The era of globalization and digitalization, educational institutions face new challenges to improve competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the application of information and technology-based strategic management at MA Nurul Wahid Al Wahyuni Sumberan Besuk to identify strategies to improve performance and competitive position. A qualitative approach is used with a case study type. Data collection techniques used participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis with key informants of the principal, head of facilities, teachers, and students, while the data analysis used consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that despite budget and infrastructure limitations, strategic solutions such as educator training, open-source software utilization, and cloud-based service integration succeeded in improving decision-making effectiveness and operational efficiency. This provides new insights into technology adaptation strategies for educational institutions with limited resources and underscores the importance of continuous investment in infrastructure and digital iteration for continued competitiveness

Islamic boarding schools face the challenge of adapting to globalization and digitalization without losing their traditional identity. This study aims to analyze the application of strategic management to improve the performance of administrators at the Bureau of Female Islamic Boarding Schools of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study, where data is collected through participant observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews. Informants consist of the head of the bureau of female Islamic boarding schools, staff, and female Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School students. The selection of the research location is based on the ease of obtaining research data and the strategic role in the development of Islamic boarding school-based education, which is based on the research topic. Data were analyzed in three stages: reduction, display, and conclusion. The study results show that the stages of strategic management include formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Formulation involves formulating a vision and mission, SWOT analysis, and strategic goal planning. Implementation of the strategy consists of selecting administrators, providing leadership training, using digital applications for Islamic boarding schools, and giving appreciation to outstanding administrators. Evaluation is carried out through regular meetings to monitor progress and make strategy adjustments. Supporting factors include institutional leadership and inter-departmental coordination while inhibiting factors include limited time and funds. Implementing effective strategic management can improve the performance of administrators, support the achievement of the vision of the Islamic boarding school, and create an adaptive and competitive environment in the modern era.

Perencanaan dalam mengerjakan sesuatu sangatlah urgen (penting) hal ini, menjadi pedoman dalam rangka melakukan setiap tindakan-tindakan yang akan kita lakukan demi mencapai sebuah tujuan. Hal ini, memberikan sumbangsih yang besar bagi perkembangan dan layanan yang maksimal kelompok bimbingan ibadah haji dan umrah di KBIHU Nurul Haramain, selain itu, dengan adanya perencanaan ini, KBIHU Nurul Haramain dapat menetapkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dan menyusun rencana untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk mengkaji penelitian secara detail dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian didapatkan dari Direktur KBIHU Nurul Haramain (purpose sampling) namun juga mempertimbangkan model snowball sampling. Adapun teknis analisis datanya dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, mendisplay data, dan mengambil kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk keabsahan datanya menggunakan model trianggulasi (peneliti, sumber data, metode, dan teori). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang dilakukan KBIHU Nurul Haramain ialah rapat manajemen, menyusun perencanaan perjalanan, menentukan fasilitas ibadah haji, mempersiapkan fasilitas kesehatan, memastikan efektifitas jama’ah di tanah suci, mempersiapkan kebutuhan yang tidak terduga.

This research aims to analyze the methods used by women's transformational leadership in improving the organizational abilities of students in the Az-Zainiyah area of the Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Islamic boarding school. This research explores the impact of women's transformational leadership roles on santri's organizational abilities, emphasizing the relevance of these skills in the context of inclusive and sustainable Islamic education. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study type. The selection of objects in the Az-Zainiyah region was based on considerations because they have produced many successful alumni who are involved in government organizations. The techniques used to collect research data consist of in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Where the research data consists of primary data obtained from several research informants, namely the regional head, three Az-Zainiyah regional administrators, five Az-Zainiyah students and five Az-Zainiyah alumni. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from national and international journals that were relevant to research. The data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that women's leadership methods in improving santri organizations are carried out by providing santri organizations, holding training and competency development, providing practical experience through various activities, and providing facilities. This study aims to analyze the optimal model of student management that can improve academic achievement while shaping student character in a unified strategy. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study conducted at Nurul Jadid Junior High School, a boarding school that combines formal curriculum and religious values. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that student program planning is carried out systematically based on annual evaluations and student development needs. The implementation of activities involves active teachers as mentors and role models, with the support of flagship programs such as Class Star, Student Star, and character-building activities through religious activities. Evaluations are carried out continuously and are personalized, with the important role of guidance counselors as a bridge between students, schools, and parents. The main finding that constitutes the novelty of this study is the successful integration of academic achievement and character development as a unified goal of student management. A structured, participatory, and values-based management approach has proven effective in achieving holistic education. This study provides practical implications for student management in other schools and encourages the broader adoption of similar strategies.

This research aims to examine the application of religious values in every aspect of life at MI Miftahul Ulum Opo-opo and its impact on the formation of student character. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through interviews and observation. This research focuses on routine religious activities carried out in schools, such as congregational prayers, reciting the Koran, and the integration of religious teaching in general subjects. The research results show that the application of religious values in the school environment has a positive impact on the formation of students' character, especially in terms of discipline, responsibility, empathy and concern for others. Students become more disciplined in carrying out daily activities, respect time, and show concern for the environment and other people. Apart from that, close collaboration between the school and parents also strengthens the formation of students' religious character. Parents support religious activities at school and accompany children in religious activities at home. Overall, MI Miftahul Ulum Opo-opo has succeeded in creating an environment that not only supports students' intellectual development, but also strengthens character formation based on Islamic religious teachings. In this way, students are ready to face life's challenges with commendable morals and a strong religious foundation, making them individuals who are not only academically intelligent, but also have good morals.

This study aims to examine how the optimization of learning management can enhance the quality of language learning through the gesture method at AEC Language Course, Kraksaan, Probolinggo. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving course administrators, instructors, and students. The findings indicate that the implementation of the gesture method, managed through the POAC-based learning management system (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), can improve students' language comprehension and boost their confidence in speaking English. Furthermore, the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in learning quality management ensures that the aspects of input, process, and output are optimally managed, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the gesture method in language learning. These findings affirm that a well-structured learning management strategy plays a crucial role in creating a more interactive and effective learning environment.

The head of the library is someone who has a high responsibility or leadership role in managing the library in the school. The purpose of this study is to analyse the strategies that have been applied by the head of the library in increasing students' interest in reading. High reading interest is one of the main keys in improving the quality of educational institutions, so there needs to be an active role of the school library. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research location is Nurul Jadid Junior High School, which is based on the school's efforts in developing a culture of reading literacy with various programmes supported by the library. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with the head of the library, two teachers, and documentation related to the reading literacy program. Then the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Furthermore, the results of this study show that the strategies implemented by the head of the library include providing a collection of books that are in accordance with the needs of students, implementing reading literacy activities that are attractive to students, and collaborating with teachers in school library-based learning. So that the implementation of this strategy is proven to increase students' interest in reading at Nurul Jadid Junior High School.

Competition among educational institutions in the digital age requires effective communication strategies to build a positive image and increase competitiveness. This study aims to analyze public relations strategies in shaping brand image and enhancing the competitiveness of MTs Walisongo 1 Maron amid the challenges of information technology development. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation of relevant parties within the madrasah environment. The results of the study indicate that public relations strategies at MTs Walisongo 1 Maron include the use of social media such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to convey information and promotions, publish student achievements and school activities, and communicate directly with the community through print media and alumni involvement. The success of these strategies is supported by the school's A accreditation, student achievements in academic and non-academic fields, and the competitive quality of its graduates. However, the study also identified challenges such as limited human resources for content production, supporting facilities, and public relations staff working hours. Overall, public relations play a crucial role in building a positive institutional image and attracting community interest.
