Abstract

This study aims to develop defense training aids in volleyball 2019. The population in this study was 10 PBV volleyball athletes. Pem.Panjang, 10 PBV athletes. Sukaraja and 10 PBV athletes. 50 in 2019. The results of small group tests involving 20 athletes, 10 PBV Pem.Panjang volleyball athletes and 10 PBV 50 athletes showed that the development of defense stone training tools in volleyball 2019 can be concluded that these defense latiam aids meet the criteria to be continued in trials large groups with conditions after repairs due to the percentage of questionnaire statements between 45% -74%. The results of a large group test involving 30 athletes, 10 PBV Pem.Panjang volleyball athletes, 10 PBV 50 athletes and 10 PBV Sukaraja athletes that the development of defense training aids in the 2019 volleyball game can be concluded that defense training aids meet the criteria for use in helps athlete defense training because the percentage of questionnaire statements is between 78% -85%. So it can be concluded that this defense training aid can be used to train defense.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan beban terhadap daya ledak tendangan mae geri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dojo KKI SMA Negeri 1 Lima Puluh Kab. Batubara tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain factorial 1x1. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok dengan masing-masing kelompok 20 orang. Anlisis daya menggunakan Analisis Varians (ANAVA) dan uji lanjut dengan Tukey. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan: (1) secara keseluruhan, metode latihan beban sistem sirkuit lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode latihan beban sistem set terhadap daya ledak tendangan mae geri karate. (2) terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan beban terhadap daya ledak tendangan mae geri karate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media bantu latihan bertahan dalam permainan bola voli tahun 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang atlet bola voli PBV. Pem. Panjang, 10 orang atlet PBV. Sukaraja dan 10 orang atlet PBV. 50 tahun 2019. Hasil uji kelompok kecil melibatkan 20 orang atlet, 10 orang atlet bola voli PBV Pem. Panjang dan 10 orang atlet PBV 50 menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media batu latihan bertahan dalam permainan bola voli tahun 2019 dapat disimpulkan bahwa media bantu latiam bertahan ini memenuhi kriteria untuk dilanjutkan dalam uji coba kelompok besar dengan syarat setelah perbaikan karena persentase dari peryataan angket antara 45%-74%. Hasil uji kelompok besar melibatkan 30 atlet, 10 orang atlet bola voli PBV Pem.Panjang, 10 orang atlet PBV 50 dan 10 orang atlet PBV Sukaraja bahwa pengembangan media bantu latihan bertahan dalam permainan bolavoli tahun 2019 dapat disimpulkan bahwa media bantu latihan bertahan memenuhi kriteria untuk digunakan dalam membantu latihan bertahan atlet karena persentase dari peryataan angket antara 78%-85%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media bantu latihan bertahan ini dapat digunakan untuk melatih bertahan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning the TPSR (Teaching Personality And Social Responsibility) Model on creative thinking and student responsibility of the PGSD Study Program Education Evaluation Course FIP UNIMED. The type of research conducted is a type of experimental research. This research design uses pre-test & post test design. The location of the research was carried out in the PGSD FIP Unimed study program. The sample of this study amounted to 40 students. Data collection techniques in this study use research instruments in the form of questionnaires that have been compiled and validated by experts. The results showed that the personal teaching and social responsibility learning model has an influence on students' creative thinking, namely the significance value is 0.000. In addition, the TPSR learning model also has an influence on student responsibility, namely the significance value is 0.006.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a learning model for pencak silat based on android module design for junior high school (SMP) students. This research is a research and development (research and development) from Gall & Borg which is used to develop a new product. Based on the results of the evaluation analysis of pencak silat experts, media experts, physical education teacher experts, it is known that the total number of respondents' scores (∑X) is 55 and the total number of respondents' scores (∑X) is 60 so that the percentage is 91% and the criteria determined and can be determined. it is said that Providing examples of movements so that they are easy to understand meets the VALID criteria (80% - 100%) so that they can be used in the research process. It was concluded that the development of the Android module-based pencak silat drop learning model for junior high school students was very effective in learning physical education. The percentages obtained from the data analysis are 85% and 91%, respectively. This developed product aims to help improve the achievement of physical education learning objectives, especially the material for the fall of pencak silat in junior high school students. This model is made based on the level of needs of students and teachers in the movement activity of this pencak silat drop technique is still difficult to learn. The results of the second stage of the trial using this model turned out to produce 91% of the expected target, meaning that this model was effective in meeting the learning needs of pencak silat drop in junior high school students.

