Abstract

Secara umum pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dihitung dengan melakukan analisis dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang kuliner cemilan keripik yang cukup besar dan berdiri sejak tahun 2008. Saat ini Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro memiliki tenaga kerja sebanyak 350 orang yang yang pekerjaanya dibagi atas 3 sift. Rata rata produksi pertahunnya adalah 150 ton/bulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakan persediaan bahan baku Industri Keripik Cinta Mas Hendro terdiri atas jumlah pembelian yang ekonomis, menganalisis jumlah persediaan pengaman sebelum dilakukan titik pemesanan kembali, dan menganalisis jumlah persediaan maksimal yang dimiliki industri keripik cinta mas hendro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022 dan merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penentuan dilakukan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan pendekatan studi kasus.pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas liliefors, EOQ, Safety stock, Re-order point, Maksimum inventory, Total inventory cost dan efisiensi biaya persediaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah pembelian yang ekonomis bahan baku ubi kayu pada keripik cinta mas hendro adalah 85.772,98 Kg dengan frekuensi sebanyak 22 kali. Dengan menggunakan metode EOQ nilai safety stock 18.618,99 kg, dan titik pemesanan kembali disaat jumlah mencapai 23.758,79 Kg. Dengan menggunakan metode EOQ total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan dapat menjadi efisien dan perusahaan dapat menekan biaya agar lebih rendah lagi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability and feasibility of tempe production in Paya Bujok Beuramo Village, West Langsa District, Langsa City. This research was conducted using a survey method. This research was conducted in Paya Bujok Beuramo Village, West Langsa District, Langsa City. The scope of this research is to analyze the feasibility of Tempe Cracker Production Business in West Langsa District, Langsa City. The time of the study was carried out from September to October 2021. The results of the financial feasibility analysis using 2 (two) assessment criteria for the tempe cracker production business in West Langsa District, Langsa City were feasible. Financial feasibility in this study is R/C, which is the ratio of total revenue to total production costs that is greater than one, which has a ratio of 1.40, or 1.40 > 1, so it can be concluded that this tempe cracker business can be said to be profitable. and worth running. Likewise the calculation of BEP, the total value of revenue is Rp. 44,064,000.00 > BEP Revenue Rp. 4,216,490.72, Production value is 2,592 Kg > Production BEP 248.03 Kg and Price value is Rp. 17,000 > BEP Price Rp. 12126.77. Thus, it can be concluded that the tempe cracker business is profitable and feasible.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the marketing mix of etawa goat milk in the Tuahta Farm livestock business in Paya Bujok Seuleumak Village, Langsa Baro District, Langsa City. Primary data were obtained by observation, interviews, and direct questionnaires with respondents. In this study, the respondents was the owner of Tuahta Farm in Paya Bujok Seuleumak Village, Langsa Baro District, Langsa City. The sampling technique in this study uses the case study method. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that: 1) The product mix, for a variety of products is less varied, for design is still the same as product design in general, 2) Price mix, payment methods are less diverse. 3) Promotion mix, promotional activities have not gone well, you should make a clear advertising strategy. 4) Distribution mix, already good compared to product mix, price mix, and promotion mix.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors affect the attitude of youth towards work in agriculture in Selamat Village, Tenggulun District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This type of research is a quantitative type. The population of this study is the youth of Selamat Village with the sampling technique used, namely the simple random sampling technique. The questionnaire measurement scale uses a likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data was processed using the help of 1BM Statistics 23 software using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the t-test carried out proved: 1) there was a negative and significant influence of age on youth attitudes towards jobs in agriculture (tcount -2,345 ttable > 1,688 and significance 0.025 < 0.050), 2) there was a positive and significant influence of formal education on youth attitudes towards work in agriculture (tcount 2,935 > ttable 1.688 and significant 0.006 < 0.050), 3) there was a positive and significant influence of land area on youth attitudes towards work in agriculture (tcount 7.768 > ttable 1.688 and significant 0.000 < 0.05), 4) there was a positive and significant influence of work socialization on youth attitudes towards work in agriculture (tcount 2.517 ttable 1.688 and significant 0.016 < 0.000), 5) there was an insignificant influence of information access on youth attitudes towards work in agriculture (tcount 0.435 < ttable 1.688 and significance 0.666 > 0.005). Meanwhile, the adjusted r square shows that the joint results between the variables tied to this study are 66.7% and the remaining 33.3% of the increase is influenced by other variables or factors that are not explained by this thesis research.
