Abstract

A This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of basic roundhouse kick techniques among male students in grade 5 at IT Assalaamah Elementary School in 2025. The problem often encountered is the low mastery of roundhouse kick techniques, which is caused by conventional learning methods that lack variety and appeal. This study uses the Vertical Jump Elektrik learning media as an innovation to improve students' coordination, balance, and leg strength, which are important elements in the scissor kick. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects are male students in grade 5 at SD IT Assalaamah. Data were collected through observation, practical tests, and documentation. The results showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes for the crescent kick. In cycle I, the average score of the students was still low at 63.35, but after the Vertical Jump Elektrik media was implemented, the average score in cycle II increased dramatically to 77.81, reaching the expected score. The use of the Electric Vertical Jump learning media was effective in improving the learning outcomes of basic pencak silat crescent kick techniques among 5th grade male students at SD IT Assalaamah by 14.71.

Abstract

Improvement of locomotor movement learning outcomes with a play approach for grade 1 elementary school students of SD Tahfidz Griya Qurany. Thesis. Faculty of Education. Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The researcher aims to improve the learning outcomes of locomotor movements (walking, running, jumping) of grade I students of SD Tahfidz Griya Qurany, Bekasi Regency, by using a play approach. The research method used is the Action Research method, Action research uses cycles, where each cycle has systematic steps consisting of action planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the results of the research on classroom actions that have been carried out in 2 (two) cycles in this study, it can be concluded that: 1. The application of the play approach can improve the locomotor movement ability of students. 2. The data on the completeness of locomotor motion learning in the first cycle of the first meeting reached 33.33% and in the second meeting reached 41.67%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the first meeting reached 50% and in the second meeting, it reached 95.83%. 3. The application of the play approach can improve the learning outcomes of locomotor movements in grade I students of SD Tahfidz Griya Qurany for the 2024/2025 school year

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik dasar passing dengan menggunakan metode bermain di akademi selalu futsal Kota Bekasi usia 10-12 tahun. Atlet usia 10-12 tahun di akademi selalu futsal Kota Bekasi merasa bosan dengan materi latihan passing yang selama ini diberikan karena materi latihan yang diberikan terlalu monoton. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental designs desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest posttest design. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data yang diperoleh memiliki nilai signifikansi pre-test sebesar 0,200 dan nilai post-test sebesar 0,200. Nilai ini lebih besar dari 0,05. Uji homogenitas variabel bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,641 lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,641 > 0,05). Dari hasil output uji-t yang dilalui dapat kita lihat bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil analisis statistik antara pre-test dan post-test metode latihan bermain dalam meningkatkan teknik dasar passing futsal pada atlet usia 10-12 tahun di akademi futsal selalu futsal Kota Bekasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Sebagai salah satu negara berkembang di dunia dengan jumlah penduduk yang menembus angka 200 juta, mengakibatkan dibutuhkannya sarana dan prasarana untuk menunjang mobilitas yang tinggi diantara penduduknya. Karena pada era globalisasi seperti saat ini transportasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dalam memperlancar kegiatan manusia. Tujuan Melihat fenomena seperti ini peneliti akan melakukan penelitian terhadap SMK TIARA BANGSA Kota Bekasi, hal ini dikarenakan pelajar SMK TIARA BANGSA Kota Bekasi merupakan beberapa dari generasi muda yang berpendidikan dan sebagai bagian dari masyarakat yang mempunyai peran penting dalam mewujudkan ketertiban lalu lintas yaitu dengan mematuhi segala peraturan lalu lintas yang bisa terwujud apabila siswa tersebut mempunyai kesadaran hukum. Metode Jenis penelitian model deskriptif. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan ialah selama penelitian berlangsung, mulai dari pengajuan judul sampai penyusunan hasil penelitian yakni mulai bulan mei-juli 2021. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa SMK TIARA BANGSA Kota Bekasi kelas X dan XI, sedangkan untuk penentuan jumlah sampel yaitu 85 siswa. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Adanya penerimaan terhadap hipotesis yang menyatakan ada hubungan positif antara komunikasi (X1) dengan implementasi UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 di kalangan pelajar SMKA Tiara Bangsa (Y) dimana korelasi antara komunikasi (X1) dengan implementasi UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 (Y) sebesar 0,349. Nilai Z hitung lebih besar dari harga Z tabel. Taraf signifikansi 5% : Z hitung > Z tabel atau 4,48 > 1,96. Dengan demikian hipotesis tersebut dapat diterima. Kesimpulan Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah 1. Adanya penerimaan terhadap hipotesis yang menyatakan ada hubungan positif antara sikap (X2) terhadap implementasi UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 di kalangan pelajar SMKA Tiara Bangsa (Y) dimana korelasi antara sikap (X2) dengan implementasi UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 (Y) sebesar 0,212. Nilai Z hitung lebih besar dari harga Z tabel. Taraf signifikansi 5% : Z hitung > Z tabel atau 2,82 > 1,96. Dengan demikian hipotesis tersebut dapat diterima

Abstract

The management of morning exercise programs plays a crucial role in promoting public health. This study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of fitness program management at GBLA Bandung, particularly morning exercise sessions, as a means to enhance public health outcomes. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, both quantitative and qualitative data were gathered through surveys, interviews, and observations of program participants. The analysis revealed significant improvements in physical health indicators, including cardiovascular fitness and body mass index, among regular participants. Additionally, the study identified key factors in program management that contributed to participant retention and engagement, such as the quality of instruction, accessibility, and community involvement. These findings underscore the importance of structured management in maximizing the public health benefits of fitness programs. The study also offers recommendations for optimizing program delivery to achieve broader health impacts in similar urban settings. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on sports management and public health, offering practical insights for policymakers and program managers aiming to foster healthier communities through well-managed exercise initiatives.
