Abstract

Kota Pangkalpinang sebagai Ibukota Provinsi Bangka Belitung menjadi pusat kegiatan yang menimbulkan pergerakan kendaraan yang tinggi, dimana tingginya pergerakan kendaraan akan mempengaruhi besarnya kebutuhan ruang parkir. Penyediaan ruang parkir di Kota Pangkalpinang tidak hanya menggunakan lahan parkir, namun juga menggunakan badan jalan sebagai tempat parkir kendaraan atau yang disebut parkir di tepi jalan umum. Implementasi kebijakan tarif parkir di tepi jalan umum di Kota Pangkalpinang dinilai belum berjalan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tarif parkir di tepi jalan umum Kota Pangkalpinang berdasarkan zona yang telah ditetapkan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian tarif parkir di tepi jalan umum yang berlaku saat ini. Evaluasi tarif parkir di tepi jalan umum dianalisis berdasarkan Ability To Pay (ATP) dan Willingness To Pay (WTP). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa tarif resmi parkir di tepi jalan umum yang ditetapkan, baik untuk kendaraan roda 2 maupun kendaraan roda 4 masih terlalu rendah dan masih bisa ditingkatkan. Penyesuain tarif resmi dapat dilakukan mengikuti rata ? rata tarif yang berlaku atau lebih, namun idealnya tidak melebihi nilai ATP. Dalam penyesuaian tarif, hasil yang diperoleh dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang dalam mengevaluasi kebijakan tarif parkir di tepi jalan umum yang berlaku saat ini.

Abstract

Tanjung Raya merupakan pantai yang terletak di Desa Penagan, Kecamatan Mendo Barat,Kabupaten Bangka, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Pantai ini merupakan salah satu potensilokal yang belum dikembangkan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat Desa Penagan. Tujuan darikegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakatuntuk mengembangkan Pantai Tanjung Raya sebagai objek wisata. Minimnya pengetahuanmasyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan potensi lokal merupakan masalah yang diprioritaskan dalamkegiatan pengabdian ini. Terdapat beberapa metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu surveylokasi, koordinasi dengan pemerintah Desa Penagan, pembuatan dan pembangunan desain objekwisata, serta promosi objek wisata Pantai Tanjung Raya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi diperoleh bahwa87,33% masyarakat Desa Penagan mengatakan sangat puas dengan kegiatan ini. Pengetahuanmasyarakat pun meningkat hingga 6% dari 86,67% menjadi 92,67%. Sehingga, dapat dikatakanbahwa selain antusiasme yang tinggi, pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Penagan juga meningkat,khususnya dalam pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Tanjung Raya sebagai pontensi lokal.

Abstract

Desa Penagan memiliki potensi lokal yang belum dikelola secara maksimal oleh masyarakat. Tentunya pemanfaatan potensi lokal harus didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang memadai pula. Dalam hal ini, peningkatan sumber daya manusia tersebut dilakukan melalui program KKN-PPM di Desa Penagan. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah melakukan koordinasi dengan pemerintah Desa Penagan, penyebaran kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program KKN-PPM, dan melakukan evaluasi kegiatan. Program KKN-PPM mendapat respon positifdan dukungan tidak hanya dari Pemerintah Desa Penagan saja, organisasi pemuda seperti: Karang Taruna, Ikatan Remaja Masjid (IRMas), ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK), siswa-siswi sekolah dasar hingga menengah atas pun ikut berpartisipasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, diperoleh 99,33% masyarakat setuju bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat diperlukan dalam menyukseskan kegiatan KKN-PPM Desa Penagan. Keaktifan, sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat masing-masing mengalami kenaikan sebesar 13,93%, 0,59%, 6% dan 17,48% setelah program KKN-PPM terselesaikan. Artinya, pelaksanaan program KKN-PPM berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan sumber daya manusia di Desa Penagan. Harapannya kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat, pengetahuan mengenai potensi lokal dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Desa Penagan secara maksimal.

