Abstract

Although the mountain is a popular tourist destination, research regarding mountain tourism is still limited. Over the years, researches on tourist satisfaction covered a more general context of tourism, without specifically analyzing mountain tourism. Therefore, this research aims to investigates factors influencing tourists’ satisfaction on mountain tourism, with Mount Papandayan, Garut Regency, West Java, Indonesia, as a case. Eleven variables regarding tourist satisfaction were derived from several interviews with Mount Papandayan’s management staff and 30 tourists that were hiking and camping on Mount Papandayan. A sample of 100 respondents, who were the Mount Papandayan’s tourists that had been hiking and camping, completed questionnaires. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to analyze the data. The results show that there are three factors that affect tourist’s satisfaction in mountain tourism, which are ‘infrastructure and facilities’, ‘natural resources’, and ‘mountain area’s atmosphere’, while CFA validated the model fit. The results also indicated a significant relationship between the three factors. This research provides an opportunity for broader research opportunities in mountain tourism, especially in tropical countries. Keywords : mountain tourism, satisfaction, EFA, CFA

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on purchasing decision on Samsung smartphone within the students of Institut Teknologi Indonesia. 163 respondents were collected using purposive sampling, which means that each respondent has to be a user of a Samsung smartphone. This study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach on SmartPLS3 Software as an analysis method. The results of this study showed: 1). Brand image has significant effect on purchasing decision with an original value of 0.165 and P-value of 0.071. 2). Product quality has significant effect on purchasing decision with an original value of 0.454 and P-value of 0.000. 3). Price has significant effect on purchasing decision with an original value of 0.358 and P-value of 0.000. 4). The result of Goodness of Fit (GoF) in this study showed that the model is strongly fit and matched its variables with a value of 0.455.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi berbagai sektor, salah satunya sektor transportasi berbasis online. Agar tetap bertahan pada masa pandemi, analisis mengenai kepuasan pelanggan dapat dilakukan oleh penyedia layanan jasa, khususnya transportasi berbasis online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Go-Ride dimasa pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Tangerang Selatan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan menggunakan Software SmartPLS3. Responden berjumlah 114 orang yang merupakan pengguna Go-Ride di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1).Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Go-Ride dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dengan nilai 0.152 dan P value 0.001. 2). Kepercayaan berpengaruh kuat dan sgnifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Go-Ride dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dengan nilai 0.211 dan P value 0.021. 3). Harga yang diberikan oleh Go-Ride berpengaruh sgnifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Go-Ride dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dengan nilai 0.589 dan P value 0.000. 4). Hasil GoF dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model dapat dinyatakan kuat dan memiliki kecocokan dengan variabel yang diteliti dengan nilai 0.452.

Abstract

There has been a decrease in the income of the people of West Pamulang, which was caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the imposition of continuous activity restrictions causing a reduction in income. From these problems, the community must have the skills and knowledge needed to survive. One thing that can be done is to utilize unproductive land so that it can produce something that has economic value. One of them is grape cultivation. From the description above, the knowledge and skills needed include grape cultivation, hydroponic systems, knowledge of product quality management, marketing and financial systems to knowledge of agro-tourism and how to manage it so that it is successful. On this issue, community service activities are made as a channel of knowledge and skills from lecturers and students of the Indonesian Institute of Technology to the people of West Pamulang. A participatory approach by looking at local potential is chosen so that it is easily accepted by the community. In addition, community formation was also chosen to facilitate coordination and transfer of knowledge to the community. From the community side, the resulting output is an increase in knowledge, the provision of Appropriate Technology equipment that supports the cultivation and management of Agro-tourism. The team has created a logo and branding so that the Pamulang wine village can be recognized as well as marketing media in the form of a website that makes it easier for people to market and make purchase transactions. As for the government, this is in accordance with the vision and mission of the West Pamulang district head who wants to promote wine as a local commodity. The outcome of this activity in the future has the potential to increase income potential in the Pamulang Barat wine village community.

