This research aims to determine the performance of local government policies in improving solid waste services in the environmental cleanliness and gardening service of Kediri city. Based on Law No.18 of 2008 concerning waste management, regional regulation policy No. 3 of 2015 concerning waste management in Kediri City. Based on this regulation, it is very important to strengthen solid waste cleaning services in Kediri City. This research method used is a qualitative research method. Data is obtained through observation and analysis from secondary data and primary data. The results of this study indicate that the performance indicators of cleaning services on road sweeping are still less efficient and the technical work of road sweeping is still less productive, as a support for the infrastructure for waste collection equipment or waste collection from TPS / TPS 3R to TPA is still not optimal, this is due to limitations equipment in the environmental cleanliness and gardening service of Kediri City. From the results of the researchers, it can be concluded that the local government policy in improving the performance of cleaning services in Kediri City have not reached performance standards and the level of cleaning services cannot be said to be efficient and effective.Key Word: Public Policy Performance, Garbage Cleaning Services

This study aims to determine the analysis of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) policies for the community in various efforts to prevent the impact of Coronavirus disease transmission or known COVID-19. The wider the range of transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia, the government has taken decisions or steps to immediately break the chain of transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic by making policies, one of which is the large-scale social restriction (PSBB) policy. Government policy N0. 21 of 2020 concerning large-scale social restrictions in the context of accelerating the handling of the COVID-19. The research method is qualitative research with an empirical literature approach. This study uses the library method, namely browsing documents, reports such as journals, post office, books, articles, mass media, or news. The results of this study analyze government policies regarding large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) which have a major impact on people's lives, especially the difficulty of the economy to meet the needs of daily life, especially the lower middle class. PSBB direct impact is devastating for the people who rely on daily income, such as itinerant traders, hawkers, motorcycle taxi operators, drivers and public transportation has. This is one of the impacts of the enactment of the large-scale social restriction (PSBB) policy in Indonesia. From the results of the researchers, it can be concluded that the impact of the virus COVID-19 has resulted in an economic crisis, Learning activities previously carried out in schools today so learn at home online, difficulty to access basic health services, the implementation of the work patterns works from home.

Abstrac. The purpose of this Community Service aims to provide and convey the basic ideas of the theoretical conceptual framework and the Implementation of Anti-Corruption Education through the learning of Citizenship Education (PKn) as a strengthening of the nation's character in Senior High Schools. The main target of anti-corruption education is to introduce the phenomenon of corruption which includes criteria, causes and consequences, increase intolerance towards acts of corruption, demonstrate various possible efforts to fight corruption and contribute to previously set standards such as realizing values and capacities to oppose corruption among generations. young. Besides that, students are also brought to analyze standard values that contribute to corruption and values that reject or disagree with acts of corruption. Therefore, anti-corruption education is basically the planting and strengthening of basic values that are expected to be able to shape anti-corruption attitudes in students. Efforts to prevent corruption can be instilled from an early age, when children are still in elementary school, middle school or high school. The method of this activity is in the form of assistance in the implementation of Anti-Corruption education through Citizenship Education (PKn) in Senior High Schools Keywords: Anti-Corruption Education (PKn) Character of the Nation. Abstrak. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dan menyampaiakan ide-ide dasar kerangka konseptual teoritis dan Implementatif Pendidikan Antikorupsi melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) sebagai penguat karakter bangsa di Sekolahan Menengah Atas. Target utama Pendidikan antikorupsi adalah memperkenalkan fenomena korupsi yang mencakup kriteria, penyebab dan akibatnya, meningkatkan sikap tidak toleran terhadap tindakan korupsi, menunjukan berbagai kemungkinan usaha untuk melawan korupsi serta berkontribusi terhadap standar yang ditetapkan sebelumnya seperti mewujudkan nilai-nilai dan kapasitas untuk menentang korupsi dikalangan generasi muda. Disamping itu siswa juga dibawa untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai standar yang berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya korupsi serta nilai-nilai yang menolak atau tidak setuju dengan tindakan korupsi. Karena itu pendidikan antikorupsi pada dasarnya adalah penanaman dan penguatan nilai-nilai dasar yang diharapkan mampu membentuk sikap antikorupsi pada diri peserta didik. Upaya pencegahan korupsi dapat ditanamkan sejak dini, sejak anak masih duduk di bangku SD, SMP, maupun SMA. Metode kegiatan ini berupa pendampingan Implementasi pendidikan Antikorupsi melalui Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di Sekolahan Menengah Atas Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Antikorupsi, (PKn) Karakter Bangsa.

