Abstract

The problem of this research is the movement of the lower serve in volleyball learning. This study aims to examine, analyze, and identify a significant effect of using foam ball media modification on basic lower serve movement skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental technique of the one-group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which amounted to 124 students. The population is the entire class with the research sample is class VIII. The results of research and data analysis show that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, there is an average value of the research sample in the pretest and posttest scores increased by 86.78 from the initial service movement stage, core service movement and final service movement. Based on the results of the mean rank value of the pretest 63.37 and posttest 185.63, meaning that the posttest results are greater than the mann-whitney test pretest with the “test statistics” output, it is known that the Asymp .Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a significant difference in influence on the basic technical ability of volleyball lower serve.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan v roll terhadap akurasi passing futsal kaki bagian dalam ekstrakurikuler SMAN 13 Depok. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan siswa esktrakurikuler futsal SMAN 13 Depok. Dalam penelitian ini, total poulasi berjumlah 25 pemain ekstrakurikuler SMAN 13 Depok. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 orang menggunakan total sampling. Dengan 10 kali pertemuan 2 diantaranya pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur tes awal dan tes akhir. Dalam melakukan tes awal didapat nilai pretest dengan total skor 111 dan posttest dengan total skor sebesar 131. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh latihan v roll terhadap akurasi passing futsal kaki bagian dalam berhasil mengalami peningkatan dengan thitung yang dihasilkan adalah -4,178 pada derajat bebas 24 lebih besar pada dari pada nilai ttabel sebesar 2064 dan dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 > 0,05 sehihngga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara hasil latihan v roll terhadap akurasi passing futsal kaki bagian dalam pada data pretest dan posttest. Sehingga pendekatan latihan v roll memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap akurasi passing futsal kaki bagian dalam ekstrakurikuler SMAN 13 Depok.

Abstract

Mastery of the basic free throw shooting techniques for students of SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari is still low, so this study aims to examine the influence of audio-visual media on the accuracy of shooting free throws in basketball learning at SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari. The population in this study was 169 students at SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari and the sample for this study was 44 students. Data acquisition in this study refers to the design used, namely the pretest and posttest designs. Data analysis in this study is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the IBM SPSS 25 application. The results showed that there was a significant effect of audio-visual media on the accuracy of free shooting. throw on basketball lessons at SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari. The results showed that the effect of audio-visual media on the accuracy of shooting free throws in basketball learning was seen from the pretest results with a mean value of 3.75, a standard deviation value of 1.110 and posttest results with a mean value of 4.295 with a standard deviation value of 1.11. As well as testing the hypothesis with a significant level (0.05) and obtained sig. From testing the hypothesis using the t test where 0.0000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is an increase in the accuracy of the free throw shooting technique in basketball learning at SMP Negeri 1 Purwasari, then it can be seen from the percentage change in the posttest average score of 3.75 > 4.85 pretest average value.

Abstract

The problem is that students don't have motivation in learning physical education, especially in volleyball material. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a warming up game in increasing motivation to learn volleyball. This research method is quantitative experiment. The population in this study were students of class X in the pharmacy department, totaling 43 female students. The data in this study were taken with a one group pretest posttest design for six meetings. The research instrument used a learning motivation questionnaire and data collection techniques with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out by testing the validity, reliability, normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t test. The average result at the pretest was 63.5 and the average result at the posttest was 81.9. The results of t count -27,818 > t table 2,018. The magnitude of the influence is 29%. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the motivation to learn volleyball through the warming up game.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the extent of the effectiveness of audio-visual media to improve the ability of the back roll movement in the class X floor exercise at SMK Industri Mandiri Karawang. This research method uses quantitative research and research techniques, namely quasi-elkspelrimeln with nonelquivalelnt control group design and sampling techniques using clustelr random sampling. The samples used were X motorcycle business engineering as the experimental class and X industrial electronics engineering as the control class. The population in this study was the entire X class of 152 students. Data collection using SPPS application. Based on the results of the mann-whitnely test value with the "telst statistics" output, it is known that the Asymp .Sig (2-taileld) value is 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is accepted. It has been found that the N-Gain scorel test value is 0.5672 < 0.7, which is included in the moderate category. Then the prelselntasel N-Gain test, the value of selbelsar 56.7193 or selbelsar 56% was found which is included in the moderately effective category. the conclusion that there is an effectiveness of audio-visual meldia to improve the back roll movement on the floor cell learning in class X SMK Industri Mandiri Karawang.
