The subject of this research is to find out the low-passing learning of the students of SMP Negeri 3 Amarasi Barat. The location of this research is SMP Negeri 3 Amarasi Barat, Kupang Regency. Lower pasing learning is a process of learning the lower pass movement skills in volleyball with the correct techniques in accordance with the desired expectations. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The instrument used in this study was in the form of documentation guidelines, based on the findings obtained by researchers in the field, students did not understand and did not understand how to do good and correct passing down: 1. Where the body posture is not as good or both legs not opened shoulder width apart so that when picking up the ball the ball does not bounce properly, 2. Both hands are not extended forward or both hands are not straightened forward so that when picking up the ball, the ball does not bounce properly or when returning the ball is not on the intended target, 3. Hands are not held together when taking the ball, 4. Do not focus on the ball so that when taking and returning the ball it is not directed at the intended target. It can be concluded that the good and correct bottom line in the lesson plan (RPP) is to provide knowledge and insight into the literature study of the lower level volleyball learning at SMP Negeri 3 Amarasi Barat.

Abstract

Physical education plays an important role in developing physical health, motor skills, and character building of students. However, the challenge in increasing interest and learning achievement in this subject is still the main focus, especially in the era of education 5.0 which demands an innovative approach. This study aims to explore the role of game-based learning in increasing interest and learning achievement in physical education in the era of 5.0. The research method used is a quasi-experiment with a pre-post test and control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes with 30 students each, one class as an experimental group that received game-based learning, and one class as a control group that received conventional learning. Data were collected through an initial interest test, a learning achievement test, and a questionnaire on students' interest in learning. The results showed a significant increase in the interest and learning achievement of students who participated in game-based learning compared to the control group. Students involved in game-based learning showed higher interest in the subject matter and achieved better learning achievement in terms of motor skills, conceptual understanding, and active participation. In addition, the student interest questionnaire showed that game-based learning provides a more interesting and enjoyable learning experience for students. These findings indicate that game-based learning has great potential in increasing interest and achievement in physical education learning in the 5.0 era.

In improving the ability of athletes in particular athlete athletics PPLP in NTT carried out with various physical exercises activities. Based on the above description that the Development of Physical Ability Athletes Taekwondo PPLP Provincial NTT” has not achieved satisfactory results. This is due to the lack of attention of the coaches to the proram of good training to improve the physical severity of athletes so that athlete's performance is still not maximum. Abstract

This study aims to examine the musculoskeletal adaptations of indigenous athletes from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) from a biomechanical perspective. NTT athletes exhibit unique biomechanical characteristics influenced by environmental factors and habitual physical activity from an early age. This study employs a quantitative approach using experimental biomechanics analysis. The research subjects consist of local NTT athletes compared to national athletes in various biomechanical parameters, including bone mineral density (BMD) and ground reaction force (GRF). The results indicate that NTT athletes have higher BMD, particularly in the tibia and femur, demonstrating structural adaptations to repetitive mechanical loading. Additionally, the vertical GRF of NTT athletes is lower during the landing phase, suggesting a more efficient biomechanical strategy for impact absorption. These adaptations contribute to enhanced performance and physical endurance. This study provides new insights into sports biomechanics and can be utilized to design more tailored training programs for athletes in similar regions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of community economic empowerment through the Traditional Sports Culture Festival in Central Kalimantan. The method employed in this study is a literature review, by examining various scientific articles, official reports, and academic publications related to cultural festivals, traditional sports, and the creative economy published between 2000 and 2024. The results of the study showed that this festival succeeded in increasing the income of micro business actors (culinary and local crafts) during the event, as well as creating job opportunities for parking and transportation officers. The main strategies that support this success include: (1) integration of local culture in economic activities, (2) collaboration between stakeholders (government, indigenous communities, business actors), and (3) digital-based promotion to attract visitors. This study concludes that traditional sports culture festivals can be an effective instrument for empowering the local economy if supported by a structured strategy and active community participation.
