual elements to market their products and influence customer choices. The research examines consumer surveys and marketing initiatives data to identify the primary drivers of engagement and buy intentions. It investigates how direct messaging, targeted advertising, and influencer marketing affect customer attitudes and decision-making. The study also explores the ethical issues of these marketing strategies and how they may affect consumers' privacy and autonomy.  This research intends to increase awareness about responsible practices that respect consumer interests while guiding firms in optimizing their methods by offering insights into the efficacy of social media and messaging app marketing strategies. The results add to the growing conversation about how digital marketing impacts food consumption habits and how consumer-business relationships are changing.

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology creates new educational opportunities. The purpose of this community service project is to use AI to boost secondary school students' interest in learning. AI-based tools are integrated into the learning process and a series of workshops are used to carry out the program. Among the techniques employed are AI tutoring systems, interactive learning materials, and teacher training. The quality of assignments, length of learning focus, and class participation all significantly rose as a result of the results, indicating a considerable improvement in students' enthusiasm for learning. According to post-program surveys, 90% of teachers believe AI is effective at increasing student engagement, and 85% of students feel that they are more interested in their classes. The infrastructure of technology and the initial adjustment to the new system present the biggest obstacles. To sum up, incorporating AI into education offers a lot of promise to boost student interest in studying, but doing so calls for a planned strategy and continuous assistance.
