Abstract

Blood is a fluid that has the function of supplying nutrients, transporting metabolic products, sending oxygen and as natural antibodies to fight viruses or bacteria in the body. The Blood Donor Unit (UDD) of PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) is one of the agencies responsible for ensuring the availability of blood. To meet this availability, this agency carries out various programs, in an effort to ensure that the availability of blood is maintained. But in reality, there is a gap between supply and demand, where the need for blood is higher than the supply of blood. The problem of relatively high demand and a minimum number of blood donors can be used as a research topic, with the aim of producing information about the number of donors, blood types and availability, and temporary donor sites in each sub-district in Purwakarta district. This research will use the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) algorithm, with the methodology used, namely SEMMA, the stages are: sample, explore, mpodify, model, and assess. The attributes used are id, district, blood group, latitude and longitude. From these attributes, clustering is made using the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) algorithm using Orange, and visualized using Power BI. The research results from this data cluster get 3 clusters, the most donors are in Purwakarta District and followed by Bungursari District. Then the evaluation was assessed using the Silhouette Coefient which resulted in an accuracy rate of 0.713346292

Abstract

Globalization that is happening is causing increasingly sharp free competition among economic actors, including cooperatives. Cooperatives until now continue to grow and become the mainstay of the community to turn the wheels of the economy during this pandemic and also experience various obstacles to run their business. However, under current conditions, in addition to very fast technological developments, cooperatives are also being pressured by the covid-19 pandemic, which causes cooperatives to be able to optimize digitalization. The loan eligibility decision support system applies the multi attribute utility theory (MAUT) method with 4 criteria or conditions that become the basis for decisions in the Perum Jasa Tirta Cooperative (PJTII) Karya Bhakti Raharja development model using the Extreme Programing method starting from the planning stage to the testing stage, using php programming language Data Flow Diagram (DFD) modeling. Loan Eligibility Decision Support System in PJT II Cooperatives to facilitate cooperative employees in determining loans to PJT II Employees. With this it is necessary to take advantage of a technological development, where how to make it easier for employees to make decisions from the assessment of the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, because subjective assessments can be modeled and supported quickly.

Abstract

Purwakarta Regency has a variety of interesting tourist destinations, but the large number of choices often makes it difficult for tourists to determine the location that suits their preferences. This research aims to build a web-based decision support system (SPK) with the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method to help select the best tourist destinations. The research methods include problem identification, literature study, data collection, implementation of the COPRAS method, and system testing. The criteria used in the evaluation process include cost, distance, tourist facilities, operating hours, accessibility, and reviews of digital maps. The results of the implementation of the COPRAS method show that Panenjoan Village is the destination with the highest ranking with a value of 1,000. This system can make it easier for tourists to choose a destination that suits their needs

Abstract

In today's digital era, the internet has become a basic need that is inseparable from the lives of modern society. Almost all aspects of human life now depend on internet connectivity, from communication, education, work, entertainment, to financial transactions. The development of digital technology and increasingly widespread internet penetration have changed the way people live, work, and learn. The trend of internet usage, especially in Indonesia, continues to experience significant growth from year to year. As the need for internet access in Indonesia increases, determining a strategic location is an important factor for service providers such as MyRepublic to expand Wi-Fi coverage. This study aims to assist the decision-making process using the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The study was conducted in Plered District, Purwakarta Regency, with five alternative locations: Citeko Village, Cadasmekar, Citalang, Batutumpang, and Liunggunung. Data were obtained through observation and interviews, with criteria including the number of houses, resident responses, competitors, administrative costs, and distance to the Optical Line Terminal (OLT). The results showed that Citalang Village had the highest preference value (Yi = 0.2735), followed by Batutumpang (Yi = 0.2356) and Cadasmekar (Yi = 0.2178). The MOORA method has proven effective in analyzing multi-criteria, providing optimal location recommendations based on data. In conclusion, this method can help companies make strategic decisions more focused and accurate.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a lot of cultural diversity. This cultural diversity needs to be preserved. If this is not done, the culture that is owned by Indonesia can slowly disappear. The reduction in cultural values can also reduce the sense of belonging to the culture. This lack of sense of ownership makes it easy for other nations to make claims on the culture that is owned by Indonesia. Indonesia will lose its characteristics as a country that has a lot of cultural diversity. One of the efforts to preserve culture is to recognize the characteristics of each culture and be able to recognize the differences between one culture and another. For example, recognizing traditional houses from various ethnic groups based on their image. In this research, the image classification of the characteristics of traditional houses from several ethnic groups in Indonesia was carried out. The classification used to identify an image. In this study, deep learning techniques are used with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm and Keras framework. This CNN use several layers namely convolutional, pooling, flatten, and dense layer. The development of deep learning models uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method. This method consists of nine stages. The built model is evaluated using k-fold cross validation with a k value of 5 and produces an average accuracy of 80%. This shows that the model built is capable of classifying well. The built model is evaluated with 3 different epoch values, namely 50, 75, and 100. The larger the epoch value used, the greater the accuracy value. The model built is also able to make predictions with an accuracy of 80%.
