Abstract

Pertandingan merupakan alat ukur bagi pembinaan olahraga prestasi. Keberhasilan dalam pembinaan prestasi khususnya bola voli akan ditentukan dalam keberhasilan pada suatu kejuaraan atau pertandingan. Pertandingan bola voli membutuhkan wasit serta pelatih yang terdidik dan terlatih. Wasit yang terdidik dan terlatih tentunya akan mengambil keputusan dengan tepat, hingga membuat pertandingan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Para peserta pelatihan perwasitan merupakan mahasiswa-mahasiwi penjaskesrek Undana dan guru-guru penjasorkes di Kota Kupang yang telah dibekali mata kuliah dasar permainan bola voli. Pelaksanaan penataran wasit membutuhkan waktu sebanyak 56 jam pelajaran teori dan praktek. Waktu yang dibutuhkan ini mengacu kepada aturan resmi PP PBVSI untuk mengadakan pelatihan wasit tingkat Kota Kupang. Jadwal disusun untuk merencanakan proses pelatihan yang berisikan materi teori dan praktek.  Proses pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama 3 hari dengan 56 jam berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar yang terhitung mulai tanggal 9 September - 11 September 2019. Para peserta mengikuti pelatihan dengan antusiasme yang tinggi. Ini dapat dilihat dari persentase yang besar dari kehadiran peserta di setiap sesi pelatihan. Pelaksanan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan atas atas kerja sama tim Program Studi Penjaskesrek bersama Pengkot PBVSI Kota Kupang dapat terlaksana dengan lancar dan baik selama 3 hari dengan 56 jam dengan hasil yang memuaskan.

Abstract

To what extent can the plyometric standing jump over training affect the jump height of the volleyball game jump service on the Men's Penjaskesrek Undana team? This study aims to see the results of the plyometric standing jump over training to increase the jump height of the service jump. This type of research is experimental research. The sample of this research is the men's team volleyball player Penjaskesrek Undana maybe 20 people. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, test and measurement techniques as well as documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the significant value that is different between the two groups is 56.4 for the pre-test and 65.3 for the post-test in the experimental group while in the control group, namely 54.7 for the pre-test and 57.2 for the post -test -test. Because the second significant value is greater than 0.05 (significant> 0.05), the data is declared to be normally distributed (accepted). The data table above provides information that by consulting the Fcount and Ftable values, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected because Fcount is 6.733 more> Ftable ¬4.413873 and a significant value is 0.007 <0.05 (%) it can be ignored that there is a standing influence. jump against the jump height of men's team volleyball player jump service.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the process of fostering THS-THM in the formation of the faith, mental, and physical of young Catholics and information for the whole community especially Catholics about THS-THM itself. The study was conducted for 1 month and was located in four Catholic Churches namely St. Peter's Parish Rasul TDM, Christ King Kupang Parish, Sta Parish. Maria Assumpta and The Parish of St. Francis Assisi BTN located in the territory of the Archdiocese of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The methods carried out in this study are qualitative desriptive research with data collection through observation in the field, interviews to members of the pencak silat organization THS-THM, and documentation from the pencak silat organization THS-THM. Data / information obtained from sources, namely the builder / companion / twig advisor, and the chairman / coordinator of the pencak silat organization THS-THM. In this study explained about the process of fostering THS-THM in shaping faith, mental, and physical for its members and for young Catholics who joined the THS-THM Organization. The results showed that the Pencak Silat Organization THS-THM is a forum for fostering in the formation of the faith, mental, and physical of young Catholics. Pencak Silat THS-THM is a Church organization under the auspices of the Indonesian Catholic Church whose job is to help launch pastoral ministry activities in serving the Church and society. Factors that often hamper the process of fostering THS-THM organizations in the formation of faith, mental, and physical Catholic youth are the health of candidates and members disturbed (sick), busy work and education, the challenges of the times, and the influence of technology and the environment. The coaching process carried out by the THS-THM organization has a positive impact on its members.

Abstract

Pengertian belajar menurut teori Behavioristik adalah perubahan tingkah laku sebagai akibat adanya reaksi antara stimulus dan respon. Psikologi humanistik merupakan gerakan melawan psikologi dominan, yaitu psikologi mekanistik, reduksionis atau robotik yang mereduksi manusia. Psikologi humanistik merupakan produk banyak individu dan merupakan asimilasi dari banyak pemikiran, terutama pemikiran fenomenologis dan eksistensial. Perspektif behavioral menitikberatkan pada peranan mulai melaksanakan proses belajar dalam menggambarkan tingkah laku manusia, serta proses yang terjadi melalui rangsangan yang disesuaikan (stimulus) sehingga tercipta ikatan tingkah laku reaktif (respon) terhadap hukum- hukum mekanistik. Psikologi humanistik merupakan gerakan melawan psikologi dominan, yaitu psikologi mekanistik, reduksionis atau robotik yang mereduksi manusia. Abstract

