Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe (1) Implementation of Permendikbud Number 87 of 2013 concerning Pre-service Teacher Professional Education (PPG); (2) Inhibiting factors in the implementation of Permendikbud Number 87 of 2013. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. This research was conducted at the PGSD Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The subjects of this study were the chairperson of PPG, the chairperson of the PGSD study program, and the PPG student of the study program PGSD. The data collection techniques used were using techniques, interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques using the Milles Huberman model, with the stages of reduction, presentation, and concluding. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results showed (1) Implementation of Permendikbud Number 87 of 2013 in the implementation of PPG through learning activities in the classroom, in the dormitory, and field practice in schools. The purpose of this implementation is to produce professional teachers who master the four competencies, are skilled in preparing teaching materials, and motivate teachers to become professionals by continuing education. (2) The inhibiting factor in implementation is influenced by the lack of preparation of participants in participating in UTN, and K-13 based schools are inadequate.Keywords: Teacher, PPG, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 87 the Year 2013 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Implementasi Permendikbud Nomor 87 tahun 2013 tentang Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Prajabatan; (2) Faktor penghambat dalam implementasi permendikbud Nomor 87 tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua PPG, ketua prodi PGSD, dan mahasiswa PPG prodi PGSD.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Milles Huberman, dengan tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan menarik kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Implementasi Permendikbud Nomor 87 Tahun 2013 dalam pelaksanaan PPG melalui kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas, di asrama, dan praktik lapang di sekolah. Tujuan dalam implementasi ini yaitu utnuk mencetak guru profesional yang menguasai empat kompetensi, terampil menyiapkan bahan ajar, dan memotivasi guru untuk menjadi tenaga profesional dengan melakukan pendidikan berkelanjutan. (2) Faktor penghambat dalam implementasi dipengaruhi oleh persiapan yang kurang peserta dalam mengikuti UTN, dan sekolah yang berbasis K-13 belum memadai.Kata kunci: Guru, PPG, Permendikbud Nomor 87 Tahun 2013

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of women's labor rights at S Boutique Palu, which has been operating since 2013 in the fashion industry, amidst challenges faced by female workers related to labor regulations. Using a qualitative approach and empirical legal method, data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results show that, although S Boutique Palu has met some of the material requirements in employment contracts, several worker rights have not been optimally fulfilled, including insufficient wages, unfair work hour arrangements, and incomplete employment contracts. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for improvements in fulfilling women's labor rights in alignment with principles of justice and equality, along with recommendations to foster a better and more sustainable working environment in the small and medium business sector. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemenuhan hak-hak tenaga kerja perempuan di Butik S Palu, yang beroperasi sejak 2013 dalam industri fashion, di tengah tantangan yang dihadapi pekerja perempuan terkait regulasi ketenagakerjaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode hukum empiris, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Butik S Palu telah memenuhi beberapa syarat materiil dalam perjanjian kerja, masih terdapat sejumlah hak pekerja yang belum terpenuhi secara optimal, termasuk upah yang tidak sesuai, pengaturan jam kerja yang tidak adil, serta kontrak kerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya perbaikan dalam pemenuhan hak-hak pekerja perempuan agar sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan dan kesetaraan, serta rekomendasi untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan di sektor usaha kecil dan menengah

Abstract

The need for halal products is increasing among Indonesian society, which is predominantly Muslim. The government, through the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH), is responding to this challenge with a halal certification process through a self-declared program. The program to accelerate the halal certification process requires the role of companion of Halal Product Process (PPH). Since 2022, UIN Datokarama Palu, through the Datokarama Halal Center, is committed to carrying out training activities of companion of halal product process for people from various circles, including students. The activities did not end with training but continued with activities to strengthen the companion of halal product process. The aim of this activity is to provide strengthening for the companion in PPH who have passed the training.The method of implementing activities uses the forum group discussion (FGD) method and the simulation method. The results of the activity showed that the Strengthening the companion of Halal Product Process from UIN Datokarama Palu students went well. Participants have understood the use of the Sihalal application. In addition, 95% of participants have a strong desire to learn to improve their halal accompaniment skills so they can help Business Owner (PU) to register businesses that require a Halal Certificate (SH). This can be seen from the positive response from participants in the training until the end of the activity. Through this Strengthening the companion of Halal Product Process activities, it is hoped that students will become more active and initiative in helping small and micro businesses to obtain halal certificates.

