Abstract

ABSTRAKJaring insang merupakan alat penangkapan ikan yang umum digunakan oleh nelayan di Kecamatan Tomia konstruksinya sangat sederhana dan mudah dioperasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan, produktivitas, kelayakan usaha, dan korelasi di Kecamatan Tomia Kabupaten Wakatobi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Tomia Kabupaten Wakatobi selama periode bulan Agustus sampai dengan September 2018. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dari 49 orang populasi nelayan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi ,wawancara langsung dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus pendapatan, produktivitas, R/C ratio dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan jaring insang sebesar Rp233.808/trip, dengan produktivitas alat tangkap sebesar Rp7,07 kg/trip sedangkan produktivitas tenaga kerja sebesar Rp12,67kg/HOK, dan rata-rata R/C ratio sebesar 1,3. Korelasi  didapat dari hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel X dan Y variabel X adalah alat tangkap dan tenaga kerja sedangkan variabel Y adalah pendapatan, jadi korelasi antara produktivitas alat tangkap dengan pendapatan menujukkan korelasi positif dan sangat lemah sedangkan produktivitas tenaga kerja menunjukkan korelasi positif dan kuat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka usaha penangkapan nelayan dengan menggunakan alat tangkap  jaring insang (gillnet) menguntungkan dan layak untuk dikembangkan.Kata Kunci : Nelayan Tangkap jaring insang, Pendapatan, Produktivitas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost structure, income level and trade development strategy on marine lobster in CV.Sea Queen City of Kendari. The research location determined by purposive.  Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation, which are sourced from business owners (1) and employees (6).  The results showed that the cost structure of the business consists of investment operations of Rp1,357,721,000, a fixed fee of Rp192,406,548/year and variable costs of Rp1,637,932,600/year, bringing the total cost of Rp1,830,339,148/year, Gross revenue of Rp2,100,000,000/year and net income Rp269,660,852/year. In the company's business development strategy there are 8 of harnessing the rapid technological, increase business capital, increase product capacity, improve the promotion, recruitment, increase production volumes lobster, pursuing a strategy of stocks of raw materials, and improve the whole lobster resources owned businesses.

Abstract

Oensuli Village, Kabangka District of Muna  has the potential of  fisheries resource, particularly aquaculture shrimp. Until now, in the Oensuli Village there has been no information about efficiency in shrimp aquaculture. This study aims to determine the effect of input to output in shrimp ponds, and determine the efficiency of use of production inputs in the production process the shrimp ponds. Thirty five sample of businesses shrimp farming is determined by simple random sampling method. Data analysed with double linear regression and price efficiency. The results showed that the shrimp farming in the Oensuli village, fry, feed, and labor are positive significant effect on production, lime also significantly affect production but it is negative. While the influence of drugs do not significantly affect production. The conclusion from this research that the shrimp farming in the Oensuli village, fries and feed have not been efficient so need additional input, while lime and labor in-efficient in the production of shrimp, so the need to reduce the use of these inputs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for instant coffee of the Kopi Tolaki brand in Kendari city. The sample was determined using the formula Hair et al (2010) so that a sample of 80 respondents who were consumers of Kopi Tolaki was obtained by using accidental sampling technique. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the description of the marketing mix and purchasing decisions according to the perceptions of respondents (consumers), while path analisis is used to determine the direct and indirect effects simultaneously on several independent variables (X), is product (X1), price (X2), location/distribution (X3) and promotion (X4) on the dependent variable, is the purchase decision (Y)T. The result showed that the description of the implementation of the marketing mix and purchasing decisions for Kopi Tolaki in Kendari city according to consumer perceptions was in the high category, meaning that the implementation was quite good. The marketing mix (X) simultaneously has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Partially product (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X4) have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with the total direct and indirect effects of each produk (X1) being 8,63%, price (X2) 2,25% and promotion (X4) 7,52%, while the location/distribution (X3) variable has no effect significantly negative on purchasing decisions (Y) with a total direct and indirect effect of -0,06%. Of all the marketing mix research variables, the product (X1) is the variable that has the most significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).Keywords: mixed marketing; purchasing decisions; path analysis; Kopi Tolaki