Abstract

The aim of this community service project was to develop students motivation of MTs Sabilul Muhtadin in mathematical learning based on multimedia. This approach used to créate mathematical learning in fun, interested, and easy ways to be understood, The participants were 30 (thirty) students of VIII grade. For concluding the effectivity of the approach, disributed a questionary in the end of learning meeting. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistic in pie diagram. At satisfaction item, the highest percentage was at group that feel satisfied at 70%. At interested item, 66.67% students were interested to learn mathematics with multimedia approach. At motivation, encouragement, and activeness, the highest proportion was at motivated, to be encouraged, and active group, namely at 60% percentage, respectively. Toward this project, can be concluded that mathematical learning based on multimedia approach, generally improve the satisfaction, interested, encouragement, activeness, and motivation

Abstract

Student study time is the time needed by students to complete their education, which starts from the time they enter college until they are declared graduated or have completed their study period. In the study period data, survival time observations were only carried out partially or not until the failure event. In other words, termination occurs until the observation deadline. This termination occurred due to several factors that allegedly influenced the student's study period. This study intends to determine what variables influence the study period of students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Bangka Belitung through survival analysis. Using study period data for students of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Bangka Belitung, class of 2015/2016, this study used the Kaplan Meier Estimation to see the survival function of each factor causing the length of the study period graphically and the Log Rank Test statistically. Meanwhile, to look at the factors that determine the length of a student's study period, researchers used the Cox Regression and Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) models to find the best model. The results of the data analysis show that there are differences in the survival function in each category for all variables graphically, while the statistical comparison of the results of the estimation of the survival function curve based on gender and organizational status is not significantly different. The results of the analysis also show that the proportional hazard assumption is fulfilled through the cumulative hazard log so that categorical variables can be used in the Cox Regression model. Based on the results of the likelihood estimation, the variables that have a significant effect on the study period of Engineering Faculty students are majors and GPA variables. Furthermore, from the interpretation of the model parameters, it is obtained that the Hazard Ratio (HR) value for the study period of Mechanical, Mining and Electrical Engineering students is faster than that of Civil Engineering students, while students with GPA ≥ 3.00 have a shorter study period than students with GPA < 3.00.

Abstract

Formulation of nanoencapsulation using variations in the mass of Pelawan stem extract at (A) 0.15; (B) 0.25; and (C) 0.35 g combined with the addition of 0.5% PCL (Polycaprolactone) and Tween 80. Based on the analysis, the resulting nanocapsule sizes were 559.2, 447.2, and 297.0 nm, respectively, indicating that the nanoencapsulation of Pelawan stem extract has achieved nanoscale dimensions. The polydispersity index (PI) values for Pelawan stem extract formulas A, B, and C were 0.645, 0.687, and 0.476, respectively. Formula C has a PI value of less than 0.5, indicating that nanocapsules in formula C are more uniform. Formula C was the best formulation, with the smallest size and lowest PI. The Pelawan stem extract, rich in phenolic compounds, packaged in nanocapsule form through a simple nanoencapsulation process, holds potential as a future nutraceutical product.

Abstract

Since 2019, the Computer-Based Written Test (UTBK) has been used as a system for university entrance exams. The TPS (scholastic potential test) and Literacy Test are two slightly different test forms that have been utilized in UTBK from 2023. The sole public senior high school in the Belinyu subdistrict is SMA Negeri 1 Belinyu. Less than 30% of pupils get admitted to state colleges, according to data from 2023. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to tell the teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Belinyu about UTBK and to train them in creating subject questions for the Scholastic test at UTBK. The method of activity carried out in the form of a preparatory stage in the form of observation, theme determination, and partner preparation followed by the implementation stage in the form of preparation of UTBK material and scholastic tests, exposure and evaluation. According to the service's results, 95% of participants believe that their comprehension of UTBK scholastic questions is improving, and they are hopeful that students will find it simpler to handle UTBK questions if scholastic questions are applied to the subject matter. The purpose of this service project is to help the teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Belinyu better comprehend the UTBK academic questions that incoming college students would encounter.

