The independent variables in this study are Government Expenditure, Domestic Investment and Foreign Debt while the dependent variable is Gross Domestic Product. The data used in this research is secondary data for the period 1998-2021. The analytical model used in this study is the multiple linear regression model with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that government spending and foreign debt have a significant and significant effect on gross domestic product in Indonesia while domestic investment has no effect and is not significant on gross domestic product in Indonesia while simultaneously government spending, domestic investment and foreign debt jointly affect the gross domestic product in Indonesia. The test results for the coefficient of determination show that there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable in this study of 98.57%, which means that the other 01.42% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

This study aims to determine the analysis of factors that influence customer decisions in choosing a Syari’ah Bank in Banda Aceh City partially or simultaneously. This study uses 100 customers as samples. The results showed that cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors have a significant effect on customer decisions in choosing a Sharia Bank in Banda Aceh City, as evidenced by the results of the research showing the percentage of 81.6% and the remaining 18.4% influenced by other factors beyond the variables studied. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that of the four variables studied, it turns out that the psychological factor variable (X4) has the most dominant influence on the decision of Sharia Bank customers in Banda Aceh, with a coefficient of 0.828, then followed by the cultural factor (X1) with a coefficient value of 0.662, followed by a social factor variable (X2) with a coefficient of 0.549 and followed by a personal factor variable (X3) with a coefficient of 0.110.

This research analyzes the influence of exchange rates and inflation on fruit commodity exports in Indonesia. The study utilizes a time series dataset spanning 24 years (1999-2022) from FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), World Bank, and BPS publications. The analysis employs the ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) dynamic model using Eviews 10. The short-term results indicate that the exchange rate has a positive and insignificant effect on fruit commodity exports in Indonesia. In contrast, in the long term, the exchange rate shows a negative and negligible impact on these exports. Regarding inflation, the variable demonstrates a negative and significant effect on fruit commodity exports in the short term, while in the long term, inflation's impact is negative but insignificant.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the impact of macroeconomic variables—namely inflation and exchange rates—on Indonesian gold spot prices from 1995 to 2018, employing the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. The study seeks to comprehend the short-term and long-term correlations among these variables. Time series data were obtained from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency, Index Mundi, and the Gold Price Chart. The findings indicate that, in the near term, inflation negatively and significantly affects gold prices, however, in the long term, it positively and significantly influences them. Likewise, the exchange rate exerts a substantial and adverse impact in both the short and long run, suggesting that a stronger Rupiah generally elevates gold prices. The ARDL model validates the existence of a cointegrated relationship among the variables, corroborated by the limits testing methodology. Diagnostic assessments confirm the stability and reliability of the calculated model. These findings indicate that the regulation of inflation and exchange rates is essential for maintaining gold price stability in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic implementation of multipurpose financing at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch using a qualitative descriptive approach with a SWOT analytical framework. Six informants were involved, consisting of three bank staff and three customers selected purposively based on their relevance to the financing process. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documents, and questionnaires, then analyzed using IFAS–EFAS matrices to identify internal and external strategic factors. The results show that the branch is positioned in SWOT Quadrant II, indicating strong internal capabilities amidst significant external threats. Key strengths include sharia-compliant financing, responsive service, and wide community trust, while the main challenges stem from limited product variety, modest promotion, and rising competition from national Islamic banks with advanced digital platforms. Based on the SWOT positioning, the study recommends prioritizing feasible strategies such as product diversification, digital development, and customer-centered outreach. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic regional banking by offering a contextualized, branch-level analysis of strategy formulation. Future research is encouraged to involve more branches and diverse stakeholders to expand the applicability of findings.