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the independence of farmers, the sustainability of lowland rice farming, and the relationship between farmers' independence and the sustainability of lowland rice farming in Konda District, South Konawe Regency. Data sourced from lowland rice farmers in Konda District. The basis for consideration of making two villages the subject of this research is that the two villages are the villages with the highest number of lowland rice farmers in Konda District. The population of this research is 120 farmers of lowland rice in Cialam Jaya village and 80 farmers in Lawoila village. The research sample size was determined using the Slovin formula and the respondents were determined using cluster random sampling. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that the level of independence of farmers was included in the less independent category, which was 41.9 and the sustainability of farming was included in the less sustainable category, which was 37.0. The implication of the results of this study is that the independence of lowland rice farmers is one of the determining factors for the sustainability of lowland rice farming in Konda District in particular and South Konawe Regency in general.Keywords: farmer independence; sustainability of farming; rice paddy farming.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu wisata alam yang sampai saat ini masih diminati oleh pengunjung di Kabupaten Buton Utara adalah wisata Pantai Membuku.Wisatawan yang datang di pantai tersebut terdiri dari berbagai latar belakang mulai dari umur, tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan yang diduga akan mempengaruhi tanggapan wisatawan terhadap kepuasan wisata di pantai ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan umur, tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama periode Maret Sampai April 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengunjung pada objek wisata sedangkan sampel dipilih menggunakan metode accidental sampling sebanyak 50 wisatawan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel 2007. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel umur dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung wisata pantai Membuku memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,98 artinya variabel umur dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat karena nilai koefisien korelasinya mendekati angka satu, begitu juga sebaliknya jika nilai koefisien korelasinya mendekati angka nol berarti kedua variabel tersebut sangat lemah. Nilai koefisien korelasi variabel tingkat pendidikan dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung wisata Pantai Membuku sebesar 0,99 artinya variabel tingkat pendidikan dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat, sedangkan hubungan variabel pendapatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung wisata pantai Membuku memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,60 artinya antara variabel pendapatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Artinya semakin tinggi pendapatan wisatawan maka akan semakin tinggi pula nilai koefisien korelasinya. Oleh karena itu pihak pengelola harus meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas objek wisata agar berkelanjutan dan bisa mendapatkan penilaian yang lebih bagus lagi dari wisatawan yang berkunjung di Pantai Membuku sebelumnya. Kata kunci : Tingkat Kepuasan, Umur, Pendidikan, Pendapatan, Pantai Membuku

Abstract

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy of salted fish products. This research uses a case study method and conducted at Tapuhahi Village, Central Rumbia District, Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi during the period of February 2020. The types of data used were primary data and secondary data. Data were collected by using interview techniques, questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. The data obtained were analyzed using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the marketing strategy of IbuMuriah's salted fish products was: not using dangerous preservatives; expanding the marketing network by taking advantages of technological and information developments; registering the product brands at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (DGIPR) and the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (NADFC);use good of raw materials; use good of the drying area; improve the quality of salted fish which is vulnerable to competition; optimizing the production of salted fish because the rainy season hampers the process of salted fish production; choosing a strategic location; use good promotional activities in print and electronic media.Key words: Bombana Regency; salted fish; marketing strategy

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer preferences forskipjack tuna consumers in Sodohoa Village, West Kendari District, Kendari City in January 2022. The method used is accidentasl sampling. The number of samples is this study was 30 samppes. The variables observed were fish size, price, color, cleanliness, and texture of skipjack tuna. Analysis of the data used is Conjoint Analysis. The results showed that the preferences of consumers namely skipjack tuna which is cheap, brightly colored,  stiff textured, clean, with a size of 1 fish/3 kg. Keywords: Conjoint Analysis; Skipjack Tuna; Consumer Preference

Abstract

 Kepuasan merupakan tingkat perasaan seseorang setelah membandingkan kinerja atau hasil yang dirasakan dengan harapannya. Sedangkan kepuasan wisatawan adalah perasaan senang ataupun puas setelah berkunjung ke suatu objek wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan wisatawan terhadap layanan karyawan dan fasilitas objek Wisata Pemancingan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Wisata Pemancingan (Urane Fishing) di Desa Konda Satu Kecamatan Konda Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, pada Bulan Februari sampai Maret 2021. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 wisatawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analisys (IPA), sebagai hasil diperoleh bahwa penilaian wisatawan sangat puas terhadap layanan karyawan dengan nilai skor sebesar 4,15. Sedangkan penilaian wisatawan sangat puas terhadap fasilitas objek wisata dengan nilai skor sebesar 4,42.Kata Kunci :     Tingkat kepuasan, Wisatawan, Wisata Pemancingan, KinerjaKeywords: Satisfaction Level, Employees and Facilities, Fishing TourismSatisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the perceived performance (performance or results) with their expectations. While tourist satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction after visiting a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine tourist satisfaction with employee services and facilities for fishing tourism objects. This research was conducted on Urane Fishing in Konda Satu Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency, from February to March 2021. The sample method used was accidental sampling with a sample of 30 tourists. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap  produksi udang vaname di Kabupaten Kolaka.  Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan  Juni sampai Juli 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 pembudidaya yaitu  yaitu semua pembudidaya udang vaname yang melakukan produksi pada saat penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan metode sensus. Pengambilan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis uji F  menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan jumlah benur,  pakan, kapur, pupuk, kincir dan luas lahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi udang vaname. Selanjutnya secara parsial, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi adalah jumlah benur dan luas lahan, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang  berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap produksi udng vaname adalah   jumlah pakan,  kapur, pupuk dan  kincir. Kata Kunc : Budidaya udang vaname, faktor produksi, signifikan, parsial, simultan