Abstract

A more expanding economy and an improvement in the general economic status of the nation are both outcomes that are brought about by the expansion of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs). It is important for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) to implement measures that will reduce the chance of failure and bankruptcy in light of the current economic circumstances. Support from management, the quantity of knowledge available, and the level of participation from the workforce are the primary elements that influence success. For the purpose of this study, structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis was performed on a sample of 135 respondents who are participants in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) program that is supported by BSN. According to the findings, the provision of management assistance has a significant influence on the performance of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs). Furthermore, the study of the immediate effects has shown that the level of employee involvement has a direct impact on the performance of micro, small, and medium companies (MSMEs). MSMEs, on the other hand, do not have their performance affected by the degree of skill they possess. As a consequence, this discovery has a significant influence on the development of managerial support and employee participation, which ultimately leads to improved performance in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).The author's research fills a gap in the work that has been done before.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dapat diwujudkan melalui pembangunan daerah. Akan tetapi, biaya pembangunan yang tidak sedikit sering menjadi penghambat pembangunan tersebut. Hal ini mendorong adanya kebutuhan penanaman modal untuk daerah dalam rangka mempermudah realisasi pembangunan daerah yang merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Strategi promosi investasi harus disusun lembaga investasi daerah sebagai upaya menarik investor untuk menanamkan modalnya di daerah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, disusun strategi promosi investasi untuk Kabupaten Lebak melalui kerja sama dengan Dinas Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Lebak yang dapat dilakukan Kabupaten Lebak untuk menarik investor. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui survey, wawancara terhadap masyarakat Kabupaten Lebak dan pemerintah daerah, serta studi literatur berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu dan dokumen peraturan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian ini merumuskan bahwa strategi promosi investasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kabupaten Lebak terdiri dari visi misi, tujuan dan strategi, piagam klien, penentuan posisi kompetitif dan pembentukkan citra, penentuan fokus strategi sektor unggulan, serta kegiatan pemasaran dan promosi. Hasil penelitian berupa susunan strategi promosi investasi Kabupaten Lebak ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi program strategi promosi investasi daerah lainnya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan investasi di daerah tersebut. Kata kunci: investasi, pembangunan daerah, strategi promosi ABSTRACT Increasing regional economic growth could be accomplished through regional development. However, the high cost that regional development takes usually inhibits the regional development itself. This leads to an increasing need of regional investment to facilitate the realization of regional development that stimulates the regional economic growth. Investment promotion strategy has to be planned by regional investment institution as a mean to attract investors to invest on the region. This study determined the investment promotion strategy for Kabupaten Lebak in collaboration with Kabupaten Lebak Investment Institution. The investment promotion strategy could be applied by Kabupaten Lebak to attract the investors. This study was conducted using qualitative method through survey, interviews with citizens of Kabupaten Lebak and the regional government, as well as literature study from previous research and government’s legislations and regulations. The results of this study show that the investment promotion strategy that Kabupaten Lebak could apply consists of: vision and mission, goals and strategy, client charter, competitive positioning and image branding, determining the strategic focus of the leading sectors, and marketing and promotion. The arrangement of investment promotion strategy that Kabupaten Lebak undertakes could be a reference to other regions in terms of planning investment promotion strategy for increasing their regional investment growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, dengan fokus pada harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek sebagai variabel utama. Berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka, kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk harga yang bersaing, kualitas produk, dan pelayanan yang konsisten. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan keputusan pembelian. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan konsumen pada Mie Gacoan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan strategi bisnis dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian (LPNK) harus mampu memberikan layanan yang efektif dan efisien dalam rangka pelayanan publik yang menjadi tuntutan masyarakat sehingga kinerjanya pegawainya merupakan hal yang krusial. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat mengnetahui factor apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki demi peningkatan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pada Lembaga Pemerintah Non Departemen. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis dengan responden merupakan ASN di LKPN. Hasil penelitian mengetahui bahwa semua dimensi yang di Analisa mendapatkan skor negative (-) yang arti Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian harus melakukan peningktan dan perbaikan kinerja karyawan di lingkungan Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian.

Abstract

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) berperan yang sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah terutama dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada publik. Untuk itu diperlukan komitmen yang baik untuk senantiasa meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat model kinerja dari ASN pada lingkup instansi Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementrian (LPNK), supaya dapat diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi dalam peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan ke 135 responden ASN di lingkup LPNK. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan Smart-PLS 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan memiliki nilai original sample 0,038 dengan P-Value sebesar 0,714 yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang terbukti signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan bobot signifikan sebesar 0,038. Sementara variabel motivasi memiliki nilai original sample 0,315 dengan P-Value sebesar 0,001 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang terbukti signifikan positif terhadap kinerja dengan bobot signifikan sebesar 0,315. Untuk variabel disiplin memiliki nilai original sample 0,431 dengan P-Value sebesar 0,000 yang artinya variabel disiplin memiliki pengaruh yang terbukti signifikan positif terhadap kinerja dengan bobot signifikan sebesar 0,431. Sehingga model kinerja ASN di lingkup LPNK memiliki kecenderungan untuk lebih ditingkatkan melalui variabel motivasi dan disiplin.

Abstract

This literature review explores the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty in clean water service providers, with a specific focus on the challenges faced by such providers in Indonesia. Service quality, which includes dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, plays a crucial role in determining customer satisfaction and loyalty. The study analyzes previous research to highlight the impact of these dimensions on customer perceptions and loyalty. It also identifies challenges faced by clean water service providers, including issues such as uneven water distribution, pipe leaks, inaccuracies in water meter readings, and delays in responding to customer complaints. The review emphasizes the importance of improving service quality through employee training, enhancing transparency, and utilizing technology to better serve customers. The findings of this review provide recommendations for clean water service providers to improve service quality, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
