Abstract

Sistem Perizinan Online Kota Tasikmalaya (SIPENTAS) is a web-based service used to simplify the public licensing process. The existence of SIPENTAS is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of services and support the implementation of online-based government in Tasikmalaya City. However, until now there has been no evaluation of the quality of the website based on user perceptions so it is not known to what extent this system meets user expectations and needs. This study aims to analyze the quality of the SIPENTAS website using Modified Webqual 4.0 which consists of four dimensions: Usability Quality, Information Quality, Interaction Quality, and Interface Quality and uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to compare the level of performance and user interests and determine improvement priorities through quadrant mapping. The results of the study indicate that the quality of SIPENTAS is in the good category, with an average value of the level of conformity between performance and user expectations obtaining a percentage of 87.35%, an average value of the gap level of -0.58, and the results of the quadrant analysis there are six indicators that are priority for improvement related to the dimensions of Usability Quality and Interface Quality. Therefore, even though the quality of SIPENTAS services is in the good category, improvements to the six indicators need to be made so that website performance is more optimal and meets user expectations.

Abstract

The Tasikmalaya District Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries Service is an office that has the task of assisting the regent in carrying out regional household affairs in the fields of agriculture, food security and fisheries. The Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries Service of Tasikmalaya District is an agency that has just merged in the last 3 years as stated in the Tasikmalaya District Regent Regulation Number 59 of 2021. Based on Presidential Regulation Number 3 of 2003 and Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). So it is necessary to design a master plan for Information Systems and Information Technology using the Ward and Peppard method which consists of input and output stages and adds IS Demand as a tool to identify information system requirements made from an internal business analysis perspective. The results of this research are in the form of an output stage, namely compiling an IS business strategy with the results of 12 proposed information system priorities, an IT strategy with a proposed network infrastructure, and an IS / IT management strategy with a proposal for additional IT fields that support the business processes of the Tasikmalaya District Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries Service

Abstract

In today's digital era, websites have become a key component of various digital services, from government and education to business. However, many security incidents occur due to undetected source code vulnerabilities, such as vulnerabilities, bugs, and code smells, which can degrade system performance and reliability. Therefore, a systematic approach is needed to detect and prevent these issues as early as possible. This study aims to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the Static Code Analysis (SCA) method in identifying security and code quality issues in web applications. The tool used was SonarQube, which was then implemented in the SIMAK Universitas Siliwangi. Evaluation and testing were conducted on the tool's ability to detect various types of problems, its level of accuracy, and its ease of integration into the software development process. In this study, the evaluated aspects were bugs, code smells, and vulnerabilities. The results of this study found 23,241 issues, consisting of 2,356 bugs and 20,885 code smells, without any vulnerabilities found. With a problem ratio of 3.84% of the total code lines of 605,130, and a severity classification dominated by issues at the Critical and Major levels, these results provide an overview of the technical condition of the code used in SIMAK Universitas Siliwangi. This research is expected to provide practical contributions for software developers and security teams in continuously improving the quality and security of web applications. The outcomes of this study are expected to offer substantial and actionable contributions toward advancing the overall quality, robustness, and security of software systems. By strengthening these foundational aspects, the research is projected to positively influence the reliability, continuity, and long-term sustainability of academic service delivery within higher-education environments.

Abstract

Jurusan Informatika Universitas Siliwangi, telah menyediakan sebuah sistem informasi yang dinamai SUPER, yang mendukung proses tugas akhir. Namun, fokus aplikasi ini terbatas pada tahapan pemilihan dosen pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses kegiatan tugas akhir di Jurusan Informatika Universitas Siliwangi, dengan mengembangkan aplikasi yang terintegrasi dengan fitur-fitur yang diperlukan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi yaitu Extreme Programming dengan tahapan Planning, Design, Coding, dan Testing. Salah satu fitur yang ditambahkan pada pengembangan aplikasi SUPER yaitu pencarian referensi jurnal, dimana data yang diperoleh berasal dari website SINTA. Karena SINTA tidak menyediakan API resmi, peneliti menggunakan teknik web scraping sebagai alternatif umum untuk mengambil data. Hasil implementasi web scraping menunjukkan bahwa total 884 artikel berhasil diambil, yang kemudian diintegrasikan ke dalam menu referensi jurnal pada aplikasi SUPER. Pengujian dilakukan melalui Alpha Beta Testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas dan usability dari aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Alpha Testing dilakukan menggunakan Black Box dan didapatkan hasil bahwa semua menu pada aplikasi yang dikembangkan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sudah sesuai harapan. Pengujian Beta dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 84 responden, dengan hasil rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 71,1, menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mendapat grade C+ dalam kategori baik (Good).
