Abstract

The ability of a study program to develop its uniqueness is a significant advantage. This uniqueness is a distinctive characteristic that sets it apart from study programs at other universities or campuses. In this context, the Al-Qur’an and Tafsir Studies Program at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon has a unique focus on information and computer technology. To realize this distinctiveness, this research aims to develop an Android-based CMS application. The application is designed to host the works of the academic community within the study program, including both scientific and non-scientific works. The data collection methods used include direct observation and literature review. The method used to develop the application is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, which involves stages such as Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance. The software utilized includes PHP and MySQL. The research resulted in the creation of the "Kalamuna" application, a content management system application used to convert scientific papers or final projects into a format that can be accessed online. This application facilitates users, especially lecturers and final-year students, in disseminating their ideas and makes it easier to search for literature as research references. Kemampuan program studi dalam mengembangkan kekhasannya merupakan suatu keunggulan. Kekhasan tersebut merupkan ciri khusus yang membedakan dengan program studi di universitas atau kampus lainnya. Dalam hal ini, Program Studi Ilmu al-Qur’an dan Tafsir UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon memiliki kekhasan yaitu teknologi informasi dan komputer. Dalam rangka mewujudkan kekhasan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan aplikasi cms berbasis android. Aplikasi tersebut dibangun untuk memuat karya-karya sivitas akademika program studi, baik karya ilmiah maupun karya non ilmiah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi langsung dan metode literatur. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi adalah metode SDLC. SDLC (System Devolepment Life Cycle) Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan adalah Analisis, Desain, implementasi, pengujian dan penerapan serta pemeliharaan. Software yang digunakan yaitu PHP dan MySql. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi Kalamuna, aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi content manajemen sistem yang digunakan untuk mengkonversi karya ilmiah atau tugas akhir yang dapat diakses secara daring. Aplikasi ini memudahkan pengguna khususnya dosen dan mahasiswa semester akhir dalam menyebarkan gagasan hasil karya dan memudahkan untuk melakukan pencarian literatur sebagai bahan referensi penelitian.

Abstract

Talun sub-district is a government institution that provides public services to the public, which at this time there is no assessment of service satisfaction from the community so that the District Talun cannot know the assessment or complaints from the public to public services provided. The research aims to determine the level of public satisfaction of Public Service in Talun Sub-district. AHP is a complex multi-criteria decision-making method, in an unstructured situation into sections that are then shaped into functional hierarchies to present problems to be solved and then build a priority sequence for alternatives by pairwise alternative comparisons based on judgments of decision makers against a system. The appraisal application yields the value of the public satisfaction level and the eigenvector ranked according to the highest data as the final value of the AHP calculation so that the eigenvector value obtained can facilitate the Camat to see which elements of service are not good.

Abstract

New student registration system manually is still used by some schools in Indonesia. But the problem is that prospective students are still many who feel difficulty with the system of the manual registration and of course they need registration system which more quick and efficient. Moreover, the conditions of the pandemic at this time, where there are rules to keep the protocol of the Health. Such as keeping physical distancing and limiting public service. The research method used in this research is the design and manufacture of the system, namely to design web-based system of a new student registration that can be accessed through a web browser. The online registration system of new students is built with PHP programming language and utilizing a MySQL database as a database server, and using the Codeigniter Framework. The result of this research is the web-based online registration system of new students already have the ability to provide convenience for prospective students to obtain all the information about the acceptance of new students and do the online registration process.

Abstract

Pelatihan desain grafis Canva merupakan salah satu pelatihan yang dapat memberikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan kepada peserta pelatihan untuk membuat desain grafis yang menarik, kreatif, dan informatif. Canva merupakan aplikasi desain grafis yang mudah digunakan dan memiliki berbagai fitur yang lengkap. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan desain grafis Canva dapat menjadi pilihan yang tepat bagi berbagai kalangan, mulai dari pelajar, mahasiswa, hingga pekerja profesional. Salah satunya Fatayat NU Ranting Losari Lor. Metode pengabdian Service Learning. Materi yang diberikan kepada peserta tentang bagaimana merancang, mengelola elemen multimedia (text, gambar, suara dan video) menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar kepada peserta dalam membuat karya grafis, meningkatkan kompetensi melek teknologi bagi peserta dan meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus dan anggota Fatayat dalam bidang desain grafis. Hasil Evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu pembagian kuisioner dengan beberapa indikator yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, kejelasan materi yang disampaikan, dan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh peserta. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahun bagi anggota Fatayat NU Rating Losari Lor. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu adanya pelatihan berkelanjutan agar anggota Fatayat NU Rating Losari Lor. dapat memaksimalkan ilmu yang telah disampaikan.

Abstract

Low Contrast can cause low image quality and make it difficult for proper image analysis. One technique to improve image quality is to increase the lighting contrast. One method that is often used is histogram normalization, which can increase image contrast by balancing the distribution of pixels across a range of pixel values. The purpose of this research is to apply the histogram normalization method to images and compare the results before and after the normalization process. The images used in this study are self-made images and images from public databases. The results of the study show that normalized histograms can increase image contrast and improve low image quality due to inadequate lighting. Thus, histogram normalization can be used as a technique to improve image quality in various applications, including medical image processing, satellite image processing, and security surveillance.