Abstract

This research is based on problems related to the application of the inquiry learning model to improve students' speed reading skills, which so far have not been activated. The aim of the research is to find a valid, effective, and practical learning model to improve students' speed reading skills. The research method used is Gall, Gall and Borg development research. The research was conducted in a private elementary school in Medan. The learning model developed is equipped with learning tools, namely model books, lesson plans, teacher books, and student books. The product developed was carried out by individual trials, small group trials and field group trials. Furthermore, testing the effectiveness and practicality of the learning model. The research findings show: (1) the learning model developed is an inquiry learning model to improve the speed reading ability of elementary school students which consists of syntax, social system, reaction principle, support system, instructional impact and accompaniment. The learning model developed is equipped with tools, namely model books, lesson plans, teacher books, and student books. The whole set of inquiry learning models based on (2) the developed inquiry learning model is proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, this is proven by statistical testing t-test where the value of tcount (9.98) is higher than ttable (2 .00), and (3) the developed inquiry learning model has a practicality level with a score of 3.39 in the practical category without improvement.

Abstract

Keberhasilan tes pertama yang dibuat pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 melalui upaya menerapkan style mengajar penemuan terbimbing. Dari tiga puluh delapan siswa terdapat empat belas siswa siswa (33%) yang telah mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 67,72. Hasil dari siklus I terdapat 23 siswa (54%) dari 38 siswa, yang telah mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 72,78. Di Termin II terdapat 32 siswa (90%) dari 38 siswa yang telah mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 81,01 dapat dilihat bahwa hasil belajar siswa dari tes awal sampai dilakukannya siklus I dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan, dapat dikatakan menggunakan gaya mengajar

Abstract

This study conducts a literature analysis on the technical approach in table tennis training with the aim of providing comprehensive insights for coaches, sports experts, and policymakers. Through searching and selecting relevant articles, we identified traditional approaches, modern approaches integrating biomechanical analysis, and relevant psychological approaches in the literature. The results of this literature review provide a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each approach as well as their practical implications in table tennis training. The integration of these approaches offers a holistic approach that can enhance the quality of table tennis training, especially in the context of Indonesian sports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil survei fasilitas PJOK pendukung Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMAS Plus Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualiatif dengan desain penelitian pada pelaksanaan dilapangan adalah menggunakan desain deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah rubrik dengan indikator peroleh data adalah (1) lapangan yang digunakan PJOK, (2) peralatan yang digunakan PJOK; dan (3) perangkat pembelajaran PJOK yang digunakan. Hasil analisis kesediaan fasilitas PJOK dalam mendukung kurikulum Merdeka Belajar memiliki kesediaan yang memadai sebab materi-materi yang terdapat pada buku PJOK berbasis MBKM memiliki kelayakan dan kesesuaian diantaranya adalah materi sepak bola, bola voli, bola basket, tenis meja, senam, bulutangkis, dan atletik. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini terkait survei fasilitas PJOK di SMAS Plus Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Tahun 2023 sangat mendukung materi PJOK berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran terbaru dari Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi (Kemdibudristek)

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop an Internet of Things (IoT) technology-based leg muscle explosiveness test tool that can be used in physical education activities. The research design is in the form of an electric vertical jump tool, students only need to stand and jump in front of the media that we have made so that the results can be converted automatically. The research method includes the design stage, tool development, and testing of 30 high school students. The test results show that this tool has high validity with a correlation (r = 0.93) to the manual method, and provides accurate and consistent data. In addition, the survey showed that 90% of users found the tool easy to use thanks to the app-based digital interface that allows real-time data analysis. This tool makes a significant contribution in improving the accuracy and efficiency of leg muscle explosive power measurement, and is relevant for use in modern physical education. However, limitations such as the need for internet connection and manufacturing costs need to be overcome to increase wider adoption. This study concludes that an IoT-based leg muscle explosive power testing device has great potential to improve the quality of physical evaluation in physical education and sports training environments.
