Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi, di kalangan siswa SMA, sebagian besar mereka belum mempunyai pemahaman mengenai budaya-budaya anti korupsi sehingga perlu adanya penyuluhan pendidikan anti korupsi kepada siswa SMA, karena masih masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga masih kesulitan dalam menetukan sekolah yang akan menjadi target penyuluhan pendidikan anti korupsi, maka SMA Muhammadiyah Manado lah yang telah bersedia dilakukannya penyuluhan berkaitan dengan hal tersebut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai budaya anti korupsi serta peran pemuda dalam memberantas korupsi. Berdasarkan pada analisis situasi yang diuraikan di atas, maka permasalahan mitra dinyatakan sebagai berikut: Kurangnya pemahaman pemuda terhadap Budaya Anti korupsi; Kurangnya sosialisasi dan informasi mengenai bagaimana peran pemuda dalam membantu memberantas korupsi; Ada berapa metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini, yaitu: Metode Pre Test, Metode Ceramah, Metode Audio Visual, dan Metode Tanya Jawab. Sebagai hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu korupsi merupakan kejahatan luar biasa, yang penangannya juga diperlukan tindakan yang luar biasa juga. Kurikulum pencegahan korupsi dalam bentuk Pendidikan Karakter Anti Korupsi untuk dapat di implentasikan sebagai sebuah mata pelajaran wajib yang diberikan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, menengah dan atas.

Abstract

This writing aims to enhance the understanding of the community, particularly students in Bolaang Mongondow, regarding the legal perspective on early marriage and the importance of safeguarding the fundamental rights of children by the constitution and prevailing legislation. The method of community service involves legal counselling in three different schools in Bolaang Mongondow over two days in October 2023. Lectures, discussions, and legal consultations provide comprehensive knowledge and understanding. The results and discussions indicate that this activity not only improves basic knowledge but also deepens the understanding of the adverse effects of early marriage on the physical, mental, and social development of children. Through understanding the concept of children's fundamental rights and relevant legislation, students in Bolaang Mongondow are expected to avoid early marriage and participate in positive transformation. The ultimate goal is to create a safer environment and protect children's rights in the North Sulawesi Province, hoping that the outcomes of this community service can serve as a foundation for more effective preventive and educational programs. Keywords: Legal Counseling, Early Marriage, Children's Rights. ABSTRAK Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat, yaitu siswa di Bolaang Mongondow tentang perspektif hukum terhadap perkawinan dini serta pentingnya melindungi hak-hak asasi anak sesuai konstitusi dan peraturan perundangan-undangan yang berlaku. Metode pengabdian melibatkan penyuluhan hukum di empat sekolah berbeda di Bolaang Mongondow selama dua hari pada bulan Oktober 2023. Pendekatan ceramah, diskusi, dan konsultasi hukum digunakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang komprehensif. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan dasar, tetapi juga memperdalam pemahaman dampak negatif perkawinan dini terhadap perkembangan fisik, mental, dan sosial anak. Melalui pemahaman konsep hak-hak asasi anak dan peraturan perundangan-undangan, siswa di Bolaang Mongondow diharapkan dapat menghindari praktik perkawinan dini dan ikut serta dalam transformasi positif. Tujuan akhirnya adalah menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan melindungi hak-hak anak di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, dengan harapan hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi program-program preventif dan edukatif yang lebih efektif di masa depan. Kata kunci: Penyuluhan hukum, Perkawinan Dini, Hak-hak Anak.

Abstract

This research explores the adaptation of Islamic law through local wisdom, particularly the gotong royong tradition, in Muslim minority communities in Tomohon and Tana Toraja. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, the research involved 20 informants, including Islamic religious leaders, traditional leaders, and active Muslim community members. The findings show that the gotong royong tradition facilitates the practice of Islamic law in marriage, zakat management, and religious celebrations by integrating the values of inclusivity and local cultural solidarity. Harmony is created through intensive dialogue between Islamic and Christian religious leaders, strengthening interfaith relationships. Adjustments, such as the use of moderate adhan volume and distribution of zakat to all levels of society regardless of religion, serve as tangible evidence of this adaptation. This research contributes to the development of Fiqh Nusantara, demonstrating the flexibility of Islamic law that can align with local culture while supporting social inclusion. Practically, these results provide insights for policymakers to design policies that support religious harmony in multicultural regions. This research affirms that Islamic law not only maintains its essential teachings but can also become an integral part of pluralistic society. The implications of this research open opportunities for further studies on the harmonization of Islamic law in other minority communities.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of penal mediation in cases involving children in conflict with the law in Manado. It examines the obstacles encountered during the penal mediation process in these cases from an Islamic legal perspective. The handling of children in legal matters cannot be equated with the treatment of adults who commit crimes. Penal mediation is an appropriate dispute resolution method for cases involving children, using a restorative justice approach by Islamic law. The research method employed is a normative-empirical approach involving direct interviews with investigators in cases of children in conflict with the law and a literature review examining Islamic law related to the application of juvenile justice. The study reveals that the implementation of penal mediation through diversion has not been fully optimized, as not all juvenile cases are mediated during the processes at the police, prosecutor's office, and court levels. Furthermore, the application of penal mediation in Islamic law aligns with the principles of Islah and Suhl, emphasizing the principle of reconciliation (Islah).

Abstract

The problem of migrant workers working abroad is increasingly adding to the burden of labor problems in Indonesia, both concerning injustice in the treatment of labor dispatch, inappropriate placement, low salary standards because they are not in accordance with the agreed work contract, violence by labor users and harassment. sexual relations, the purpose of this study is to find out how the state's responsibility towards Indonesian workers abroad is. The research method uses normative research (labrary research) or library research related to statutory regulations. The results of the study indicate that the state has not been able to carry out the preamble of the fourth paragraph of the 1945 Constitution "to protect the entire nation" due to the unclear authority given by the state to the relevant institutions to be responsible for TKI abroad. . Juridically, the laws and regulations in the field of placement and protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers are not in sync vertically or horizontally.

Abstract

This paper discusses the formation of the sakinah family through the role of da'wah Masturah, a Jamaat Tablighi's program, namely da'wah efforts among women. Because the task of reviving religion lies not only on men but also on women, a sakinah family will be formed when every family member is obedient to Allah SWT. This study aims to determine the role of da'wah Masturah in forming a sakinah family in Jama'ah Tablighin Singkil District, Manado City. This research is field research with a qualitative nature whose data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the focus of research on the Jama'ah Tablighin Singkil District, Manado City. The results of this study show that da'wah Masturah is very influential in forming a sakinah family in Jama'ah Tabligh in Singkil District, Manado City. There are 3 (three) indicators that da'wah Masturah plays an important role in forming a sakinah family: First, every family member is obedient in carrying out religious orders; Second, husband and wife understand their rights and obligations; and; Third, children are expected to be a pious and/or pious generation