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: Apakah Ada Pengaruh Langsung Latihan Plyometric Jump To Box Terhadap Power Otot Tungkai Pemain Bola Voli Pada Tim Putri Penjaskesrek Undana?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui apakah dengan latihan plyometric jump to box dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai pemain bola voli tim putri Penjaskesrek Undana. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen, dimana suatu penelitian yang dilakukan secara ketat untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat diantara variabel-variabel. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pemain voli putri Penjaskesrek Undana yang berjumlah 23 orang. Adapun sampel penelitian ini adalah pemain voli tim putri Penjaskesre Undana berjumlah 23 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, tes dan pengukuran serta dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan teknik analisis uji-t, yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kesimpulan akhir suatu program pelatihan dengan menghitung hasil test awal dan test akhir apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan atau tidak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan plyometric jump to box dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai pemain bola voli tim putri Penjaskesrek Undana yaitu pada hasil pre-test nilai rata-rata pemain adalah 42,913 meningkat menjadi 49,739 pada hasil post-test. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t dimana nilai thitung 15,28 > dari nilai ttabel 1,717. Persentase peningkatan power otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 15,906%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan plyometric jump to box dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai pemain bola voli pada tim putri Penjaskesrek Undana.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of school principals as change leaders in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia. It explores their strategies, innovative practices, and the factors contributing to both the successes and challenges of curriculum application. Adopting a qualitative methodology, data were gathered through purposive sampling, with school principals serving as primary informants. The findings reveal that principals are instrumental in driving curriculum reform by engaging in academic supervision, cultivating collaborative school environments, and promoting student-centered learning approaches. Key strategies identified include organizing professional development initiatives, fostering stakeholder partnerships, and efficiently managing resources to align teaching methodologies with the curriculum’s objectives. Innovative practices, such as establishing professional learning communities and introducing project-based learning activities, further facilitate the curriculum's adoption. The study identifies several factors that support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, including active teacher involvement, government-sponsored training programs, and curriculum designs tailored to local contexts. The study highlights the critical need for continuous professional development, comprehensive strategic planning, and consistent policy support to overcome these obstacles. Effective leadership by school principals is essential for fostering a positive school culture and encouraging collaboration among stakeholders, thereby enabling systemic transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the school principal as a change leader, the principal's strategy as a change leader, the principal's innovation as a change leader, the factors supporting change, and the factors inhibiting change in the implementation of an independent curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data collection process was carried out by in-depth interviews, documentation studies and field notes. Data analysis was performed with reference to the Miles and Huberman model. To ensure the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques and increased the persistence of researchers in analyzing the documents they found. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the role of the principal is shown by the implementation of the independent curriculum, driving the learner-centered learning process. and provide independence to work for students and educational staff; (2) the principal's strategy is by identifying cases, conducting interviews, creating good relations, and creating an atmosphere towards students' awareness of the implementation of the independent curriculum; (3) the innovation of the school principal in carrying out P5, entrepreneurship (traditional food bazaar), voting for democracy (election for the OSIS chairman) and building body and soul (religious activities such as the Ramadan Islamic boarding school); (4) Factors supporting the school principal, namely internal factors (infrastructure and leadership of the school principal) and external factors, namely there are already 2 driving force teachers resulting from training organized by the government; (5) Obstacles from internal parties, namely: lack of teacher education, There are teachers who are inconsistent in their implementation, there are teachers who are clueless.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of the traditional Hopong dance as a medium for teaching rhythmic activities to seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Kupang Barat. Originating from the Helong tribe in East Nusa Tenggara, the Hopong dance carries profound cultural and philosophical values. Its movements combine elements of aesthetics, rhythm, and expression, which are relevant to the development of rhythmic activities in physical education. This research employs a naturalistic qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include physical education teachers and seventh-grade students. The data were analyzed to identify the role of basic Hopong dance movements in supporting students' physical abilities, such as muscle strength, balance, flexibility, and agility, as well as their impact on understanding local culture. The results show that the use of the Hopong dance as a teaching medium for rhythmic activities significantly benefits students, both in physical aspects and in their appreciation of regional culture. Students demonstrated high enthusiasm during the learning process, creating a fun and supportive atmosphere for creativity. This study recommends that the Hopong dance be more widely used as a teaching medium to preserve cultural heritage while enhancing students' skills

Abstract

Kemampuan lompat jauh siswa SD 21 Purus Padang barat masihrendahdalam pembelajaran penjasorkes.Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakaukan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan lompat jauh yang dimiliki siswa 21 Purus Padang Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SD 21 Purus yang berjumlah 95 orang.Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah 15 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemamauan lompat jauh yang terdiri dari awalan, tolakan, mendarat.Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentatif secara manual.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah tentang kemampuan awalan siswa SD 21 Purus bisa dikatakan sudah cukup baik karena tidak ada yang berada dalam kategori kurang. Dari aspek penilaian start rata-rata yang dicapai 8 dan persentae 1,2% dikategorikan sedang dan dalam kecepatan lari rata-rata yang dicapai 12 dan persentase 1,8% dikategorikan baik. Kemampuan Tolakan siswa SD 21 Purus dalam aspek tolakan dengan satu kaki dan ayunan tangan sama-sama memiliki rata-rata 9 dan persentase 1,35 dan dikategorikan sedang. Kemampuan sikap mendarat Siswa SD 21 Purus dalam titik berat badan dikategorikan sedang dan rata-rata  9 mendapatkan persentase 1,95. Sedangkan dalam aspek julukan tangan kedepan rata-rata 9 dan persentase 1,35 dikategorikan baik. Kata kunci :Awalan, Tolakan, Mendarat