Abstract

Literasi digital menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam pembangunan desa berbasis komunitas di era digital. Melalui kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa, BPS, dan agen statistik mahasiswa, Desa Rebo didorong mengembangkan literasi digital dan penyajian data statistik secara visual. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memperkuat kapasitas aparatur desa dalam mengelola teknologi dan informasi, mendukung program smart village, serta mempercepat terwujudnya desa mandiri berbasis data dan teknologi secara berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Agen Statistik (ANTIK) dalam meningkatkan literasi digital serta pemahaman terhadap sistem keuangan desa di Desa Rebo, Kecamatan Sungailiat, Kabupaten Bangka. Kegiatan dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara akademisi Universitas Bangka Belitung, BPS Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Agen Statistik serta perangkat Desa Rebo. Rangkaian kegiatan dimulai dengan sambutan dari Kepala Desa Rebo dan dilanjutkan dengan  pemaparan materi mengenai Sistem Keuangan Desa yang dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan penggunaan Platform Canva untuk pembuatan infografis statistik data kependudukan oleh tim dibantu oleh Agen Statistik. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepuasan mitra menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta menyatakan setuju dan sangat setuju terhadap semua aspek kegiatan, dengan respons tertinggi pada kejelasan materi (67% sangat setuju). Kegiatan ini mendapat dukungan penuh dari mitra dan menghasilkan rekomendasi positif dari peserta untuk keberlanjutan program serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Changes in extreme rainfall can cause disasters or losses for the wider community, so information about future rainfall is also needed. Rainfall is included in the category of time series data. One of the time series methods that can be used is Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) or Seasonal ARIMA (SARIMA). However, this model only involves one variable without involving its dependence on other variables. One of the factors that can affect rainfall is wind speed which can affect the formation of convective clouds. In this study, the ARIMA model was expanded by adding eXogen variables and seasonal elements, namely the SARIMAX model (Seasonal ARIMA with eXogenous input). Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the prediction of rainfall in Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands Province can be modeled with the SARIMAX model (0,1,3)(0,1,1){12} for monthly rainfall and SARIMAX (0,1,2 )(0,1,3){12} for maximum daily rainfall. When compared with the actual data and previous studies using ARIMAX, the SARIMAX model is still better in the forecasting process when compared to the ARIMAX model. If viewed based on the AIC value of the SARIMA model, the SARIMAX model is also more suitable to be used to predict rainfall in Pangkalpinang City.

Abstract

The news about Covid-19 is no longer as scary as in previous years. As COVID-19 cases decrease, health protocols are becoming more relaxed, making it easier for the virus to spread. Besides COVID-19, ARI is one of Indonesia's leading causes of death for children under five. Around 20-40% of hospital admissions are children due to ARI, with around 1.6 million deaths due to pneumonia alone in children under five per year. Currently, ARI dominates the diseases most suffered by the people of Bangka Belitung. Based on this, using the VAR and VECM method to analyze pneumonia sufferers in toddlers regarding weather elements in the Pangkalpinang City. The VAR model has a simpler structure with a minimal number of variables where all the variables are endogenous, with the independent variable being the lag. Meanwhile, VECM can be used to model cointegrated and non-stationary time series data. The data used in this research is the number of monthly cases of toddlers suffering from pneumonia and data on climate conditions, namely rainfall, air temperature, air humidity and duration of sunlight during 2019-2021 in Pangkalpinang City. The results of the Granger Causality test show that the pneumonia variables regarding rainfall, temperature, duration of sunlight and humidity only have a one-way causality pattern. The VAR estimation results show that weather elements (rainfall, temperature and duration of sunlight) do not significantly affect pneumonia in the short term. Meanwhile, the VECM estimation results show that in the long-term pattern, humidity variables affect pneumonia. For this reason, it is recommended that the relevant agencies carry out outreach to the public, especially to pneumonia sufferers, to avoid damp weather. Because the lower the humidity value, the greater the potential for pneumonia in Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
