Abstract

Technological developments affect all aspects, including the educational aspect. The use of this technology can go hand in hand with how educators or teachers create a learning method so that it can affect the effectiveness of the learning process. SDN 1 Ciuyah Lebak Banten has facilities for using technology for learning, but this technology has not been utilized by teachers to be used in the learning process while the role of the teacher must continue to create creative and innovative learning methods, so that the knowledge that will be transferred to students can be successful. One of them is the use of Canva in the learning process. This service activity uses three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. As a result of this dedication, the use of Canva-based technology in learning provides knowledge and skills to teachers so that they can increase success in the learning process. The importance of training that supports teacher effectiveness in teaching should be gradual because it takes a lot of time to directly apply the use of Canva

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM menuntut para pelaku usaha untuk terus beradaptasi demi mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya, termasuk pada pengelolaan keuangan, UMKM di kelurahan Katilimbang yang  memproduksi dan menjual keripik tauge Lasak terus meningkat namun belum tertib dalam pencatatan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu survey untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pada UMKM, kedua Perencanaan dalam menentukan materi, jadwal kegiatan dan kebutuhan lainnya, tahap terakhir adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan ini  adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pencatatan keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic business ethics on the interest of Indonesian citizens in Egypt to save at the Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt. The population in this study were Indonesian students in Egypt who received scholarships at Baitu Az-Zakah al-Quwaity. Respondents of this study amounted to 64 students. The research method used is a quantitative-descriptive method with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires. Data were analyzed using instrument tests in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests and heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests in the form of simple linear regression tests and correlation coefficient tests. The results of this study indicate that Islamic business ethics has a significant positive effect on the interest of Indonesian citizens in Egypt to save at the Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt, this result is based on a calculated value greater than t table (7.425> 1.671) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 <0.05). the amount of influence exerted by the Islamic business ethics variable on the interest of Indonesian citizens in Egypt to save at Faisal Islamic Banking of Egypt is 46.2 percent. In comparison, the remaining 53.8 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1. The effect of e-promotion on the decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations, 2. The effect of e-service quality on the decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations, And 3. The effect of e-promotion and e-service quality on the decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations. The object of this research is the Muzakki who have paid zakat to zakat management organizations both LAZ and BAZNAS, Banten Province, with 96 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that (1). E-Promotion significantly and positively effects decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations. 2. E-Service quality significantly and positively effects decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations, And 3. E-Promotion and E-Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations. The total contribution effect of e-promotion and e-service quality to the decision to pay zakat is 21 percent, while the remaining 79 percent is effected by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1). The effect of zakat knowledge on interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS. (2. Effect of zakat awareness on interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS. And (3). Effect of knowledge and understanding of zakat on interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS. The object of this research is employees of Large and Medium Enterprises (UMB) in Banten Province. The research method used is a quantitative-descriptive method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data is processed using SPSS software version 23. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) Zakat knowledge has a significant positive effect on the intention to pay zakat at BAZNAS. (2 Awareness of zakat on interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS. And (3). Knowledge and awareness of zakat simultaneously significantly positively affect interest in paying zakat on BAZNAS. Interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS Banten Province is influenced by the knowledge and understanding of zakat employees by 48.3 percent. In comparison, the remaining 51.7 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This training aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Rahong Village farmers in utilizing semi-hydroponic technology as an alternative planting medium that is effective, efficient and environmentally friendly. The semi-hydroponic method offers a practical solution to overcome the limitations of conventional agricultural land and increase plant productivity. This activity includes two main stages, namely making hydroponic planting media which involves the use of local and cheap materials, as well as guidelines for the use and maintenance of hydroponic systems for various types of plants. Through a participatory approach, training is carried out by delivering theoretical material, direct demonstrations and practice by participants. The results of the training and use of semi-hydroponic planting media show a significant increase in farmers' understanding and ability to implement semi-hydroponics. Participants are able to design a simple semi-hydroponic system and understand the steps for maintaining plants. It is hoped that this training will encourage the widespread adoption of semi-hydroponic technology in Rahong Village to improve the quality and quantity of agricultural products, support sustainable agriculture, support food security, and improve the welfare of local communities. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan lingkungan bisnis mengahruskan para pelaku UMKM untuk terus beradaptasi, agar tetap menjaga keberlanjutan usahanya. Kondisi pelaku usaha yang kemasan produk dan pemasaran yang menggunakan metode tradisional, sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan UMKM tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan memiliki tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evalausi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada para pelaku usaha untuk membuat inovasi dalam kemasan, dan memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai pemasaran produk, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan penjualan para pelaku UMKM telor asin di Desa Bendung-Kasemen Kota Serang.

Abstract

Sektor UMKM bidang kuliner saat ini menjadi jenis usaha yang paling survive dibanding usaha lain. Salah satu UMKM bidang kuliner adalah Bontot yakni sejenis makanan gurih yang dapat dinikmati oleh semua kalangan, terlebih bagi mereka yang sangat suka dengan olahan ikan dan masakan yang bergizi tinggi. Pelaku UMKM yang memproduksi Bontot salah satunya adalah UMKM Bontot Salminah yang berada di Kota Serang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat terhadap UMKM Bontot Salminah diperoleh adanya permasalahan yang dirasakan oleh pemilik seperti banyaknya kompetitor bisnis yang memproduksi makanan sejenis. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha Bontot Salminah. Melihat persaingan yang semakin ketat antara usaha sejenis maka dibutuhkan adanya inovasi produk. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan PKM ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Tim PKM telah melakukan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing melalui inovasi produk. Inovasi produk yang dilakukan yakni dengan menjual bontot siap saji yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai varian sambal yakni sambal kacang, sambal rujak dan sambal terasi. Selain itu, tim juga melakukan inovasi dalam hal packaging dan pemberian label produk sehingga memiliki diferensiasi dengan produk kompetitor.

Abstract

The Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) has a strategic role in the development planning process in Serang City. In regional development, the Serang City Government has a great responsibility to plan and implement development programs that are in accordance with the needs of the local community, but in the field process several problems and obstacles arise, especially in SIPD, organizational commitment, internal control which can affect the performance of Bappeda. This is what hinders regional development. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of local government accounting information systems (SIPD) and organizational commitment on organizational performance at BAPPEDA of Serang City with internal control as a moderating variable. The method used is quantitative. The population and sample were employees of Bappeda Kota Serang, data collection by distributing questionnaires and data processing using SmartPLS. The results in this study that the Local Government Accounting Information System (SIPD) and organizational commitment have an influence on Organizational Performance. Internal Control as a moderating variable cannot strengthen or weaken the effect of SIPD on Organizational Performance. Conversely, Internal Control can strengthen or weaken the influence of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Performance. Abstract

Sukarena village is a village where there are several business groups/SUMKM with a variety of different products. On the way, business groups in Sukarena face various obstacles and constraints, namely packaging that still uses plastic which is damaged and marketing that is still traditional, namely still sold directly to consumers or entrusted to shops that want to sell their products. To be able to solve the obstacles faced, the service team conducted training by providing knowledge about quality packaging using special food safe plastics and with a long delivery range, and providing product innovation training according to market needs, labeling product logos and online marketing using social media palftorm.