Abstract

One of the legal maxim states that a transaction can be damaged if there are many things that the consequences cannot be known (gharar) before the transaction occurs and it is not damaged if it is small. The author in this case aims to examine the criteria for a transaction that is considered damaged, as well as an explanation of the types of gharar that are prohibited and permissible based on the description given by this legal maxim. The method used in this article is library research with descriptive analysis. The result is that the permissibility of gharar is when the gharar is assessed a little. As for how to find out the size of the amount of gharar that has occurred is which has become a common practice where if in a transaction there is a bit of gharar that has been accepted as part of market tradition, then it is considered normal by people and no party feels disadvantaged. Abstrak Salah satu kaidah fiqhiyah menyatakan bahwa suatu transaksi bisa rusak bila banyak terdapat hal yang tidak dapat diketahui akibatnya sebelum transaksi terjadi dan tidak rusak bila sedikit. Penulis dalam hal ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kriteria akad yang dianggap rusak, sekaligus penjelasan jenis gharar yang dilarang dan dibolehkan berdasarkan gambaran yang diberikan oleh kaidah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu library research dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasilnya, bahwa kebolehan gharar adalah bilamana gharar itu dinilai sedikit. Adapun cara mengetahui ukuran sedikit dari gharar yang terjadi yaitu gharar yang telah menjadi kebiasaan umum yang mana jika dalam sebuah transaksi terdapat sedikit gharar yang sudah diterima sebagai bagian dari tradisi pasar, lantas dianggap biasa oleh orang-orang dan tidak ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to formulate peel off masks and test the physical quality of potato starch peel off masks (Amylum solani) as facial skin exfoliants. This research was carried out in the Phytochemical and Pharmaceutical Laboratory of Pancasakti University-Makassar. The process of making starch begins with mashed potatoes and let stand for 24 hours with distilled water to get starch filtrate. The starch obtained is then dried and sieved. Potato starch is formulated into face mask preparations and physical quality tests are carried out in the form of organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, pH tests, viscosity tests, spreadability tests, drying time tests and hedonic tests. The results of the physical quality test of the preparations showed that there was an effect of variations in the concentration of potato starch on the stability of facial skin cleansing mask preparations. However, the results of the physical quality of the preparation still meet the stability requirements for facial skin cleansing mask preparations. Thus the use of variations in the concentration of potato starch can be formulated for exfoliating facial skin masks.

Abstract

Penduduk di Kecamatan Malunda sebagian besar bermata pencaharian sebagai petani sehingga berdampak pada luasnya penggunaan lahan untuk sawah, tegal/kebun, dan ladang. Wilayah yang sangat luas, meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai sehingga ketidakterjangkauan pemerintah dalam menjalankan fungsi pelayanan yang maksimal terhadap penduduk, menyebabkan akses informasi menjadi sangat kurang sehingga masyarakat terutama kelompok tani masih kesulitan dalam mengakses teknologi terutama akses teknologi dalam pengolahan pakan ternak. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan menyajikan materi yang didukung dengan praktik mengenai Hewan ternak dan Pembuatan Pakan, yakni: (1) Konsep Hewan Ternak, pakan ternak (2) Pengetahuan terhadap jenis-jenis pakan ternak serta metode sederhana dalam pembuatan pakan ternak (3) Teknik pengolahan pakan ternak yang meliputi informasi dan praktik langsung mengenai pengolahan pakan ternak yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan standar kualitas pakan ternak yang baik. Melalui pelatihan ini, mitra akan mempelajari teknik pembuatan pakan ternak yang bertahan hingga 1 bulan dengan daya tahan simpan pada kondisi dan musim yang berubah sehingga dapat tersedia ketika terjadi perubahan musim dan tetap memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan pakan ternak. Hasil dari pelatihan pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan rerata skor 85,5  hal ini berarti kegiatan pelaksanaan berada pada kriteria baik.Kata kunci: Pakan, Majene, Ternak, Teknologi, Melunda

Abstract

Tanaman obat yang terdiri dari daun, akar, buah, kayu dan umbi-umbian telah digunakan sejak lama oleh masyarakat. Sampai saat ini masyarakat percaya dengan pengobatan yang berasal dari bahan alam atau dikenal dengan istilah “Back To Nature”. Penggunaan tanaman tradisional sebagai alternatif pengobatan pada zaman sekarang sangat dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu akan diadakan sosialisasi dan demonstrasi mengenai pemanfaatan serta cara pengolahan tanaman tradisional sebagai alternatif pengobatan serta dapat juga digunakan sebagai peluang bisnis. Tanaman tersebut terdiri dari daun coklat, daun insulin, daun kelor, sereh wangi dan daun pandan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dan demonstrasi pemanfaatan tanaman tradisional kepada masyarakat RT 21 dan RT 23 Desa Mekar Jaya. Hasil dari sosialisasi dan demonstrasi memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap masyarakat RT 21 dan RT 23 Desa Mekar Jaya, dilihat dari antusias masyarakat yang sangat baik ketika sosialisasi dan demonstrasi dilakukan. Dalam hal ini masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dalam memanfaatkan tanaman sebagai alternatif pengobatan dan peluang bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the politeness of Indonesian netizens' language in the 2023 comments section of the Twitter (X) accounts @aniesbaswedan, @prabowo, and @ganjarpranowo, based on Leech's politeness scales: cost-benefit scale, optionality scale, indirectness scale, authority scale, and social distance scale. The method employed in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected using library research, observation, and note-taking techniques. The analysis techniques used include (1) Identification, (2) Coding, (3) Classification, (4) Analysis, and (5) Discussion. The findings reveal that Indonesian netizens' digital politeness on social media Twitter (X) in 2023 is still often neglected. Out of 195 utterances analyzed, 91 were deemed polite, while 104 were impolite. On the cost-benefit scale, polite utterances involved support and prayers for the interlocutors, while impolite utterances consisted of demands or orders directed, opinions, suggestions, or feedback delivered in harsh language. On the optionality scale, many impolite utterances occurred due to the absence of options or opportunities given to the interlocutor. On the indirectness scale, numerous impolite utterances were found to insult and belittle the interlocutor. On the authority scale, polite utterances included hopes and support for the interlocutor regarding their positions. In contrast, impolite utterances consisted of harsh criticism of the performance of the interlocutor. On the social distance scale, polite utterances consisted of encouraging words, hopes, and prayers for the interlocutors, while impolite utterances used overly familiar terms that disrespected the interlocutors, slang, and harsh language.