This study explores the influence of information transparency, performance recognition, and technology support on the work motivation of Generation Z employees in the telecommunication industry in Palembang, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 48 respondents through a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that all three factors significantly and positively impact work motivation, with technology support emerging as the strongest predictor. The results highlight the importance of fostering transparent communication, implementing effective recognition systems, and providing advanced technological tools to engage and motivate Generation Z employees. These insights offer valuable implications for human resource strategies in the telecommunication sector.

This assistance aims to develop the economic sector of MSMEs in Kutorejo Kec. Kertosono village of nganjuk regency through the KPM-IK STAI Miftahul'ula Kertosono Nganjuk program. The methods in this study use the Asset Based Community Developmet (ABCD) approach or asset-based community empowerment approach. Through this Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach can continuously form community independence in increasing income so as to improve their well-being. The development of MSMEs is carried out through the Online Market and is proven to have a positive impact with the increasing turnover of income from MSMEs "Convection Yoris".

Sidoharjo Village faces significant challenges in education, including low parental participation in children’s educational activities. The Integrated Competence Community Service Program (KPM-IK) aims to raise educational awareness through training and education-based activities. Using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, this program involves the community in identifying and utilizing local assets to enhance the quality of education. Students collaborate with village residents to plan and implement educational activities, such as training local teachers, conducting awareness campaigns for parents, and establishing learning groups. The results of this community service show a significant increase in community participation in children’s education and the formation of self-sustaining learning groups at the village level. This program successfully created positive change in the community’s awareness of the importance of education.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and knowledge on entrepreneurial interest in Universitas Negeri Makassar students with entrepreneurship education as an intervening variable. The study will use a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population is all entrepreneurship students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar which amounted to 427 students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and later calculated using the Slovin dai with a sample size of 85 (eighty-five) respondents or 20% of the total population. The findings of this study indicate that motivation and knowledge have a significant role in shaping entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurship education. Individual motivation, whether sourced from personal passion, career goals, or the drive to create change, can be a strong driver to develop entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurship education provides a foundation of knowledge and practical skills that strengthen this motivation. With the knowledge gained through education, individuals can understand the aspects of entrepreneurship, identify opportunities and overcome business challenges. The combination of high motivation and solid entrepreneurial knowledge creates a favorable environment for the development of entrepreneurial interest.

Penelitian ini menyoroti peran pentingnya Ibu-Ibu PKK (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat berbasis good governance di desa beni sumberkepuh. Melalui good governance di desa beni sumberkepuh kecamatan tanjunganom melakukan berbagai kegiatan seperti; pendataan penggunaan Keluarga Berencana (KB), edukasi penanaman tanaman obat, penyuluhan lingkungan, dan pemeriksaan kesehatan di posyandu ibu dan anak, Ibu-Ibu PKK berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Selain itu, mereka juga memainkan peran kunci dalam pengelolaan jentik nyamuk untuk mencegah Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan peran kegiatan Ibu-Ibu PKK berbasis good governace dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat melaui program, seperti posyandu, penyuluhan kesehatan, pelatihan gizi, imunisasi, penanggulangan diare, dan KIA, serta pemberdayaan keluarga melalui partisipasi aktif komunitas di desa sumberkepuh. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran aktivitas PKK dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan masyarakat setempat. Sumber data dapat dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Ketua PKK dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bawah peran PKK berbasis good governance di desa sumberkepuh juga di dukung aktif nya dari pemerintah desa dan partisipasi masyarakat menjadi faktor pendukung utama dalam keberhasilan program PPK di desa sumberkepuh, merupakan yang di jadikan luaran target berupa jurnal internasional maupun nasional.

This study examines the impact of Entrepreneurship Education and Curriculum Innovation on Entrepreneurial Motivation and Student Performance in private universities in East Java. Using a quantitative research design with a sample of 180 students, data were collected using a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that Curriculum Innovation significantly affects Entrepreneurial Motivation and Student Performance, with Entrepreneurship Education also positively influencing both Entrepreneurial Motivation and Student Performance. These findings highlight the importance of innovative curricula and entrepreneurial-focused education in fostering entrepreneurial attitudes and enhancing academic performance among students. The study provides practical implications for educational institutions, suggesting that continuous curriculum innovation and entrepreneurship education are critical to preparing students for entrepreneurial ventures and improving their overall academic success.
