Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for Jojorong traditional food has significant potential for strengthening the economic fundamentals of the Banten region. Nevertheless, the majority of Kebantenan culinary MSMEs still encounter various obstacles in business development, especially from the marketing aspect. The digital era of social media marketing (social media marketing) has become the main pillar for culinary MSMEs to expand market coverage by strengthening marketing aspects. In community service in Kadubeuruem Village, Serang Regency which was held on 10th June 2023, assistance was given to the strategy of strengthening the MSME business for traditional Jojorong food through the use of social media as a social media marketing channel. In this assistance, knowledge is provided about techniques for using social media marketing to expand the scope of the original Banten culinary market. The success of this activity can be seen from the Jojorong MSME owners who can take advantage of social media marketing as the best channel to introduce Jojorong traditional food globally. From the results of this activity it is known that strengthening business through social media marketing is the best means of developing Jojorong culinary MSMEs in Kadubeureum Village, Serang Regency.

Abstract

Superpotatocrunch Situbondo customers are the subject of this research. The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality, packaging, labeling, and guarantee of Superpotatocrunchs Situbondo affect customer satisfaction. Purposive sampling was used in this study to collect information from 100 people using surveys, interviews, and observations. The goal is to find out how respondents view each variable. Multiple linear regression analysis, data instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), conventional assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests), and hypothesis testing (t and coefficient of determination) were all used in this study. Regression analysis shows that consumer satisfaction is positively influenced by quality (0.230), packaging (0.285), labeling (0.262), and assurance (0.190). Quality, labeling, packaging, and guarantee are all determined by the t test. Customer satisfaction is significantly affected by quality, according to the t test (0.001). Customer satisfaction is significantly affected by packaging test (0.000). Labeling (0.000) has a great impact on customer satisfaction in addition. Customer satisfaction is significantly affected by this guarantee (0.006).

Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to elaborate on the strategy of transparency and accountability for the prevention of bribery in the management of village funds based on citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses an ethnographic approach with in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation of several village governments in the Serang Banten Regency.Research findings: The results of the research found that strengthening transparency and accountability through digitization channels is one of the effective strategies for preventing bribery in managing village funds. This research also found that strengthening cultural values of cattle breeding and local wisdom can contribute to building awareness for the prevention of bribery practices in managing village funds.Theoretical contribution/ Originality: This research provides a scientific contribution to the prevention of fraudulent practices with the cultural approach of a region.Practitioner/Policy implication: This research can be a reference for various prevention practices for bribery in village fund management.Research limitation/Implication: This research is limited to Serang Banten Regency, which has a different community culture.

Abstract

Guru adalah pendidik profesional dengan tugas utama mendidik, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih dan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada pendidikan usia dini jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar dan pendidikan menengah. Untuk melaksanakan tugas profesionalnya, guru harus memiliki kemampuan edukatif serta kepribadian yang baik yang mana dapat dijadikan contoh bagi pembentukan karakter siswa. Dalam mengembangkan keprofesionalan seorang guru dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan kesempatan kepada guru yang berprestasi untuk mendapatkan penghargaan berupa promosi jabatan. Namun pemilihan guru biasanya hanya dilakukan pada beberapa aspek tertentu sehinggan akan menyulitkan kepala sekolah dalam mengambil keputusan dengan level dan kemampuan yang hampir sama. Penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan guru berprestasi dengan kriteria intelektual, sikap, perilaku dan kinerja dengan menggunakan metode profile matching dalam memecahkan masalah. Metode ini dilakukan dengan tahapan, pemetaan Gap, kompetensi, pembobotan, penghitungan dan pengelompokan core factor dan secondary factor, selanjutnya penghitungan nilai total dan penghitungan ranking. Dari penghitungan rangking maka dapat diketahui guru berprestasi dengan nilai tertinggi yang berhak direkomendasikan untuk mendapatkan penghargaan berupa promosi jabatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan profile matching dapat diimplementasikan dalam penerapan pemilihan guru berprestasi. Kata Kunci: Guru berprestasi, Profile Matching
