Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengalisa pengaruh Kompetensi dan Komitmen Guru Terhadap Kelulusan Siswa Yang Diterima Pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Dalam 5 Tahun Terakhir. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Tetap yang bekerja di SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan terknik sampling jenuh dengan total sampel 70 responden dan total populasi 70 orang yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data primer. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regregesi berganda program SPSS versi 26,0 untuk windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kelulusan siswa yang diterima pada perguruan tinggi negeri. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen guru terhadap kelulusan siswa yang diterima pada perguruan tinggi negeri.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan kemakmuran masyarakat serta ketahanan perekonomian nasional. Hal ini disebabkan karena usaha mikro memiliki karakteristik yang ideal untuk dikembangkan baik dari sisi kuantitas maupun kualitas. Salah satu cara meningkatkan kualitas UMKM agar dapat masuk ke segmen pasar yang lebih luas adalah dengan kepemilikan sertifikasi halal mengingat segmen pasar halal dunia terus mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor eksternal maupun internal yang mempengaruhi keputusan pelaku UMKM di Kota Pekanbaru untuk memiliki sertifikat halal.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kepemilikan sertifikasi halal adalah regulasi pemerintah (X1) dan permintaan konsumen (X2) dengan nilai Sig. masing-masing adalah 0,027 dan 0,025 sedangkan tindakan kompetitor (X3) tidak berpengaruh. Adapun pengetahuan (X4) menjadi satu-satunya faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kepemilikan sertifikasi halal dengan nilai Sig. 0,000, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan (X5) dan omzet (X6) tidak berpengaruh. Adapun nilai odds ratio untuk masing-masing variabel yang berpengaruh adalah 8,909 kali untuk X1, 0,070 untuk X2, dan 27,232 untuk X4. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan menjadi faktor paling kuat dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pelaku UMKM untuk memiliki sertifikasi halal di Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Pelatihan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi yang terdiri dari seluruh guru SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur, berjumlah 59 orang. Sampel penelitan diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, yaitu 59 responden, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 995 orang dan status akreditasi sekolah adalah sangat baik. Analisis data dalam penelitan ini dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis. Pengolahan data dibantu oleh perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, pelatihan dan organizational Citizenship behavior memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Berdasarkan koefisien determinan (), ketiga variabel bebas tersebut secara bersama-sama membarikan kontribusi sebesar 46,8% terhadap variabel terikat, sedangkan sisanya 53,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This research was conducted with purpose to determine the effect of principal leadership and competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all civil servant teachers at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study was carried out by means of saturated sampling technique (census), namely making all members of the population into samples, so that the number of samples in this study was members of the population into a sample, so that the number of samples in this study was 55 teachers. The data analysis method of this research uses analysis method Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.3. The results showed that principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Principal Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Principal Leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green training on corporate sustainable performance, as well as the role of green transformational leadership as a moderating variable at PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire distribution method. The population in this study are employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch Office, with a sampling technique using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The data were analyzed using a moderation regression test with the help of SPSS 27. The results showed that green training had a partial positive and significant effect on corporate sustainable performance. In addition, green transformational leadership was proven to moderate this effect.

Abstract

Undergraduates in the Class of 2021 from the University of Riau's Faculty of Economics and Business will have their job preparedness assessed in relation to their adversity quotient, social support, and career planning.  This study takes a quantitative approach and uses the entire class of 613 students from the Economics and Business Faculty in 2021 as its population.  There were 242 responders since the sample was selected using a proportionate stratified random sampling method.  Descriptive statistics, tests for data quality, tests for classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination were used to analyze the data, with a significance threshold of 0.05 imposed.  The SPSS version 25 was used for data processing.  Students' job preparation is positively and significantly affected, partially and concurrently, by career planning, adversity quotient, and social support, according to this study's conclusions.  These three independent variables account for 65.5% of the total variance in the dependent variable (R²), with the remaining 34.5 % being impacted by factors beyond the scope of this investigation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of pedagogical competence, work facilities, and work motivation on the performance of public senior high school teachers in Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach with a population consisting of public senior high school teachers in Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 37 teachers with civil servant (PNS) status being chosen as respondents out of a total population of 55 teachers. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data processing was assisted by SPSS version 22 software. The results of the study indicate that pedagogical competence, work facilities, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²), the three independent variables collectively contribute 57.9% to the dependent variable, while the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
