Abstract

This research was conducted at Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and supervision affect employee work productivity and whether work discipline is able to mediate the effect of SOP and supervision on employee work productivity at Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all employees of Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch, totaling 42 employees. The sampling method used is total sampling, namely as many as 42 respondents. The results of this study are, (1) There is a positive and significant influence between SOP and employee work productivity, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between supervision and employee work productivity, (3) There is a positive and significant influence between SOP and work discipline, (4) There is a positive and significant influence between supervision and work discipline, (5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, (6) There is a positive and significant influence on SOP on employee work productivity through work discipline and, (7) There is a positive and significant influence on supervision on employee productivity through work discipline.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this study was to find out whether Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Training affect Work Productivity and whether Supervision is able to moderate the relationship between Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Training on Work Productivity at Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all employees of Perum Jamkrindo Pekanbaru Branch, totaling 42 people. The sampling method used total sampling, namely as many as 42 respondents. The results of this study are (1) There is a significant influence between Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on Productivity, (2) There is a significant effect between Training on Productivity, (3) Supervision is able to moderate the relationship between Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on Productivity, (4) ) Supervision is not a moderating variable in the relationship between training and work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to test the relationship between nurse performance and inpatient satisfaction at Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. The population of this study was inpatients at the Madani Regional Hospital of Pekanbaru City. This study consisted of two variables, including Nurse Performance (X), and Patient Satisfaction (Y).  The samples in this study amounted to 120 samples using the Purposive Sampling method. The analysis method in this study uses Kendall's test or data processing using SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 25.0. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the Nurse's Performance in the range is quite good and Patient Satisfaction is in the range is quite good in general. The results of the hypothesis test stated that Nurse Performance has a strong relationship with Inpatient Satisfaction at Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. This means that the higher the Nurse's Performance, the more Inpatient Satisfaction at the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This study aims to select the best supplier by using AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). The research method used is descriptive quantitative with criteria consisting of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery. The object of this research is UMKM in the food sector, known as Pisang Chocolate Ajo Sikumbang, which is located in the Panam area of Pekanbaru City. The data analysis for this research was conducted by comparing three suppliers of bananas, namely suppliers in Panam Market, Kualu Market, and Arengka Market. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the criteria for the quantity of bananas from suppliers became the most important factor for the Ajo Sikumbang Chocolate Banana business, with a value of 0.373, or 37%. Meanwhile, for alternative considerations, the performance of the three suppliers was obtained and the highest score was achieved by suppliers in the Panam Market with a value of 7,534.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention means someone with the intention of starting a business will have better readiness and progress in the business being run than someone without the intention of starting a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support, academic support, and creativity on the entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. This type of research is called descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 80 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software version 20. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that simultaneously show that social support, academic support, and creativity have an influence on the entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The managerial implication in this study is that parents and friends can provide social support to students. FEB UNRI can provide academic support in the form of holding entrepreneurial events such as seminars and bazaars. Students further increase creativity in entrepreneurship by finding new ideas that are suitable for business in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion on H&M consumers in Pekanbaru. The data collection technique in this research is literature study and questionnaires. The population in this study were H&M consumers in Pekanbaru. The number of samples taken in this study were 384 samples. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling using the accidental sampling technique. The data processed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Hedonic Shopping Motivation has an effect on Positive Emotion,  Shopping Lifestyle has an effect on Positive Emotion, Positive Emotion has an effect on Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Motivation has no effect on Impulse Buying, Shopping Lifestyle has an effect on Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Motivation affects Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, and Shopping Lifestyle affects Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Hedonic Shopping Motivation dan Shopping Lifestyle terhadap Impulse Buying melalui Positive Emotion pada konsumen H&M di Pekanbaru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen H&M di Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian adalah 384 sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Hedonic Shopping Motivation berpengaruh terhadap Positive Emotion, Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh terhadap Positive Emotion, Positive Emotion berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Motivation tidak berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying, Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Motivation memengaruhi Impulse Buying melalui Positive Emotion, dan Shopping Lifestyle memengaruhi Impulse Buying melalui Positive Emotion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dan efikasi diri (X2) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) melalui motivasi kerja (Z) pada perawat RSUD Indrasari Rengat.  Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat RSUD Indrasari Rengat yang berjumlah 153 orang. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel juga termasuk ke dalam total sampel karena penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling atau teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner yang disebar kepada seluruh perawat RSUD Indrasari Rengat sebagai alat instrument untuk membuktikan hasil penelitian dan menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Metode analisis data menggunakan perkalian acak (bootstrapping) dengan bantuan software Smart Partial Square (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap OCB, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja, 4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap motivasi kerja, 5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap OCB, 6) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB melalui motivasi kerja, 7) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap OCB melalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an Intervening Variable in PT. Jamkrida Riau. This study was conducted using primary data collected from respondents through questionnaires, while respondents consisted of 65 employees of PT. Jamkirda Riau. Then a hypothesis test was carried out using path analysis to see the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this study shows that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee motivation. The environment has a significant positive effect on employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate the influence of work discipline on performance. Work motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja karyawan sebagai variable intervening pada CV. Kaila Bersaudara Duri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. Kaila Bersaudara Duri. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh yang artinya total keseluruhan populasi menjadi sampel dengan jumlah 55 orang responden. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Structural(PLS) dengan alat analisis data SmartPLS versi 4 dan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signiikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signiifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada CV. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate and length of service on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through work motivation in nurses at Indrasari Rengat Regional Hospital. The population in this study were all nurses at Indrasari Rengat Regional Hospital, totaling 153 people. In this study, the sample size is also included in the total sample because this study uses total sampling or a saturated sampling technique. This research uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires distributed to all nurses at Indrasari Rengat Regional Hospital as an instrument to prove research results and test hypotheses using path analysis. The data analysis method uses SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solution) and Smart Partial Square Software (SmartPLS). The results of this research show: 1) organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 2) length of service has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 3) organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, 4) work years has a positive and significant effect on work motivation , 5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 6) organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on OCB through work motiva
